NXT Men's Champion Tommaso Ciampa is in the ring.
Ciampa says he has a little to get off his chest. As the champion, you are the hunted and everyone has their eyes on the title you hold over your head. As NXT Champion, I am a little different than any other champion who has held this title. The champion does the hunting and Bron Breakker is the hunted. You are probably going to come out to interrupt me with your music. You don't have to interrupt me, I am inviting you to the ring to talk to you face to face.
Bron Breakker makes his way to the ring.
Ciampa tells Breakker he does not need a microphone. I know what you are thinking. I know what you are going to say. At War Games, you made a statement. You speared me through a table and shattered it to pieces. You pressed the champion over your had and drove me into the mat and pinned my shoulders, one, two, three. You don't want another shot at my title, you earned a shot at my title. On January 4th, Bron Breakker versus Tommaso Ciampa for the title. That is what you are thinking.
I agree with you. You deserve this. Let's hope you don't drown like you did the first time. I want you to remember that in two weeks, you are going to get your second opportunity. Some don't even get one chance and you are getting a second chance. You are special. You earned it. I want you to remember what I said about jumping into the deep end. I exposed you for your inexperience in the ring and in life. You have the tools. You are super intense and you have strength for days. You are not ready to be a champion in my NXT. I am talking about people like Sami Zayn, KO, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Finn Balor. Guys like Tommaso Ciampa. Guys who spent a decade getting to WWE and then spending a decade in WWE.
You have had ten to twenty matches? You are doing great, but I don't know if you are ready for this. I am talking about the bright lights and the weight of the world on your shoulders. It is too much too soon. Look at what happened at Halloween Havoc. One mistake, one slip off the ropes and it was gone. You won't let a mistake like that happen again. There is nothing better for you than for you to walk out as champion on January 4th. You are going to take the title home to your dad and family. They will all be barking. He did it all by himself. You are a champion.
Then reality hits (Ciampa slaps Breakker) and says that reality is Tommaso Ciampa, the greatest NXT Champion looking in your face.
Bron presses Ciampa over his head but then he lets Ciampa land on his feet. Breakker takes the title belt and tells that blood is in the water and the shark will eat you alive in two weeks.
We see an Instagram video from Grayson Waller about AJ Styles. He says that AJ is hanging around too long. He tells him to get a hair cut.
We see Raquel Gonzalez walking in the back but Dakota Kai attacks Gonzalez with a storage case and they fight in the back. Kai with punches and forearms to Gonzalez. Kai gets a metal pole but Gonzalez blocks it . Kai goes for a head scissors but Gonzalez blocks her and swings her into the scaffolding. Gonzalez hits Kai with a pipe. Gonzalez runs Kai into the metal fencing. Kai escapes and sends Gonzalez into the fencing. Kai with a bicycle kick and a second one.
Gonzalez grabs the scaffold from Mallrats and runs Kai into the fence. Gonzalez hot shots Kai onto a storage case.
Kai tries to get away and put stuff in Gonzalez' way and throw things at her. Gonzalez with a boot to the head. Gonzalez tries to squish Kai with a storage case but Kai moves. Kai hits Gonzalez with a few trash cans. Kai with a thrust kick to Gonzalez and Gonzalez is down.
Kai gets a table and officials tell Kai they have to get to the ring. Kai sets up the table but Gonzalez hits Kai with a cart. Gonzalez runs Kai into the loading dock gate.Kai sends Gonzalez into some equipment and then Kai goes outside.
Gonzalez follows as they enter the most dangerous parking lot in sports entertainment. Kai sends Gonzalez into the wall. Gonzalez picks up Kai and runs her into an SUV. Kai tries to get away but Gonzalez grabs her and sends Kai into a guardrail. Gonzalez charges at Kai but misses when Kai moves and Gonzalez goes into the guardrail. Kai sends Gonzalez back into the building. Kai with forearms and she sends Gonzalez into a ladder. Kai with forearms and Gonzalez with punches as they finally get into the arena. Kai punches Gonzalez and connects with forearms.
They make it to ringside and Kai with a forearm. Gonzalez with a forearm. Gonzalez backs Kai into the apron. Gonzalez misses a forearm and hits the ring post. Kai with chops.
Match Number One: Dakota Kai versus Raquel Gonzalez in a Street Fight
Gonzalez hits Kai with the hood to the announce table. Gonzalez grabs the steps but misses and Kai with a bicycle kick and Gonzalez falls onto the steps. Kai sends Gonzalez into the steps. Kai with a forearm and she sends Gonzalez into the plexiglass. Kai with forearms. Gonzalez with forearms and sends Kai into the apron. Gonzalez sends Kai over her head and Kai lands on the apron and kicks Gonzalez. Gonzalez gets Kai on her shoulders and Kai stomps Gonzalez' head into the ring step. Kai pulls out a table.
Gonzalez pushes the table into Kai. Gonzalez hot shots Kai onto the top of the chair in the ring. Gonzalez grabs Kai when Kai goes after Gonzalez against the announce table but Kai with a head scissors that sends both of them over the top rope tot eh floor. Kai puts the trash can on Gonzalez and hits a double stomp off the apron. Kai goes for a reverse DDT but Gonzalez blocks it and power bombs Kai onto the ring steps. Kai punches Gonzalez but Gonzalez chokes Kai against the announce table. Gonzalez puts Kai in the ring and Kai kicks Gonzalez in the head.
