ECW Thoughts:
I thought the Booker T segments were great because Booker is so over the top. At least they made sure not to film any Smackdown stars since that is where they taped the show last week.
I wonder if the parents of the kids in the front row where Sandman was opening his beer were happy to see their children soaked in beer.
I liked how Matt Striker did not want to get into the ring with Sandman and then he celebrated ‘injuring’ Sandman during the match. When he was taken to the back, was there any doubt that Sandman would be coming out at some point?
I guess they are building to a mixed tag match with Kevin Thorn and Ariel versus Balls Mahoney and Francine.
I think Francine can teach Trinity the proper way to dress as a female valet.
I think a CM Punk/Booker T feud could be interesting to watch.
I hate to bring in something that I had mentioned in my Impact and Xplosion Reports during the early part of this year, but ‘No More Moore’.
I did like how they brought up the fact that Booker T and Rob Van Dam were former tag team partners. I guess someone forgot the usual WWE rule ‘if it happened more than four weeks ago, it does not matter’.
