Gia Miller and D'Lo Brown are the hosts.
Fans taking part receive The official Rebellion t-shirt, a random autographed match-used canvas swatc and the first 50 buyers will receive a swag bag filled with bonus IMPACT-branded items, including an Impact Tumbler. You can order the event at this link.
X-Division Champion Ace Austin spoke with D'Lo Brown about tonight's X-Division Championship three-way bout. He was his usual braggadocios self He was asked by a fan who he thought the biggest threat is tonight. He said he thought Josh Alexander was the one he had to be most concerned about.
Gia Miller noted that fans taking part today receive a signed piece of tonight's ring canvas. They showed a piece of the Hard to Kill canvas and did a deal where the first fan to react received a signed piece of it by each of them. D'Lo and Gia each signed it.
They brought in Knockouts Tag Team Champions Fire N' Flayva. They talked up that they are ready for tonight's match against Rachael Ellering and Jordynne Grace. They were asked about potential AEW talents coming in. They said they'd dominate all the AEW women if someone wanted to knock on their door. They said any women from any company that want to step up and challenge them, they will beat them.
They were asked who else was on their level, to which they responded no one but themselves could be at their level. They went into promo-mode about how they, not Deonna Purrazzo run the Knockouts division and how perhaps they will be hiring Petey Williams as their bodyguard.
They were asked when AXS TV was going to give them a spin-off show. They said they keep asking that themselves. They were asked about all the other teams from the tournament being done except them but before they really got into it, Jordynne Grace and Rachael Ellering showed up and they faced off with D'Lo getting between everyone. The champs were pissed the challengers showed up but the story was that the schedule called for the challengers next. The champs exited but not before running their mouths.
D'Lo joined Grace and Ellering. Ellering said this is a big day and she feels good. She's known Grace for awhile and has been impressed with her and has her back. Grace said she's really glad Ellering is finally here in Impact and she knows they are going to win the title tonight.
They were asked how their chemistry together translates into the ring. They said they were going to be the new Knockouts Tag Team Champions tonight. Ellering said the first time she met Grace, they faced off in the ring and when you face someone, you can gain great respect for them. She said their attributes play off each other very well and that brings things together in the ring. Grace said that Ellering is taller than her and that allows them to close the gap in the ring by being unique and different while playing off each other. D'Lo joked that you learn from someone by being punched in the face and that's how he met Mark Henry.
They were asked by a child that if they could fight anyone in the world, who would it be. Grace said she'd love to meet Beth Phoenix. They talked about what she brought to the business as a woman and a talent. Ellering picked Bull Nakano, her all-time favorite.
They were asked if they'd be open to going to AEW if they won the titles. Grace said they'd love to do that but it's not up to them. They would be open to go anywhere. They were asked who they wanted to face from outside Impact and they named the SeaStars.
They were asked about the possibility of Impact expanding the Knockouts into their own show. They would be excited about that and would be happy to headline the first episode as the new Tag Champions. They were asked if they would want to resurrect Allie with a magic lamp. Grace said that's something that sounds cinematic and she's wanted to be involved in something like that, so she's in.
Sami Callihan was next and drove Gia Miller crazy with insults. Callihan said Rich Swann had better win and still be champion after tonight or Callihan is going to break his legs. Kenny Omega winning the title would be the worst thing to ever happen to the company and if he does, Callihan will deal with him.
A fan asked him about favorite Nintendo 64 games. Callihan said these are the type of questions he wants to get. He went off about how he was a N64 master and said he would face anyone on the roster on Twitch in any N64 game. He asked Gia Miller if she would face him and she said yes. He then asked what year she was born and it was 1998. He then mocked her for her dressing the way she does as an adult, then took off her shoe to show everyone what she was wearing and tossed it off-camera. That was pretty funny.
Callihan was asked about the new Mortal Kombat film. He said he loved it and if anyone disagrees, they should be tossed down a flight of stairs. He said thje fatalites were amazing. He just wanted to see people's "heads get chopped off" and he loved it. Callihan cut a promo on Busted Open Radio's Dave LaGreca. He said he doesn't like anything about NYC.
Callihan stole Miller's other shoe before leaving.
