We go to Charly Caruso and he talks about an accident that almost happened earlier today.
Charly shows us a box with items falling to the floor. Charly says that some have said it was deliberate.
MVP shows up and he says he lost the US Title due to glitches and power outages. That is the story, not boxes.
Charly says she found out that Apollo Crews has accepted MVP's challenge.
MVP says of course Apollo would accept the challenge.
Shelton Benjamin stops by and says someone stole his 24/7 Title.
WWE Champion Drew McIntyre makes his way to the ring.
Drew says Randy Orton has spent 20 years preying on vulnerability. He won't show you how he felt by a finger gesture like Steve Austin. He wouldn't throw his shoulder pad into the second row and drop the People's Elbow like the Rock. Randy says he is better. He would wait until your match is over and slither in and hit an RKO. Drew says it is on him. You told me it was coming and you did it. Lesson learned and it will never happen again.
Drew says he knows how motivated Randy is now. You are just as motivated to take this title as i am to keep it. The similarities don't end there. Once upon a time, Vince McMahon looked at us and told us we were the chosen one. We were the future of this industry. Things didn't go quite to plan. Edge said it best and it wasn't your Plan A. He does not know what Plan this is for you. You didn't lie alone in a nation of 5 million dreaming of pulling it off and being called a dreamer. It was handed to you. I don't resent you for it. Drew talks about Randy talking about his accolades that were spoon fed to you because you are Cowboy Bob Orton's son. I wasn't driven around in a limo by Evolution. I didn't have anyone cleaning up for me like you did with Evolution. I didn't have anyone clean up my mistakes and I was fired for it.
I deserved to be fired, but i spoke to so many people around here and I talked to the people who cleaned up the literal crap you left and you should have been fired many times.
Randy Orton's music plays and he comes to the stage with Ric Flair.
Randy says he is going to stop Drew and asks if his respect for you is not enough. I told everyone last week that I have respect for you. Then you come out and say that I was handed everything. I am here because I enjoying coming out here every week to RKO people and kick heads. I appreciate your fighting spirit and that is why it will be that much more sweet when I hit that RKO and kick you in the head to take your title.
You say I should have been fired years ago. You are right. I should have been fired over and over again. You were fired and I was not because I am worth more to this company than you ever were. I was the chosen one, then, now, and forever. It is cute that you come out here and quote legends like Edge. I challenge you to come up with one opinion about Randy Orton on your own. The key word is original.
Drew puts his title belt down and he says what Drew McIntyre really thinks you represent everything that is wrong with the WWE. I watched the Last Ride documentary and the most interesting part of it was you talking about how the Undertaker reached down to pull you up to his level because he didn't have to. He did it because he loves this industry. How many times has Randy Orton reached down to pull anyone up to his level.
Have you gone to anyone in the back to pass on the knowledge that Triple H, Shawn Michaels, the Undertaker, or Ric Flair gave to you.
Drew says ten years ago Edge reached into a hole and pulled you out. I was in catering and my career and life was falling down around me. I was far away from home. My mother was sick and I was self destructing. A kind word from Randy Orton would have helped. I don't see a leader in front of me. I see a selfish prick. At SummerSlam, I have a bunch of receipts to cash in. From me, some guys on the roster, and some who are no longer here. I will rip off your head and you will see it coming.
Nia Jax is in the back talking to Pat Buck as we go to commercial.
We are back and Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, and Kevin Owens are in the back. Ric Flair stops by and he says that he wants to talk to Kevin.
Ric says everyone up and down the roster love Kevin Owens. He says Kevin is trying to help others without looking out for himself.
Kevin thanks Ric for the advice but he felt that he needed to help his friends. Kevin says he has sacrificed friendships to get to the top. Now, Kevin is trying to take a different route and be the person who people look up to in the locker room. He wants to be what Randy could be.
Ric says he is in Orton's corner and he says instead of giving advice that you might listen to, I am giving you advice you need to listen to. Mind your own business and look out for Kevin Owens and you might get a title match at SummerSlam.
Kevin tells Ric he will show him the type of fight he has. Tell your boy Randy to meet me in the ring next week.
Kevin says he will see Ric there too.
Nia Jax is in the ring with Pat Buck
Nia says she is out here to own up to what she did. We see footage of what happened last week.
Nia says she really takes to heart the millions of you around the world who idolize her. When a scrawny undeserving little runt from WWE management who couldn't cut the mustard in his own career steps up to her, it is her responsibility to step back.
Nia turns around and says she didn't see him there. Nia says Pat is expecting an apology but she will give him a match right now.
Pat says he is in the ring only because he was told an apology is coming.
