Time for Jerry World, Part 2!  

I paid attention tonight.  Jesse James Decker is doing America The Beautiful!

Mark Wahlberg is back to preview the show.  Like I said last night, he's a great get for WWE.

Mike Johnson’s dad is 70 years old today.  He won’t read Mike saying happy birthday and he won’t read me either, but he and my wife went through similar issues in the last year and I am glad they are both doing well.  Happy Birthday Pops!

We are starting with the legend himself, out comes Triple H!  He hugged his girls and then went over to Gable Steveson.  And now he’s in the ring.  Triple H has a lot in common with my wife and Mike’s dad and I am damn glad to see him looking good.  He deserves this.

He is taking it all in, as he should.  His life changed so much in the last year.  He deserves every, single minute of this from the fans.

Now, why is he here?

He has his boots in his hands.  He put them down in the center of the ring as the fans chanted “Thank You Hunter”.  He did the Kliq hand signal.  He said he came out to say thank you and to show you his love in the best way he knows how.  He welcomed us to WRESTLEMANIA.  Pyro followed.  That was a great touch.  He left the mic and his boots in the ring and left.  He hugged his kids at ringside and left.  Corey Graves then said he had say thank you to Triple H from the bottom of his heart.

They introduced Gable Steveson to the crowd.

We are opening with RKBro defending their tag titles against The Street Profits and The Alpha Academy.  Champs out first, then the Profits, then Alpha.

It’s all action early on, people are flying around.

The hot tag by Riddle to Randy set the place off.  They were loud.  Randy looks like he is having fun.  Gable and Montez?  Not so much when Orton backdropped both on the announce table.  Then the champs hit Orton DDTs off of the ropes on both Profits.  Fans are really into them going to Viper mode when the former champs broke it up.  They went after Ford but only got a two.  Montez hit a sick blockbuster onto Chad but somehow he kicked out.  The fans are chanting that it’s awesome and it is.  This is a lot of fun.

Randy cut his eye somehow.

Randy finally hit the RKO on Gable as he flew off of the top for the pin.  This was really good and was well booked.  The right team won, and the right team took the fall.

Profits came in afterward to show respect.  And they had cups!  They filled up Bro and Orton but before they drank, they called in Steveson to the ring and gave him a cup too.  As they were about to drink, Chad came in and knocked the cup out of Steveson’s hand.  The rest bailed to the floor to watch.  Chad took the mic and scolded him.  He said Shush and Gable bear hugged him.  Help him for a minute, then suplexed him into next week while the babyface stood on the floor watching.  Gable came down and they had their drink.  Cool stuff.  We are off to a good start.

Who got the dreaded Chris Jericho second spot tonight?  Omos and Bobby Lashley.  One of them deserves to be in the second match.  The other should win the bout and I hope he does.

Omos out first.  He’s big.  Lashley out second.  He looks like a star.  I have nothing against Omos.  He’s huge, but he’s green.  Lashley is a made man, and a bad man.  He should get the win here.

Omos is in control early but Bobby took out the leg.  Smart, bring him down to size.  Again, Bobby looks like a bad man.  Omos looks like a big man.  There’s a difference.

Omos is strong as hell, no doubt.  He used that strength all match until he ate a suplex, which fired Bobby up big time. Spear.  Second spear.  Lashley wins!  That is exactly how it should have gone.  I am happy that they gave Lashley a huge win here.  Good stuff.
