We start off with a look at highlights from Payback.
Jey Uso makes his way to the ring through the crowd.
Jey says he appreciates that from the crowd. He says he wants to get it out and he always wanted to do this. Jey welcomes everyone to Raw. Jey says he has been gone two or three weeks, but he says he misses everyone. He says it feels like it has been a lot longer. He says he reached his breaking point. He had to fight his family every week. Then out of the blue, the unexpected called him and that was Cody Rhodes. He says that he is going to main event Mondays by himself. He says he may have created some enemies in the back but it is just him now. Jey says he is now in your city.
Sami Zayn's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.
Sami says he has to be honest and he says it is crazy to see Jey standing here. There is one thing that is true. There are a lot of people in the back who are going to have a problem with you. Sami says that he and Kevin don't see eye to eye about you. The problem is not with the people in the back and you. It is between you and me.
Sami says he wanted to be the first person that Jey saw when he got on Raw. Sami says that he is happy that Jey is here. He says he knows Jey and he knows what kind of guy Jey is. He says he knows how hard it was for Jey to do what he did, but he broke free. He is on his own. You are truly Main Event Jey Uso. Sami says he does not expect them to be best friends overnight, but he says he is proud of Jey. Sami offers his hand.
Jey puts his hands behind his back and Sami says that is fine and whenever Jey wants to talk, he is here.
Sami goes to the apron and Jey says that wasn't very Ucey of him. Jey puts out his hand and Sami hugs Jey. Jey hugs back.
Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring for his tag match while Jey makes his way up the aisle. They stare each other down and Sami comes back out to make sure nothing happens.
Matt Riddle comes out as well for the tag match. Matt stares down Jey and Sami plays peacemaker.
We see a video package for the World Championship Match and Nakamura says he underestimated Seth's grip on the title, but he says he was the one standing after the match, not Seth. I am the reason you will release your grip and he will become the World Champion.
Ricochet is with Adam Pearce and Adam stops talking to Ricochet to talk to Seth Rollins.
Seth says he is the World Champion so this is where he is supposed to be. Pearce tells Seth that medical said he was not to be here tonight. Seth says if he can walk, he can fight.
Ricochet says he saw what Seth and Nakamura did. He says he respects Seth for being on the show tonight. Ricochet tells Seth he is here to help Seth run the show. Seth says he is fine.
Match Number One: Drew McIntyre and Matt Riddle versus Erik and Ivar (with Valhalla) in a Tornado Tag Match
Drew punches Erik and then Riddle kicks Ivar while Drew chops him. Ivar with double thrusts to Matt and Drew. Drew with a spinebuster to Ivar and Drew helps Matt hit a moonsault. Erik is knocked off the apron and Ivar with a splash to Riddle. Erik and Ivar send Drew to the floor and they stop Riddle. Matt with forearms to Erik and Ivar. Drew with a boot to Erik and Ivar with a boot to Drew. Riddle with a kick to Ivar and Drew with a clothesline. Drew sends Riddle over the top rope onto Erik and Ivar. Matt wants a table and Drew pushes Riddle down and tells him to get the table. Matt gets the table and the crowd goes crazy.
Ivar hits Riddle from behind and then Ivar and Erik work over Drew on the floor. Drew sends Ivar into the announce table. Matt punches Erik and sends him into the apron. Ivar kicks Drew while Matt chops Erik. Erik with more chops to Matt. Drew avoids being sent into the ring steps and He sends Ivar into the steps. Drew chops Ivar against the ringside barrier and then he connects with a forearm on Erik. They go back and forth. Drew and Erik get back into the ring . Drew with a cop and Erik with a kick. Drew with a clothesline to Erik. Drew sets for Future Shock but Ivar sends Drew shoulder first into the ring post. Matt with strikes to Ivar followed by a kick and a Pele Kick. Matt with running forearms to Ivar but Erik trips Matt. Erik and Ivar pull the table into the ring and set it up. Matt with forearms to Erik and Ivar. Ivar kicks Matt and the table is put in position. Riddle with a round kick to Erik while Ivar slams Matt's head into the announce table. Ivar goes up top but Drew stops Ivar with forearms to the back. Drew with a punch and he sets for a superplex through the table and Matt joins in for a double superplex attempt but Erik pushes the table over as Matt and Drew hit the double superplex. Erik gets a near fall on Drew.
Matt avoids a power bomb and misses a forearm. Ivar with a splash in the corner and Erik with a back elbow for a near fall. They put the table in the corner. Drew with a flying shoulder tackle to Ivar followed by a belly-to-belly suplex to Erik followed by neck breakers to both men. Drew gets Ivar up on his shoulders and hits a Death Valley Driver. Drew sets for a Claymore but Erik pulls Ivar to the floor. Drew goes after them and he hits a forearm on Ivar and then Erik. Drew adjusts the announce table and Ivar hits Drew from behind with a forearm. Drew sends Ivar over the announce table. Drew with a forearm to Erik and Erik with a knee. Drew with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to Erik on the floor. Ivar with a splash off the announce table onto Drew. Erik and Ivar sets for Ragnarok through the table but Matt stops them.
