The announcers for the event are Ian Riccaboni, Caprice Coleman and Dalton Castle. The announcers explained that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, EC3, Bandido and Flamita will not be competing.
They ran down the lineup for the PPV.
Tony Deppen vs. LSG vs. Josh Woods vs. Dak Draper - Winner Receives ROH TV Title Match at FB 2020 later that night.
Draper and Woods started out, trying to out wrestle the other. Draper ended up rolling Woods into the ropes and laughing at each other. Woods went for a top wristlock but Draper slipped out and they went back and forth, trying to gain an advantage. Draper was looking stronger early on. Woods started to catch him with Draper escaping but looking concerned.
Draper tagged in LSG as he rebounded off the ropes. LSG scored with a nice dropkick after escaping a Doctor Bomb. Deppen tagged in and looking good athletically against LSG. Deppen nailed a nice dropkick. LSG sent him to the floor and followed, so Woods and Draper hit the ring and began exchanging near falls as they were legal due to lucha rules.
Deppen stood to Draper but was drilled down to the corner and stomped. Draper missed a charge in the corner but caught Deppen coming off the ropes with a kick to the head. Deppen was worked over but kept kicking out. Deppen showed off his strength early on. He went for the Magnum KO but LSG tagged himself in. He was immediately dumped over the top so Deppen was back in the ring. Draper lifted and went for a Doctor Bomb but Deppen grabbed his leg to prevent the rotation. Draper was very good talking trash.
Deppen kicked Draper and went to the top but was kicked down, landing on the apron. Draper nailed a big superplex for a two count. Woods hit the ring but was sent to the floor by Draper. Draper went for a leaping kneedrop but missed it. LSG hit the ring but was spun around and slammed. Draper nailed a big slam but Woods got involved. Woods started cleaning house. Deppen went for a charging kick on but Woods caught him for a suplex. Draper caught LSG on the top and they battled in the corner. Woods snuck up behind them as Draper went for a superplex and took them both.
The battled continued. Draper caught Woods with a Doctor Bomb for a two count. Woods went for a triangle choke. LSG nailed a frog splash on Woods but Deppen scored a rollup with the Backlund Bridge and scored the pin on Draper.

Deppen will challenge Dragon Lee later tonight. Solid bout with Deppen shining and everyone else looking more than solid.
They aired a video feature on Brody King challenging ROH Champion Rush tonight.
Quinn McKay interviewed Tony Deppen backstage. He said when he came here, he said he was going to show his child and his wife he wasn't a failure and he's going to do that tonight. Dragon Lee is going to have to kill him to beat him and promised Lee would see him tonight. Good promo.
They aired a video feature on PCO and Mark Briscoes challenging Jay Lethal and Jonathan Gresham for the ROH Tag Team titles tonight.
Quinn McKay interviewed Shane Taylor & The Soldiers of Savagery. They announced they have been named the ROH Six Man Tag Team Champions due to the lack of title defenses from the Mexisquad. Taylor refused the titles and said when they win them, they will do it the right way and they refuse them. They will see them down the line and take the belts then.
Dalton Castle intimated he would face Rey Horus later tonight and left the commentary position.
Backstage, Quinn McKay interviewed Brian Johnson. He cut a damn good promo about how he was going to take out Danhausen tonight and hold a funeral for all the Internet fans who think that he's a better wrestler than Johnson.
They showed footage of Jay Briscoe walking into the building and it's magically bright as day in Baltimore!
They aired a video feature on Vincent and Bateman vs. The Kingdom.
Quinn McKay caught Jay Briscoe in the hallway. He said EC3 was so scared to fight him, he was licking doorhandles. He told Mark Briscoe he was free and they could go get the titles together. Mark told him he missed the boat and he had to go win some tag team titles. Jay was not happy. Shane Taylor saw him and said it looks like his plans changed tonight and they can fight. Taylor said he owes Briscoe a beatdown. Briscoe accepted.
They ran down the rules for the Pure Rules division and sent it to a video feature on the first ever Pure Rules Tag Team bout.
The Foundation's Tracy Williams & Rhett Titus vs. Fred Yehi & Wheeler Yuta - ROH Pure Rules Tag Team Match.
Yehi and Williams started out and grappled to try and get the advantage. Yehi's arm was worked over. Titus tagged in and continued the assault on the arm and shoulder. Yuta tagged in but was doubleteamed by Titus and Williams. Hot Sauce locked him in a Texas Cloverleaf. Yuta made it to the ropes, using one of the team's three rope breaks.
Williams nailed a back suplex for a two count. Titus tagged in and nailed a gutwrench suplex. Yehi tagged in and caught Williams with a suplex, then began working him over with chops. Williams grabbed the ropes and that was his second rope break, so The Foundation has one left. Titus tagged in but was caught in the Koji Clutch. Williams used the ropes to help Titus, so they were out of rope breaks. Yehi was saved from a pinfall, so his team was down to one last break.
Yuta scored a two count with a bodypress. Yuta went to the top but was dropkicked off the top to the floor. Yuta was almost counted out but Yehi helped his partner back in and then tagged in. Yehi and Williams took the fight to each other. Williams had to fight his way out of Yehi's corner but was caught with a Flatliner and another Koji Clutch. Titus went to interfere but was out of rope breaks. Yuta and Titus fought on the floor. Titus sent him into the ropes, smashing into Yehi and Williams, breaking the hold.
Yehi nailed a brainbuster on Williams for a two count. Williams fought back and made the tag. Titus scored several two counts. Titus cinched in a backbreaker submission. He spun Yuta for another two count. Yuta fired back and nailed several strikes and suplexes for near falls. Yehi tagged in and helped Yuta work over Titus. Yuta nailed a big splash off the top for a close two count.
Yuta went for a back suplex but Titus escaped and backed him into The Foundaton's corner. Williams tagged in and nailed more suplex variations and The Spicoli Driver for a close two count. Williams nailed a deep piledriver but Yehi broke up the pinfall, using their final rope breaks. Williams turned Yuta into a facelock submission and turned it into a crossface. Yuta fought to the ropes but couldn't use them to force a submission. Williams wrenched back and finally Yuta tapped.

A very well worked, physical bout that helped seed the garden for the rules and regulars for the Pure title bout later. It's nice to see Rhett Titus finally having a role again.