Gonzalez with a boot to the head. Gonzalez gets Kai up for a Chingona Bomb and hits it onto the trash can for the three count.
Winner: Raquel Gonzalez
After the match, Raquel Gonzalez says she is sick and tired of waiting. She demands her title rematch against Mandy Rose and she says she is not leaving the ring until she gets it.
We go to commercial.
We are back with a Tony D'Angelo video package. He says if you are honest you are dangerous so he must be the most dangerous man. I have smacked around anyone who got in my way. I am not afraid of you Pete Dunne. I made my way into War Game. if you are the baddest man, how bad are you when I took your mouthpiece. You tried to embarrass me. Two can play at that game.
Raquel is still in the ring and she is continuing to call out Mandy Rose.
Cora Jade comes out and she congratulates Raquel on her win. She says she knows that Raquel is calling out Mandy. As much as you want your title back, and you deserve your rematch. As much as you want that, I want revenge on Toxic Attraction for what they did to me. The way to kill Toxic Attraction is to take the head off the snake. Cora says she knows that Mandy doesn't want to put the title on the line against her.
Raquel says that Cora has guts and they went to war and came out on the other side together. When it comes to the title, it is every woman for themselves. I took care of one problem tonight. It does not matter who gets in my way, I will go through them to get my title back.
Cora says not if I get there first.
Mandy Rose is on the HHH Tron and she says that Raquel was champion for quite some time but before I got her. Cora, you are trying to do this with a fluke victory. You are envious of what i have done for the women's division. I am feeling festive that it will be a Triple Threat Match at New Year's Evil. You will also get an ass whipping.
Jacy Jayne and Gigi Dolin attack Cora and hit her with a kendo stick. Jacy and Gigi send Raquel through the table in the ring.
We take a look back at Harland's attack on Brian Kendrick in the most dangerous stairwell in sports entertainment.
Joe Gacy and Harland want to make a public apology.
We go to Joe and Harland. Joe says Harland wants to apologize for his actions last week. He is a sensitive man and too shaken up to speak. You can see the regret on his face. They would like to apologize but after everything that Harland has been through, Mr. Kendrick, you triggered Harland back to a time when he was not as loved. We do not condone violence, but Mr. Kendrick used offensive language and put his hands on Harland. He called Harland a freak. We did what we were told to do. You only have yourself to blame, Mr. Kendrick. Joe says he hopes that everyone can grow from this event.
James shows Zack what the Creeds were doing on Instragram. Zack says he hates cocky and arrogant teams like the Creeds. James asks about the plan. Zack says they are not going to beat the Creeds with their muscles, but with their minds.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Persia tells Indi that their match tonight was postponed.
Grayson Waller shows up and Indi yells at him for what he did to Dexter.
Persia tells Grayson he better worry about AJ Styles.
Grayson tells them to watch what he does tonight because the Grayson Waller Effect is the future.
Match Number Two: Zack Gibson and James Drake versus Brutus Creed and Julius Creed (with Diamond Mine)
Gibson and Julius start things off and Julius goes for the leg but Gibson escapes. They lock up and Gibson with a side head lock. Julius with a fireman's carry to counter a hip toss. Brutus tags in and Julius with a fireman's carry and Julius gives Brutus a gutwrench suplex onto Gibson. Julius and Brutus with fireman's carries to Gibson. Gibson kicks Julius away. Julius with an Irish whip but Drake absorbs the impact in the corner and Gibson with a clothesline. Drake tags in and hits a double sledge to the back off the ropes. Drake with an Irish whip and elbow into the corner. Gibson tags in and connects with a clothesline. Drake with a leg lariat for a near fall.
Julius with a suplex. Drake tags in and he punches Julius. Julius with a punch and Drake with a side head lock. Brutus tags in and sends Drake to the mat. Brutus and Julius with knees to the ribs. Brutus with a Doctor Bomb for a near fall. Gibson tags in and he kicks Brutus in the back. Drake hits Brutus from behind to send him to the floor. Drake with a pescado as Gibson hits a back breaker.
Ikemen Jiro and KUSHIDA make their way to ringside with a table to do commentary as we go to commercial.
We are back and Gibson with a cobra clutch on Brutus. Drake tags in and he connects with a forearm. Drake with a reverse chin lock. Drake with a front face lock to Brutus. Brutus power his way to the corner and back drops Drake and tags in Julius. Julius with a shoulder to the knee and a drop kick after knocking Gibson off the apron. Brutus tags in and Brutus with a power slam for a near fall. Drake with a forearm and Gibson pulls Brutus to the floor. Drake with a suicide dive onto Brutus. Gibson sets to power bomb Brutus through the not an announce table but Jiro and KUSHIDA block the table. Gibson and Drake hit the Creeds from behind and then KUSHIDA and Jiro get involved. The referee calls for the bell.
No Contest
The three teams fight on the floor and then Brooks Jensen and Josh Briggs join in the fun.
Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams are with McKenzie. She asks if Trick will get over his fear of Dexter. Carmelo says that Trick is not afraid of him. Trick says that he will take care of Dexter, but Dexter shows up on a monitor and Trick freaks out as we go to commercial.