Riddle gets to the apron and he kicks Erik. Riddle moves the table in the ring. Matt puts Erik on the table and Matt goes up top. Valhalla screams and forces Matt off the turnbuckles. Ivar with a spin kick of doom. Kofi Kingston comes out to stop Ragnarok. Kofi with kicks to Erik and Ivar but Kofi hits Trouble in Paradise on Matt when Erik ducks. Erik and Ivar lawn dart Kofi into Drew and then hit Ragnarok on Matt through the table for the three count.
Winners: Erik and Ivar

World Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Seth welcomes everyone. Seth says at Payback, Shinsuke Nakamura did everything he said he would do. He put a bullet on his back and dropped bombs on it all night long. He says there were points in the match when he didn't know if he would be able to get up or if he would be able to fight. Seth says the last time he checked, he is still the World Champion. Seth cackles. He says there is one thing that hasn't been sitting with him the past two days. He was able to beat Shinsuke Nakamura, but at the end of the night, Nakamura was able to walk out of the building while Seth says he had to be pushed out of the building by his wife in a wheelchair. Seth tells Nakamura to come out and he will make his dreams come true.
Shinsuke Nakamura's music plays and he makes his way to the stage and Seth tells him to come on into the ring.
Seth says Nakamura didn't have a problem on Saturday. He tells Nakamura he has a proposition for him. He says he realizes there is one way to get Nakamura in the ring and he will give him what he wants. He will give Nakamura a title match right now.
Nakamura starts to smile and he makes his way to the ring, but he stops and turns around.
Nakamura speaks in Japanese and Seth says he does not understand what Nakamura said, but he assumes that Nakamura is accepting his challenge. He wants this to happen.
Nakamura says no and Seth is confused. Nakamura says no again.
Seth says he is a bit confused and he wants to know if they are going to have a rematch. Nakamura says NO.
We get a NO off.
Seth says that won't work for him. Seth says he is clocked in and Nakamura is going to get that work.
Seth goes after Nakamura in the aisle and they exchange punches. Security comes out to separate them. Nakamura kicks Seth in the back and Seth goes down.
Ricochet comes out and goes after Nakamura.
Nakamura and Ricochet are held back as well.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Seth says he can handle this.
Pearce tells Seth that he is trying to help Seth from himself.
Match Number Two: Shinsuke Nakamura versus Ricochet
Nakamura goes to the floor when the bell rings and Ricochet follows after him and connects with forearms. Ricochet flips off the apron and connects with forearms. Ricochet sends Nakamura into the ring. Ricochet with a slingshot into a head scissors take down. Ricochet with a drop kick and uppercut. Ricochet goes for a suplex but Nakamura blocks it. Nakamura with a waist lock and Ricochet with an elbow and chop. Nakamura hits Ricochet in the ropes when Ricochet goes for a springboard move. Nakamura goes to the turnbuckles and hits a knee while Ricochet hangs in the ropes. Nakamura with chops and Ricochet is put in the ropes. Nakamura with a kick and a sliding German suplex. Nakamura gets a near fall. Nakamura with a rear chin lock and Ricochet with punches. Nakamura with a knee to the midsection followed by a snap mare and knee drop. Nakamura gets a near fall.
Nakamura with a reverse chin lock. They exchange forearms and Ricochet goes for a handspring move but Nakamura kicks him. Ricochet with a chop but Nakamura with a kick and a Jericho cover for a near fall. Nakamura with a punch and he chokes Ricochet in the corner. Ricochet blocks a suplex attempt and Nakamura hits a gourdbuster followed by knees to the ribs. Ricochet with a jaw breaker but Nakamura with a knee to the midsection. Nakamura with a chop and Ricochet with a handspring back elbow.
We see Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley watching MONITOR in BACK.
Ricochet with a head scissors and a cross body into the corner. Ricochet kicks the turnbuckle that Nakamura's head is on. Ricochet with a shooting star press for a near fall. Ricochet goes up top and he misses a 450 splash. Ricochet lands on his feet on a back flip and they miss kicks but Nakamura with a spinning heel kick. Ricochet with Recoil for a near fall. Ricochet misses a splash in the corner and Nakamura with a knee to the midsection. Nakamura with a running knee to the head and then he misses a knee drop off the apron. Ricochet with a back heel kick and a cannonball off the apron. Nakamura sends Ricochet into the ring post and ringside barrier. Ricochet back drops Nakamura into the time keeper's area. Nakamura kicks Ricochet over the ringside barrier. Nakamura hits Ricochet with a chair and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Ricochet (by disqualification)
After the match, Nakamura hits Ricochet again with the chair. Nakamura rolls Ricochet into the ring and he puts the chair around Ricochet's head. Nakamura sets for Kinshasa but Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring and he takes Nakamura down. Security pulls them apart but Rollins sends members of security over the top rope and he hits a flip dive onto security and Nakamura.
Nakamura pushes Seth into the ring steps. Nakamura stomps on Seth's head. Ricochet swings and misses with the chair and hits the ring post.
Damian Priest and Rhea continue to watch on MONITOR.
