Next up is Liv Morgan defending the Smackdown Women's Championship against Shayna Baszler.

Geez, hey ladies, time follow the most evil, physical fights in recent WWE memory and GOOOOOOOOOOO!

Morgan may have been paying tribute to Sherri Martel with her gear.

Baszler was able to ward off a lot of Liv's early offense and began attacking her arm on the floor.  They are playing to Baszler's MMA strengths as she's ripping at the ligaments and joints of the arm.  She menaced and worked over Liv for a long period of time.    She finally came back with a shotgun dropkick off the ropes but was too spent to capitalize.  She exploded up and tried to fight back with her one arm.  She used the ropes as momentum to drive Baszler into her knee for another two count.

Baszler cut her off but Liv turned the tables and went for a triangle choke before maneuvering it into an cross armbreaker.   Morgan came back with a slam and a knee to the face for a close two count.   Morgan came back with a powerbomb off the ropes for a near fall but Baszler went for the Clutch but her arm was injured from the armbar earlier and couldn't sink it in.  Nice storytelling there.  Morgan finally got the pin with Oblivion.  A very good showing from each.  I don't think there was any real drama of a title change here but Baszler had a really good showing and Liv played a strong babyface here.

They introduced Adrian Street and Miss Linda.  Johnny Saint was with them.

Next up is Edge & Rey Mysterio vs. Judgement Day

Edge came out wearing a lucha mask in unity with Rey. MASSIVE pop for Edge.

Solid action early on.  Edge tossed his own partner to the floor atop Finn and Priest.    Back in the ring, Priest caught Rey with a Falcon Arrow and worked him over for some time.  Edge got the hot tag and even hit a 619 on Priest before spearing him off the apron to the floor.  Balor cut off Edge with a Slingblade and nailed a big dropkick into the corner.  Balor went for the Coup de Grace but Rey met him on the top and nailed a rana into the ring.  Rhea attacked Dominik but he was still able to trip Finn up, setting up a 619 and a spear from Edge for the pin.

After the bout, Dominik kicked Edge low.  Rey tried to talk sense into him but Dominik clotheslined his own father.  The soap opera explodes.

This was short but easily a crowd-pleasing bout.

They announced 62,296 fans in attendance.  They had 54,000 sold yesterday, so that's a nice walkeup.
