Your winners, Team Orange Cassidy!

An entertaining, well placed opener with all the right moments to make the crowd happy.

The Butcher returned and Hardy's HFO attacked Orange Cassidy and were going to cut his hair off, but The Varsity Blonds, members of The Dark Order, Jurassic Express, The Best Friends all made the save.  It felt like an old Jim Crockett Promotions scene with the babyfaces all saving Dusty.

They all did a big group hug to pop the crowd, who are super hot.

Your winner and still TNT Champion, Miro!

An absolutely physical and excellent opener.  It told the story that Kingston could hang with Miro and they had a slugfest and had Miro not used the cheap shot, it could have gone the other way.  Let's hope they get rematched down the line.

Jon Moxley vs. New Japan Pro Wrestling's Satoshi Kojima.

Moxley came out sporting a GCW Hoodie.

Kojima offered a handshake.    They began chopping each other at the bell and then began exchanging forearms.  Moxley ducked the lariat and rolled to the floor.  Kojima nailed a pescado to the outside.  He and Moxley fought on the floor.  Moxley was sent into the ring but came back with a dive to the outside.

Moxley locked in a rear naked choke but Kojima made it to the ropes.   Moxley went for a kick but was caught.  Kojima nailed Mongolian Chops but was drilled with a headbutt and a Paradigm Shift.  He nailed another and scored the pin.

Your winner, Jon Moxley!

This didn’t have the emotional connection of the opener but as a spotlight for Moxley and to bridge him from this show to his next storyline, it was fine.  There was some really good wrestling here.

After the match, Minoru Suzuki’s music played and out he came, smiling and smirking at Moxley.   He came to the ring and faced off with Moxley in the ring.  They went face to face and Suzuki slapped him.  Moxley responded.  They began nailing each other with forearms and Suzuki was loving it.  Suzuki kicked him in the face and Moxley began laughing maniacally.  Moxley fired back but was caught in a rear naked choke.  Suzuki nailed him with the Gotch piledriver and left Moxley laying.

AEW Women's Champion Dr. Britt Baker with Jamie Hayter & Rebel vs. Kris Statlander

Some really nice back and forth action early on.  Statlander went for the Spider Crab but Britt got to the ropes.  Britt snatched her down after they went face to face and went for the Lockjaw.  Statlander fought it off and booped her nose.  They battled to the corner where Britt nailed the fisherman’s neckbreaker off the ropes.

Britt went for the Lockjaw but Statlander turned it into an attempted Spider Crab.  Britt began kicking her in the jaw, forcing the challenger to release that attempt.    Britt stomped her hard over and over in the corner.    She nailed the Panama Sunrise (they called it the Pittsburgh Sunrise), which is Adam Cole’s finisher and the place went nuts.  Statlander kicked out.  Britt nailed a curb stomp for another two count.

Britt locked in the Lockjaw and finally Statlander submitted.

Your winner and still AEW Women’s Champion, Britt Baker!

A damn good match.  I don’t know that anyone really thought Britt would lose at this juncture given how hot her character has gotten, which took a little drama off the bout but they worked really well and hard.

Backstage, Andrade el Idolo was interviewed backstage.  He accused him of perhaps causing PAC's travel issues.  Chavo Guerrero said he doesn't even have American Airlines' number, assuming he was on American Airines.  Andrade said he didn't cancel the flight and they'll fight Friday.
