Daniel Bryan vs. Kazuchika Okada
Bryan comes out to Final Countdown by Europe, his Ring of Honor theme.
Okada gets the gold money drop.
They lock up and they move quickly to mat wrestling before the break. They circle each other. They lock up with a greco roman knuckle lock and after Okada forces him down, Danielson picks the leg, wraps the legs with his and drives Okada’ knees into the mat. Okada grabs a side headlock and Danielson shoots him off. Okada hits a shoulder tackle. They run the ropes and Okada takes down Danielson again. Okada nails Danielson with a kick and then they go to the floor.
Danielson goes into the ring and dropkicks Okada on the floor, followed with a diving knee strike. Danielson hammerlocks Okada’s right arm and shoves him into the ring post. They go into thering and Danielson goes off the top, kicking Okada’s arm and then covers for two. Danielson gets a hammerlock and then works over Okada’s arm. After the hammer and anvil strike, Danielson gets cattle mutilation. He then rolls through for a two count.
Danielson works over Okada in the corner, but Okada walks out of the corner to take the blows. Okada whips Danielson into the corner and follows, but Danielson gets a boot up. When Danielson charges, Okada grabs him for a flapjack. They run the ropes and Okaga gets a big boot and then hits a DDT for two. Okada is able to drop kick Danielson to the floor after putting him on the top.
They brawl at ringside and after Okada gets a flying cross body into the crowd and then he rolls Danielson into the ring. Okada slaps on the Money Clip and Danielson escapes by shoving him in the corner. Okada gets an air raid driver for two. Okada puts Danielson on the top and Danielson is able to get the hammer and anvil elbows to knock Okada down and then a missile drop kick.
Danielson gets a series of uppercuts. Okada fires back. They go back and forth. Okada ends it with a shotgun drop kick. Danielson gets a German suplex. Danielson gets two flying kicks in the corner, and Okada stops him with a pair of drop kick. Oakada leaps at him and Danielson is able to grab him with an arm bar. Danielson then locks in the Labell lock. Okada makes it to the ropes for a break and Oakda rolls to the apron. Danielson kicks him in the back and then leaps onto Okada onto the floor, but Oakada catches him. Danielson dodges a rainmaker and hits a drop kick.
Danielson gets a series of kicks, and Oakad dodges the last one and hits a tombstone piledriver on the ramp. Okada drags Danielson to the ring and they roll in. Okada goes to the top and hits an elbow. Oakada calls for the Rainmaker clothesline. Danielson goes dead weight so that he can’t be pulled up.
The ref calls for the doctor to check out Daneilson. The doctor says he’s OK to continue. Danielson is up and hits the psycho knee, and the injury was all a ploy. Both men are slow to get up., but Okada keeps the wrist and then nails Daneilson with blows. Danielson escapes a German suplex and hits a psycho knee for two.
Danielson stomps Oakada’ head in and as he is trying to put on the Labell lock, Okada rolls him up for two. Danielson gets a kick to Okada’s head and he calls for the old Yes chant. He rushes at Okada and Oakda hits a drop kick, a landslide and then the rainmaker for two.
Okada pulls Danielson up and hits a series of short arm clotheslines. Danielson dodges two rainmakers and forces Okada down and tries for the Labell lock. Danielson can’t get his fingers locked. Okada crawls to the ropes. Danielson grabs Oakada’s arm and puts on a modified Ring of Saturn. Okada gets a foot on the ropes and gets the break. Daneilson pulls him back and locks on a different hold I have not seen before and Okada has to tap out.
