Far more of a traditional tag match for a lot of it and that part was really good. I'm hoping we get Guns vs. FTR in the future either in AEW or Impact.
Sonjay and the others entered the right looking to attack but ROH TV Champion Samoa Joe returned to join the fight and attacked Satnam, beating him with the title belt. He tossed Sonjay into the ring, where he was trapped. Dax's daughter ran to the ring and they gave her Sonjay's pencil. She snapped it in half. They drilled Sonjay and she put her foot on him as they all counted three. A cute monent. You can buy her shirt and raise money for The American Heart Association at this link.

Good, physical fight. There needed to be an intensity for this to work and they brought it.
Tony Schiavone went to the back and Jim Ross joined the announcing team.
AEW Tag Team Champions Keith Lee & Swerve Strickland vs. The Acclaimed with Billy Gunn.
The crowd was having WAY TOO MUCH FAN singing "Scissor me Daddy."

Caster put the brakes on when he knew he was about to get shoulderblocked into oblivion. He was tossed into the corner but kicked off a Lee charge. The Acclaimed nailed dropkicks to knock Lee and Strickland to the floor and scissored each other to a big pop. I can't believe I just got paid to write that sentence.

Bowens finally gets the hot tag and nails some clotheslines and a neckbreaker on Strickland. The crowd loved all over this. He nailed a brainbuster for a two count. Bowens went to come off the ropes but his knee buckled. Given his history, that's scary. Strickland attacked him but was caught with a kneelift. Bowens was checked by Billy Gunn and the referee. Bowens worked over Lee until his knee gave out again, allowing Lee to wipe him out. The Acclaimed caught Lee on the top and worked him over, trying to go for a double superplex but as they hit the move, Shane tagged himself in. Shane nailed the stomp on Bowens from the top but Bowens kicked up at the last second. This was absolutely awesome and well worth going out of your way to see. Easily my favorite match on the show so far. Everyone busted their asses and told a great story. This was the best performance from any of them thus far in AEW. I would book the rematch for Grandslam in NYC. That said, the crowd hated the finish and that The Acclaimed lost.
