CAN JOE TAKE THE BELT FROM KROSS, BEST OF THREE FALLS TIME, I JUST WATCHED THE MATCH OF 2021, IT'S TIME FOR WALTER-ILJA 2, WILL KAI GET WHAT SHE HAS COMING, WHO IS KNIGHT'S BUTLER, A STATEMENT ON WHAT I THINK IS ABOUT TO BECOME THE SAD STATE OF NXT AND WHOSE FAULT IT IS (HINT, IT’S NOT HHH) - FULL NXT TAKEOVER 36 BLOG

The cage was coming down and Cole attacked Kyle while medical was working on him.  He powerebombed him on the announced table, among other things.  He then brought him back in the ring as the cage came all the way down.  There is no roof on it.

They are doing a recap as they say they are looking at Kyle.  Now fall three is going and Cole is trying to wok him over but Kyle is coming back.

Cole got two with Panama Sunrise that he wasted too much time setting up.

Cole has handcuffs.  He locked Kyle to the rope.  He kicked him in the chin.  Kyle got up and he did it again.  He tried again and Kyle got a heel hook.   Cole tapped.  Kyle wins.

Sounds like some of the fans don’t like the finish.  I don’t know why.  The booking called for Kyle to win but I guess they like Cole better.  Or they think it means that Cole is leaving for AEW.  If so, I get that but blame Vince for that.

They worked their asses off and considering what they followed, they did a great job.

Dragunov is in the back and he looks like he went through the war he went through.  He said the Ring General has fallen!  The fans popped.

Santos is with his Legado guys.  They will escalate things with Hit Row on Tuesday.

Samoa Joe will try and take the NXT Title from Karrion Kross next.

Joe is out first.  People are behind him.  Kross is next.  No Scarlett.  I hope whatever is keeping her away isn’t serious.  She is awesome.  The fans are chanting for her.  I don’t blame them.  His entrance is so much better with her by his side.

We have our first is Joe is gonna kill you chant before the bell rings!

Joe is firing on all cylinders early on.  Kross took control with a Doomsday Saito Suplex.  Joe is on the floor.  Kross is working him over back in the ring.  Kross gets a two with a Saito.

Joe hits a Joe-pay to the floor.  But back in the ring Kross threw him around and got another two.  Kross ran into  power slam and man it looked like his head barely cleared it.  He kicked at two thank God.  Joe got a two on a powerbomb and went into an STF.  Kross got the rope and is now back on the offensive.  Joe is either losing steam or is selling like he is.  Kross gets another two on a DDT.

Joe comes back with a suplex.  He hit blows and a senton for two.  Looks like he was selling being gassed.  He locked on the Clutch.  He locked it on in the middle.  Kross got out and did an arm breaker into the Kross Jacket.  Joe is fading (and bleeding from the mouth).  Kross nailed him in the back and set up but ran into chokeslam.  Joe hit the Muscle Buster for the win.  Joe is your new champ.

It was solid. I am sure the more he works, the more he will look like the old Joe.  He has been off a while.

The Title is off of Kross and Joe is a three time NXT Champ.
