The participants in the Intercontiental Championship match on Sunday make their way to the ring one by one.
AJ Styles comes to the ring without a title belt.
Sami Zayn comes to the ring with a belt that was legitimate at Wrestlemania.
Jeff Hardy comes to the ring with the correct Intercontinental Title Belt.
Corey Graves says all three have a claim to the the rightful Intercontinental Champion. That is why you will meet on Sunday to determine the undisputed Champion. Corey mentions that Jeff's belt and Sami's belt will be lifted in an Ascension Ceremony. Corey mentions that there is no champions advantage.
AJ asks Jeff if the title is a little heavy. He says this will be the last time you hold that belt you cheated to win. Why are you here Sami? You claim you are still the champion when you took the summer off to grow your neck beard. AJ says he has broken his back to make this title mean something. Didn't I beat you last week Sami
Sami says none of this should be happening. It is because you participated in a tournament to determine a fraduluent champion. Then Jeff won the fradulent title and you should have called him to denounce the title and acknowledge that Sami is the true champion. Sami asks Jeff if he knows how dangerous a ladder match is.
Jeff tells Sami to shut up and he cannot believe he agrees with AJ. Jeff says they have defended the title with honor. Sunday is your chance to make your title legitimate. Let's put the titles in the air until the match on Sunday.
The belts are put on the apparatus and lifted above the ring.
Sami starts to leave the ring but then he pushes a ladder onto Hardy and Styles. Sami punches Hardy.
Adam Pearce tells Sami it is better to leave things alone. I have added AJ Styles to the match to make it a triple thrat match and it is next.
Hardy with a Twist of Fate on Styles.
Match Number One: Jeff Hardy versus AJ Styles versus Sami Zayn in a Non Title Match to Prepare Us for the Title Match on Sunday Match
Zayn is taken care of and Hardy punches Styles. Styles punches back but Hardy with an atomic drop and leap frog neck snap. Hardy sends Zayn into the turnbuckles. Zayn with a kick and punches to Hardy. Hardy with a reverse atomic drop and leg drop followed by a drop kick. Styles kicks Hardy and sends Jeff into the turnbuckles. Styles with a back breaker. Styles with a baseball slide to send Zayn into the announce table. Hardy kicks Styles but Styles blocks it and Styles sends Hardy over the top rope to the floor.
Styles sends Hardy into the announce table and Zayn hits Styles from behind and then into the ringside barrier. Zayn punches Styles and kicks him in the corner. Zayn with a clothesline for a near fall. Zayn knocks Hardy off the apron with a punch. Styles backs Zayn into the turnbuckles and connects with shoulders. Styles with a snap mare and reverse chin lock. Styles chokes Zayn in the ropes. Styles with a snap mare and reverse chin lock. Styles tries to send Zayn into Hardy on the apron but Hardy moves and Zayn goes to the floor.
Hardy with punches and a clothesline to Styles. Hardy with a clothesline to Zayn. Zayn with a shoulder to the midsection and Zayn with a kick. Hardy with a double drop kick. Hardy with a back body drop to Zayn and then he hits a splash off Zayn's back into Styles. Hardy goes to the apron and the shirt comes off. Zayn knocks Hardy off the apron and to the floor. Zayn punches Hardy. Styles kicks Zayn and hits a pescado forearm as we go to commercial (sorry no PICTURE IN PICTURE)
We are back and Hardy goes under Zayn for a tower of doom but Zayn kicks Hardy away and Zayn goes for a superplex. AJ slides under and drops Zayn on the turnbuckles. Hardy with Whisper in the Wind on Styles and Zayn. Hardy punches Styles and Zayn Styles with punches and chops. Hardy with a mule kick to Styles. Zayn with boots to Hardy and Styles but Styles with a Pele Kick. Styles goes to the apron and he drops Hardy on the top rope. Styles with a forearm and then AJ goes for the Phenomenal Forearm and Zayn moves and Styles hits Hardy. Zayn sends Styles to the floor to get the three count on Hardy.
Winner: Sami Zayn
After the match, Styles hits Zayn with a ladder and he does the same to Hardy to knock him off the apron. Styles brings a larger ladder into the ring and sets it up. AJ takes the belts off the apparatus.
Otis Dozovic and Tucker Knight are in the back and we are going to find out what Otis will do about the lawsuit against him.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a look at how Miz and Morrison are affecting everyone's lives who watch Smackdown, and Otis.
Kayla Braxton is in the back with Otis Dozovic and Tucker Knight. Kayla asks Otis if he has made a decision. Otis says his mom told him there are three people you cannot trust, carnival clowns, 1% milk, and lawyers.
Miz shows up and he says that his lawyers are trying to give everyone a Money in the Bank briefcase. Miz says his attorneys will bury you in motions and legal bills. Miz says he will have everything from Otis. Miz tells Otis if he doesn't think he can do it, ask Mandy.
Otis says we don't settle things with lawyers, so we can settle it in the ring.
Tucker asks Miz why is his name the only one on the lawsuit. Otis attacks Morrison.
Adam Pearce shows up to try to calm things down.
We move on to a look at the situation between Bayley and Sasha Banks.
Bayley makes her way to the stage with her title belt and her steel chair.
Bayley says she could watch that inspiring footage all day long. I am not going to because a champion's time is precious. She says she doesn't have an ounce of time to waste on that useless Sasha Banks. I have work to do. I have a title match to prepare for. Nikki Cross, I admire your heart and you have that fighting spirit. I overheard you say that this match is going to be different and you think you have a chance to beat me because I don't have Sasha in my corner. You need to think why Sasha won't be in my corner. If you just watched what I did to my 'best' friend' wonder what I will do to you on Sunday.
Then, when you can only imagine what is going to happen next. Right Sasha?

Match Number Two: Gran Metalik (with Kalisto and Lince Dorado) versus Shinsuke Nakamura (with Cesaro)
They lock up and Nakamura with knees. Metalik iwth a kick and a handspring back flip. Metalik with a slingshot arm drag that sends Nakamura to the floor. Nakamura avoids a baseball slide and Nakamura sends Metalik into the ringside barrier. Nakamura with a knee lift to Metalik hanging over the apron. Nakamura with a near fall. Nakamura with kicks and an arm bar. Metalik with punches but Nakamura with a knee. Nakamura with a knee and he sends Metalik into the bottom turnbuckle. Nakamura with kicks to the head.
Metalik with a chop and Nakamura with a kick and front face lock. Metalik blocks a reverse exploder and hits a head scissors that sends Nakamura to the apron. Metalik blocks a boot and kicks Nakamura. Metalik with a plancha onto Nakamura. Metalik with a springboard senton for a near fall. Metalik goes to the turnbuckles for a moonsault but misses when Nakamura moves. Nakamura sends Metalik over his head but Metalik lands on the turnbuckles. Nakamura pulls Metalik off the turnbuckles and hits a reverse exploder followed by a knee to the head and Kinshasa for the three count.
Winner: Shinsuke Nakamura
After the match, Dorado checks on Metalik and Cesaro with a gutwrench suplex to Dorado.
Nakamura and Cesaro leave the ring and Dorado pushes Kalisto.
Jey Uso walks in the back and he knocks on Roman's door as we go to commercial.
