NEW SIGNING, EXPLODING BARBED WIRE DEATH MATCH: COMPLETE AEW REVOLUTION PPV COVERAGE

The new signing that had been hyped since Wednesday was revealed as Christian Cage.   This may have come off far more shocking if they hadn't hyped it at all, since everyone automatically began thinking CM Punk or Brock Lesnar the second it was promoted.  But, he looked good at the Royal Rumble and could be a damn good addition to the roster as long as he's not pushed at the expense of the younger talents since this has been a youth-driven promotion.  With all the discussed new TV shows coming, they will need more names to spread over them.Taz joined the announcers and said Tony Khan wouldn't let him be at the Street Fight.

Cage got a nice pop, came out and signed.  No promo.

Sting & Darby Allin vs. Team Taz's Ricky Starks & FTW Champion Brian Cage - Street Fight.

This was shot cinematic style inside a warehouse with a ring inside it. 

Team Taz was waiting.  Sting drove a pickup truck while Darby skateboarded to the fight.  Darby's hoodlums marched into the building and followed them to the ring.  The hoodlums pounded on the mat as everyone battled.  Darby ran up the wall and drilled Starks.  Cage started beating down Hoodlums and drilled Allin into a ring post.  Sting was stomped down on the mat.

Cage wrapped a shirt around Darby's throat and dragged him across the floor.  Allin was drilled into poles and walls.  Sting came back and nailed a Stinger Splash in the corner.    Cage went to powerbomb Allin who slipped out and nailed a chop block.  Cage caught him on his shoulders and ran him head-first into a wall and then threw him through several doors that collapsed.

Inside the ring, Sting nailed another Stinger splash and hit a running clothesline over the top to the floor.  Sting grabbed his baseball bat and chased Starks with it.  He flung the bat at Starks.  Starks told him he's nothing without the bat, so Sting tossed it away.  Sting nailed Starks and hit a series of right hands, then hit some lefts and smacked him backwards into the wall.

Elsewhere, Brian Cage was stalking abd beating Allin.  He picked up Allin for a suplex and walked up a flight of stairs that way, then dropped him across a trash can.  Cage stepped on Allin's head but Sting attacked him and smashed Cage into a ladder.  Sting and Allin double-teamed Cage and beat him against a wall.  Starks returned and nailed Sting with a stick.  Sting was nailed in the back of the legs and lower back with a steel barrel and he crashed down.  Cage mauled Sting but Allin dove on his back. Cage went for a powerbomb but Sting squirted him with  frie extinguisher.

Allin smashed Cage over the head with a bottle.  Sting slammed him through a table.  Starks returned but was run into a steel pole.  Allin slammed him but was attacked by Will Hobbs and Hook.  Sting realized this was happening as he recovered but was attacked by Cage. Hobbs and Hook swing Allin, sending him flying through a pane of glass.  Team Taz swarmed over Sting abd beat him down as Allin tried to crawl towards him, recovering.

Cage nailed Sting in the back with a shovel.  Allin grabbed the baseball bat and tossed it down to Sting, who made a comeback with it.  He "broke it" over Cage's back.    Sting grabbed the shovel and nailed Cage with it.  Allin dove from a level above and took out Team Taz with an elbow drop, shattering through a bridge with everyone crashing down below.

Sting retuned to the ring, where Starks was recovering.  Starks speared him for a two count.  Starks nailed him with a right but Sting fired back.  Starks nailed a mule kick.  He grabbed Sting for a powerbomb but Sting hit a sunset flip for a two count.  Sting grabbed him for a Scorpion Death Drop and scored the pin.

Your winners, Sting and Darby Allin!

It was a long movie fight sequence with lots of bumps.
