Kazuchika Okada (Continental Champion) vs Will Ospreay
Jim Ross joins commentary.
Ospreay is still bloodstained and has his head wrapped. The crowd is standing and cheering before they lock up. Okada forces them to the ropes, does the clean break, but then follows with an elbow strike. They trade chops and Ospreay gets a hurricanrana off the ropes and Okada goes to the floor where Ospreay leaps onto him. They brawl on the floor. Okada is able to get the upper hand and then gets a heat seeker DDT from the apron to the floor on Ospreay.
Ospreay gets into the ring and Okada nails him with another DDT and Ospreay is selling his head injury. Ospreay lays in elbows and Okada calls for more. Okada gets a neck breaker and Ospreay’s gauze has come off. Ospreay gets to his feet and lays in chops and Okada whips him to the corner and hits a running back elbow. Ospreay grabs Okada when Okada goes for a DDT and turns it into a suplex.
Ospreay hits a flying elbow for two. Ospreay runs for a hidden blade and Okada makes it into a flatliner. Ospreay goes to the top, but Okada drop-kicks him. Ospreay’s foot is caught in the ropes so that he doesn’t go to the floor immediately. Okada follows him to the floor and hits a knee breaker. Okada tries for a tombstone and Ospreay escapes, shoves Okada into the barricade and then comes off the barricade himself with an Oz Cutter.

Winner and still Continental Champion: Kazuchika Okada
This was nearly as good as ANY of Okada’s great New Japan matches and his best AEW match.
They shake hands after the match. It sure feels that Okada is going babyface with waving to fans.
After ther match, Christopher Daniels says normally he would come to the ring to give the title, but he’s no longer an EVP, but another EVP is here. Kenny Omaga comnes to the ring, returning after injury, and presents the title to Okada.
Jon Moxley (AEW World Champion) w/Marina Shafir vs Orange Cassidy vs Adam Page vs Jay White
Another quick note, I like that they are having time between matches. Having been to these shows, when it’s back to back, you can’t get up and stretch, use the bathroom, get a drink, anything.
Page and White start arguing and Mox rolls out of the ring. Cassidy stands aside until White and Page get out of his way and dives onto Mox. All three then attack Mox on the floor. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta pull Mox out of the ringside area and everyone follows. Everyone is brawling in the crowd and Excalibur reminds us that in a four way, there are no disqualifications. Mox tosses Cassidy back into the ringside area and security take the Death Riders out of the crowd.
In the ring, Mox is mocking Cassidy with soft kicks and then lays in solid kicks. Cassidy rolls to the floor and Mox tosses him back in the ring and Cassidy rolls out the other side. Cassidy puts his hands in his pockets, and Mox starts to attack, but White and Page hold him for Cassidy to hit an Orange Punch. All three put them through the Spanish Announce table. They hit the ring and start brawling there.
As they go for two counts on each other, we see the Patriarchy is in the crowd, watching.
We then see that Hook is in the crowd watching Christian Cage.
Back in the match, all three are fighting at ringside. Page gets a running boot on White and then tosses Cassidy into the ring steps. Page nails White again and then rolls Cassidy into the ring. Page gets a running elbow as the crowd chants Swerve’s House. Page puts Cassidy on top and Cassidy knocks him down and hits a flying elbow and gets stundog millionaire. White runs in and gets a cut-throat suplex. White gets a hurricanrana on Page.
Mox is up and takes out Page. Mox’s back is bleeding and Mox gets a cutter on Cassidy. Page gets in the ring and he and Mox go face to face, throwing hands. Cassidy takes Page’s place and White sneaks in for a rollup for two. Everyone gets a big move on the last person in the ring until all four men are down.
They all get up and Cassidy drops down; they all do the same thing again, taking each other out. Cassidy ends the exchange with an Orange Punch and Page pulls out the ref at two. Page hits a Deadeye on Mox, a buckshot on White and another Deadeye on Mox. Shafir passes Mox a chair as Yuta distracts Page. Page gets a Buckshot, but there’s no ref. A new ref shows and White gets a series of Blade Runners and Yuta takes out the second ref.
Shafir sneaks in behind White and when she taps him on the shoulder, he hits a Blade Runner on her with Yuta getting a Psycho knee. Mox gets the Death Rider on White and the ref is rolled into the ring to count the three.
Winner and still AEW Champion: Jon Moxley
It’s only 10:30, and Tony tends to make his shows last until 11 pm Central, so…
Claudio brings in a chair and before they can do anything, FTR starts on their way to the ring. The lights go out, and Adam Copeland is back! They hit the ring and take out the Death Riders with Adam across the ring from Mox. They stand face to face and the fans chant holy sh!t for it. Adam hits a spear on Mox and Cage, up in the crowd, leaves. Adam pulls out a brace from the chair and uses it as a bridle on Mox. Claudio pulls Mox out of the ring.
Adam grabs a non-working mic. He grabs a second mic and yells at Mox, calling him kid because he hadn’t grown…um…he hadn’t gone through puberty when Adam started in the business and says Rated FTR was coming for him.
