WELL, NOW WE KNOW WHY PEOPLE DON’T WATCH THE WAY THEY USED TO, TIME FOR SOMEONE TO BURN, THE MAIN EVENT WILL NOT BE A TITLE MATCH, ASUKA'S PARTNER, CAN HURT BUSINESS GET THE GOLD, SASHA PUTS THE TITLE ON THE LINE AGAINST CARMELLA, DREW DEFENDS AGAINST AJ - ONGOING WWE TLC BLOG

Banks came back with a Meteora and got a two.  Mella slammed her down neck first on the apron and got a two.  She is back in control.

Sasha came back and hit three amigos.  She went up to the top and hit a Frog Splash, two count only.  Mella got a two with a head spike.  She tried for two more covers but the champ kicked out.  This is good.  Mella kicked her in the head but made a cover too close to the rope and Sasha grabbed it.  Sasha came back the two women fought.  Mella did a rana but Sasha rolled through.  They did a series of near falls.

Sasha then locked in the Banks Statement.  Reginald grabbed Mella and carried her out.  Banks hit a Meteora on Reggie.  Mella attacked Banks.  The ref is a useless moron.  He saw the whole thing.  Mella went for a cover and the ref counted but Sasha kicked out.  Sasha locked on the Statement again and Mella tapped.  Mella looked great, and Sasha is always great.  I have to give a lot of props to Carmella.  She was fantastic here. My only complaint was the ref being a dimwit and not calling the DQ.  When did Rick Knox come to WWE?  Other than that, excellent match.

Billie Kay wants to be Asuka’s partner.  She already has her partner though.  And Billie is not ready for Asuka.

New Day vs. The Hurt Business for the Tag Titles is up next.

Hurt Business realize that they have lost 747 matches to New Day already so they came out hot here.  New Day came back and got a few near falls.

Lots of good back and forth action.  Kofi almost got the win on Cedric but he kicked out at 2.  But Cedric hit a knee and had him until Woods made the save.  The action is fantastic.  Hurt Business should win.  MVP told Cedric to tag in Shelton but Kofi got control, well until Shelton hit a Superplex.  Shelton waited for Kofi to get up so Cedric slapped him on the back and finished him off.  Shelton wasn’t happy but I am sure Cedric will say what the hell were you waiting for!  Cedric is happy to have the belt though so if they do anything it will probably be a slow burn.  New champs in a great match.  Lately came out to celebrate with his guys.

We relived the Sami Award stuff from Smackdown.  He then came up and was rude to Kayla and then asked her who sent her the video.  She said a journalist doesn’t reveal her sources.  Tom reminded us that Sami was pinned by Big E earlier.

Asuka and her mystery partner vs. Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler for the Tag Titles is next.  Is it the return of Charlotte?

The Champs came out first.  Of course since you want the fans to wait for the surprise.  Tom tells us that Lana has a worked elbow injury, plus an MCL issue.  Asuka is out next.  Yep, it’s Charlotte.

She looks happy to be back.  She hugged Asuka.  Oh man, that can mean she will turn on her in WWE land.  Asuka started but Charlotte wanted in, so in she came.  She wants Nia and she got her.

Asuka thawed back in and the champs went to work on her.  They take out her right arm and shoulder.

Asuka got over to make the tag but knocked out Shayna on the floor first.  Then she went in after Nia.  Ric Flair is in the back watching daughter.  Shayna came back in but Charlotte laid her out.  She’s on fire.  She did a moonsault from the top to the floor on both champs.  But back in the ring Nia came back.  She hit a Samoan Drop but didn’t see that Asuka had tagged in.  Asuka laid her out but she tagged Shayna.  She got the Clutch but Charlotte blind tagged.  They have to switch the belts the way this is going.  Shayna got a two on a quick rollup up.  Figure 8 but Nia broke it up, so Asuka took her out.  Natural Selection on Shayna, 1-2-3.  New Champions!  Charlotte and Asuka hugged.  Ric is super happy.  The way the match went this was the right call, to flip the belts.  Now we can see where it will go.  Charlotte will have to want Asuka’s belt, right?

WWE is beating up 2020.  I can’t say I blame them.  Let’s kick its ass out the door.

Big E is with Truth.  Sami came up and acted like Sami.  He called Big E a joke ever since he went solo.  He got to see the real Big E.  I like angry ass Big E.

Roman Reigns vs. KO for the Universal Title is next.  That means the Cinema Show ends the evening.  Wow, not what I would do but whatever.
