Rollins came out first, to a solid pop.  Then Balor's music hit and Barclay popped huge for it.  The entrance is way more over here than last week on Raw.

Hopefully this ends the lull that started after Cena-AJ.  Four hours is a long time for a PPV (five hours with the pre-show matches).  It's hard to keep a crowd hot that long.  They are better to run a little long starting at 8 than going at least four hours.  It's a lot for a crowd.

Balor made his entrance, to a big pop.  Rollins went to the floor and watched.  Then, came back in the ring when it ended.

Balor came out on fire and Rollins was a little surprised.

The crowd is back into it.  Balor went down to the floor but that allowed Rollins to come back.  He tossed Balor over the barricade and the Demon popped up.  They went back into the ring and Balor mostly stayed in control for a while.  Then Seth came back.  The crowd is live for the early part of the match.

Seth was in charge for a while.  He called Balor "boy" and got cocky.  He hit a big splash for a two.  Rollins is cruising.  Balor is selling.  Until he hit a DDT out of nowhere.  Both men are down.

The fans are dueling chants for both men.  Balor is working over Seth with chops and a big drop kick.  Seth goes to the floor and Balor kicked him hard in the face.  Now Balor is in charge.  Sling Blade but he ran into a boot.  Rollins went for The Pedigree but Balor came back with kicks.  Balor gets a two with a 1916.  Balor goes up for the Coup but misses and falls into the Triangle.  Balor got the rope but Rollins said it's No DQ pal.  Balor rolled to the floor eventually.

As Balor was out on the floor, Rollins went and got him.  He powerbombed him into the corner and nailed a kick, but Balor kicked out at two.  Rollins talked smack to the Demon King.  That brought Balor back up. Rollins him hit a Small Package Driver for a two.  Damn, that was pretty.

Balor dumped Rollins to the floor and ran into him with a dropkick.  He hit the Coup to the back of the head of Seth for a two.  He went up to the top again and went for the Coup but missed. Rollins hit the Pedigree, two count only!  Rollins is shocked.

Rollins missed a flip from the top….ok a lot happened.  This is too much to recap.  It’s crazy now.  Both guys are going nuts.Finn hit the Coup de Gras from the top.  1-2-3, new champion Finn Balor.  He went over and grabbed the belt and took it back in the ring.  He mugged with it.  Man that belt is ugly.

Anyway, they had a really good match.  It could have gone either way, but it went the right way.  They made Balor matter and Rollins looked really strong too.  It is far from over between these two.  In fact, it’s only just begun.

If you need a pee break, they showed Dolph Ziggler as Colonel Sanders and the Miz as a chicken.  They taped this at Smackdown.

They announced that Finn Balor and Charlotte will be on Good Morning America tomorrow.

Rusev vs. Roman Reigns for the US Title is next.  No way this show ends at 11 p.m.

Rusev got a decent reaction.  Reigns got a lot of boos.  Given that Rusev was ticked, he attacked Reigns from the get go, as he should.  They brawled on the floor, with Reigns coming back, before the bell even rang.  Reigns was beating Rusev on the floor as officials tried to stop them.  They didn't do a good job.

Reigns had a chair and used it on Rusev.  Reigns went nuts on Rusev.  Maybe they will call it off.  They have been going for a while now.

The refs sent Reigns to the back but he went back and attacked Rusev, who is laying on the floor selling his chest.  Reigns finally went ot the back while Rusev sold a rib.  The fans chanted "We Want Slater" as Rusev sold the rib.  Then they chanted CM Punk.  They aren't exactly loving it but I thought it was fine for what it was.  The ringside doctor said that Rusev can't compete, no match.

As Rusev went to limp off, Reigns came down the ramp out of nowhere and nailed him with a big spear.  He then walked to the back.

Now we know why we got the long match on Monday.

Time for your main event.  They are rerunning the promo pieces.

Brock came out first, to a big pop.  After Paul Heyman did his intro, out came Randy Orton. Big pop for his music.  Here we go.

We have JBL and Mauro Ranallo plus Corey Graves and Byron Saxton calling the match.  Brock is in control early.

Brock is dominating early as the crowd is chanting RKO.  It's six quick suplexes.

Down on the floor Orton tried to come back but Brock dumped hon on a table, and it didn't break.  Orton bounced into the first row.  Brock grabbed him and threw him about six feet onto the table.  It brok this time.  Brock took Orton back in the ring and started bouncing.  It's all Brock right now.

German number 7.  Orton rolled to the floor.  Brock has destroyed the Smackdown table.  Now it's time for the Raw table.  But no, Randy hit an RKO and the crowd popped (and the table didn't break).  Orton is selling like he is OK but he is still wobbly as he went back in the ring.  Brock stalked and wobbled in after him.  Orton jumped up and hit the DDT off of the second rope.

Brock got up and Orton hit an RKO, two count only.  Randy set up for the punt.  Heyman yelled at Brock and he popped up and got an F5.  Brock got a two.

Brock took his gloves off and started grounding and pounding Orton with fists and forearms.  Randy isn't moving.  He rolled over and Orton appeared to be busted open really badly.  Can't tell if it was legit.  My video froze and the stream had been perfect all night.  I am trying to reload now.

It reloaded and I found out that the match stopped and the match was stopped via TKO.  Brock went to attack Orton again when Shane came down.  Brock hit an F5 on him.  Shane didn't sell it for long since, well, he is a McMahon.

Going back and watching, it sure looked like it was a work.  Brock kept beating Orton after the blood was pouring out.  That also makes me wonder if it was a blood pack.  The blood stopped pretty quickly once Orton got towels on his head.   Plus, Brock kept beating on him until Shane came down.  Hard to post final thoughts until I have all the facts. I would have thought blood pack all the way if my feed didn't freeze just as it happened.  If a gun is at my head, I say it was a work.  The feed freezing when it did is the only thing that makes me wonder. I will have more to say on my hotline tomorrow.

So under that theory, it was a weird way to end the show.  There was a lot of good wrestling early and it seemed like things slowed down after Cena-AJ.  Four hours is a long time and doing angles in the final two matches on a big show is a strange way to end things.  Overall it was a solid show, but I liked NXT better.
