Jerry Lynn vs. Dan Maff.
They shook hands before the bell and faced off. They locked up and Maff forced Lynn into the corner. He broke clean. They locked up again and this time Maff was forced into the corner. They broke clean again. They locked up a third time and Lynn grabbed a side headlock. There were some ECW chants for Lynn. Maff reversed it and took Lynn down with a headlock takeover. He forced Lynn's shoulders to the mat but Lynn escaped and went for a head scissors. Maff escaped but was caught in a side headlock takedown. He grabbed Lynn in head scissors. Lynn slipped out and went back to the headlock. Nice, fluid stuff.
Maff drilled Lynn with a shoulderblock but Lynn leapt right back to his feet and they faced off. Lynn grabbed a waistlock but Maff reversed it. Lynn slipped out and grabbed a side headlock, taking Maff right back down to the mat with a takeover. Maff sent Lynn into the ropes but Lynn ducked a clothesline and nailed a leg sicssors takeover, then cinched in an armbar.
Maff backed Lynn up to the ropes and sent him across the ring but Lynn faked him out and Maff went to the floor. Lynn hit a flip dive off the apron to the floor. Back in the ring, Lynn tried to whip Maff into the corner but the whip was reversed. Lynn kicked off a charge but when he charged himself, Maff sent him into the air and for a flapjack. Lynn was covered for a two count.
Maff locked in a side headlock but Lynn elbowed his way out of it. Lynn went for a crucifix then turned it into a sunset flip for a two count. Maff pressed Lynn but was caught with a Mexican armdrag for a near fall. Lynn called for the cradle piledriver but Maff ran him backwards into the turnbuckles. Lynn went down hurting and Maff drilled him with a running cannonball for a two count.
Maff went for the Burning Hammer but Lynn escaped. Lynn moved out of the way of a Mafia kick and they went back and forth. Maff nailed a kick to the head and went for a back senton splash but Lynn got his knees up. Maff looked like he was hurt there. Lynn went for the cradle piledriver but Maff backdropped him and held on. He covered Lynn and for the pin.

The match was OK but never seemed to get out of second gear as Maff seemed to get hurt.
Lynn took the mic after the bout. He announced that due to injuries, this year was going to be his last year in wrestling. He said that he wanted everyone to give Maff a round of applause because he hurt his back and kept going. He said that's an example of how dangerous the business is. Lynn said that he's been in the business 24 years and he wants to go out on his terms. The place chanted for Lynn but he asked them to chant for Danny.
The Sheik (with Abdullah the Butcher) vs. Masada (with Ox Baker)
Masada was a substitute for Necro Butcher. He works Big Japan, Urban Wrestling and CZW. Sheik is the former Joey Machete from Florida who won the NWA title last year. Abby didn't come out to ringside but was here signing earlier. He can hardly move so really, I can't blame him.
The Sheik attacked Masada immediately, choking him with the turban Sheik wore to the ring. He sent Masada to the floor. They battled on the floor. Sheik nailed him with a double thrust to the throat. Masada was tossed back into the ring. Sheik began launching chairs into the ring from the crowd.
Sheik returned to the ring. He and Masada each brandished chairs and battled with them. Sheik through a chair into Masada's face. Masada drilled him with a leaping forearm and Sheik went to the floor. Masada hit a tope to the floor. Masada began beating him with a chair in the front row. Sheik came back with a running clothesline, sending Masada over the railing into the crowd.
They brawled all over the building, trashing merchandise tables. They set up a table at ringside. Sheik was set up on it and Masada did a flip dive over the top onto the table. The crowd began chanting for fire. Such upstanding souls.
Back in the ring, Sheik wedged a chair in between the turnbuckles. He and Masada battled back and forth. Sheik went for a suplex and snapped Masada over, covering him for a two count. Sheik went to use a spike but Masada fought him off. Sheik whipped him into the chair in the corner. Masada went for a sunset flip but the Sheik spiked him, busting him open.
The Sheik began spiking Masada in the head, then suplexed him over. They battled over a suplex on a chair and Masada got the better of it. Masada covered him for a two count. Masada dropkicked Sheik and small packaged him for a two count. Sheik drilled Masada and covered him for a two count.
Sheik began placing chairs next to each other and gave Masada a neckbreaker through the chairs. The Sheik ripped at Masada's skull. Sheik choked Masada against the ropes and tossed him into the buckles. He grabbed Masada's legs to pull him out into a slam. Masada rolled out and they battled on the floor some more. Some in the crowd were chanting, "End this match."
The returned to the ring. The Sheik locked him in a camel clutch. Masada broke free and nailed a death valley driver through a chair for a two count. Masada drilled Sheik with a chair but Sheik threw fire at him and covered Masada for the pin.

OK hardcore match. They went a little too long as the crowd was getting restless. Sheik deal is a great throwback gimmick.
They took a long time getting Masada out, treating it like a major league health scare. He got a nice chant and round of applause as he left.