Nia says Pat will get his apology after their match. This is your big opportunity that you wouldn't have gotten if it wasn't for me. I will start slow so your little legs can keep up.
Pat says if you aren't going to apologize, he is going to leave.
Nia asks if Pat is afraid. I thought there would be more fire in you because you are a ginger. She tells Pat to say what he has to say and not say it in private.
Pat says after your unsanctioned actions against a WWE official, you are indefinitely suspended without pay.
Nia says Pat has no authority and he pulls down his jacket and pushes Pat down.
Nia kicks Pat in the ribs and then kicks him to the floor.
R Truth makes his way to the ring with the 24/7 title belt and he is being chased by Akira Tozawa and the ninjas. Shelton Benjamin joins in the chase and we go to commercial.
Match Number Three: R Truth versus Shelton Benjamin (with MVP and Bobby Lashley) versus Akira Tozawa (with ninjas) for the 24/7 Championsihp
Truth punches Benjamin while Tozawa goes to the floor. Benjamin with an Irish whip and knee to Truth in the corner. Shelton with a snap mare and punches. Tozawa with a rollup on Benjamin for a near fall. Tozawa wants Benjamin to stop while Tozawa gets ready and Tozawa with a back heel kick. Tozawa with punches to the midsection but they have no impact. Benjamin with a power bomb to Tozawa and he punches Truth. Truth punches back and hits a jumping side kick and then Truth misses the scissors kick. Benjamin with Paydirt.
A ninja flips in the ring and he bounces off Benjamin and Benjamin kicks him and throws him to teh floor. Benjamin goes after the ninjas while Lashley and MVP attack other ninjas.
Back in the ring and Tozawa with a senton off the turnbuckles for the three count.
Winner: Akira Tozawa (new champion)
We go to Shane McMahon and he says to watch Raw Underground at 10PM while we see two men in a ring with no ropes fighting while people pound the edge of the canvas.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a look at what happened when Domink Mysterio attacked Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy joined Seth to go after Mysterio and Aleister Black's involvement.
Sarah Schrieber is with Dominick Mysterio. She asks him why is he showing up on Raw while your father is recovering from his injury.
Dominik says it might be crazy why he is doing this. He witnessed his dad get blinded. HIs mind is not in the right place as of late. If you think I am crazy now, you will think I am crazy when I challenge Seth Rollins to a match at SummerSlam.
Match Number Four: Shayna Baszler versus Sasha Banks (with Bayley) in a Non Title Match
Sasha slaps Shayna a few times but Shayna with a waist lock take down and a second one. Shayna with a snap mare and she teases a kick to the back. Shayna blocks a slap and kicks Sasha to the mat. Shayna stomps on the hand and rolls Sasha up for a near fall. Sasha with a kick and she goes for a suplex but Shayna blocks it. Shayna with a butterfly move into a cross arm breaker but Sasha rolls to the ropes and gets to the apron. Bayley distracts Shayna and Sasha with a divorce court and she send Shayna shoulder first into the ring post for a near fall.
Sasha uses the ropes to work on the shoulder. Sasha with a snap mare and double wrist lock. Shayna with shoulders in the corner followed by punches. Sasha with a cross body but Shayna holds on and rolls through for a uranage back breaker. Shayna with the Kirifuda Clutch but Sasha escapes. Shayna with a kick to the back and Shayna stands on the hand but Sasha with the Banks Statement. Shayna escapes but Sasha with a head scissors. Sasha blocks a kick and connects with a knee. Shayna kicks back and both women are down.
Asuka attacks Bayley from behind and the referee calls for the bell.
No Contest
After the match, Asuka goes after Sasha but Sasha is able to escape the ring.
We are back and Charly Caruso is in the ring with Asuka. Asuka is asked about Kairi Sane and we see what happened during the Raw Women's Title Match.
Asuka is asked for an update on Kair's injury. Asuka says Kairi will be okay but she is not here. Sasha and Bayley are here. I am here. Asuka says she wants a rematch against Sasha for the Raw Women's Championship against Sasha at SummerSlam.
Shayna says she does not want to fight Asuka now. She says she is rooting for Asuka. She wants Asuka to win the Raw Women's Title. I will be so excited to dismember you and take the Raw Women's Champion off of you.
Sasha and Bayley make their way to the ring. Sasha says it is her Raw Women's Championship. Asuka, I'll give you your rematch at SummerSlam if you can beat a former NXT Women's Champion, her best friend Bayley. If you can win, you get your rematch.
Angel Garza is in the back and he gives Demi Burnett from The Bachelor a rose.
Zelina shows up along with Andrade. Zelina says she does not belong and they need to talk. Angel says he will be right back when his match is over.
We return to SweatSport with Shane McMahon and he tells you to see what comes up later.
