The throw it to Xavier Woods and the set of Up Up Down Down. Tyler Breeze is back on WWE TV! They simulated how Seth vs. Logan would go. Seth won. They then gave us the background on the feud between the two.
Paul elevated and zip lined to the ramp way. Cool entrance. I know he is getting booed but the dude has my respect. He works his ass off and gives everything he has to his matches. Him and Bad Bunny don’t cheat the fans. I respect that.
They had a guy in a conductor’s suit lead the crowd in Seth’s song. That was cool. Big pop for Seth when he came out. He led the crowd in singing his song while Paul watched and yawned at him. Paul is a great heel.
Paul is so good. If he wanted to do this full time he could probably be the number 2 under Roman Reigns. I am not kidding.
Paul took the advantage and went to work on Rollins. It’s amazing how much the guy can do. Like I said earlier, he doesn’t cheat the fans. While he is in control the fans are doing Rollins’ song.
After Paul missed a jump from the mat to the top moonsault, Seth made his comeback and put the mouth on Paul, then threw him to the floor. Tope! Then another. And another. He stomped Paul’s Titanium hand on the ring steps. Back in the ring, Pedigree attempt was blocked. Paul hit the Titanium punch, TWO COUNT ONLY! I am loving this. Paul isn’t, he’s dejected and the fans are singing the song to rally Seth. It worked, two count on a sit out powerbomb.
As Seth was closing in, KSI, who was in the energy drink gimmick, pulled Paul out of the ring. Seth went to attack him when Paul attacked from behind and they are clubbering on the floor. He laid Seth on a table and KSI started filming it. Paul went to the top and did a frog splash but Seth moved and Paul wiped his partner. Seth took him in the ring and hit The Pedigree but only got a two. The fans are chanting this is awesome they are one million percent right. Now they are singing.
Paul came back and hit a Go To Sleep, and Cole called it that. Frog Splash, TWO COUNT ONLY. It continues, and that works for me!
Paul tried to go coast to coast but Rollins nailed him with a kick and stomped Paul for the win. Whatever the the top of the star rating scale is, this was it. Man, so so so so so so so good.
Next up was Damage CTRL vs. Becky Lynch, Trish Stratus and Lita. As expected, Becky did the heavy lifting early and took a beating. Lita finally tagged in and had a short burst but the heels then went to work on her. She finally made the hot tag to Trish, who absolutely still has it. She can still go.
But Damage CTRL got to her as well. Becky and Lita made the save sand she wiped out her opponents. But the advantage was short lived.
It was all action and then Iyo hit a moonsault from the top to the floor and wiped everyone out. They made it back in before the ten count, but not by much.
Lita hit a Twist of Fate. Trish hit a Chick Kick. Lita hit the moonsault. Out Kai and Sky. Bayley went for the Bayley to Belly from the second rope but Becky turned it into The Manhandle Slam, babyfaced win.
It was exactly what it should have been, especially when the legend lost earlier in the evening. The legends then got to win here. Trish and Lita did a great job.
Dom vs. Rey is up next. They have done a great job building up to this.
