Match Number Five: Kofi Kingston versus Randy Orton
Orton with a kick and forearms to the back. Orton sends Kofi into the ring post and then he gets a near fall. Orton sends Kofi to the floor and then he sends Kofi into the ringside barrier. Orton sends Kofi into the other side of the barrier and then he kicks Kofi. Randy sends Kofi back into the ring and he gets a near fall.
Orton runs his boot laces across the face. Orton with a European uppercut but Kofi sends Orton to the floor. Kofi with a clothesline followed by kicks. Kofi clotheslines Orton over the top rope to the floor.
Orton returns to the ring and Orton with a forearm to the back. Orton with head butts to Kofi followed by punches. Kofi with a kick and punches. Kofi with more kicks and punches. Orton with an Irish whip but Kofi goes for a double jump cross body but Orton slithers out of the way and Kofi hits the mat and rolls to the floor.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Orton with the Garvin Stomp. We see footage from the commercial break when Orton hit a back drop driver onto the ringside barrier. Orton with a neck breaker for a near fall. Orton with a reverse chin lock. Orton with knees followed by an Irish whip but Orton runs into an elbow.
Kofi with a clothesline from the turnbuckles. Orton with a drop kick and he gets a near fall. Orton with a front face lock and then he punches Kofi in the corner. Orton with a European uppercut and then he puts Kofi on the turnbuckles. Orton with punches but Kofi punches back and he hits a tornado DDT.
Kofi with chops to Orton followed by a drop kick. Kofi misses the flying clothesline but Orton with a kick. Kofi with the pendulum kick and he goes up top and hits a cross body for a near fall.
Orton blocks SOS and then Kofi misses Trouble in Paradise. Kofi with SOS for a near fall. Kofi is sent to the apron and then he drops Orton on the top rope. Kofi goes for a springboard move but Orton counters with a power slam and he gets a near fall. Orton sends Kofi to the apron but Kofi gets back into the ring and he sends Orton over the top rope to the floor. Kofi misses a baseball slide and Orton with a clothesline. Orton sends Kofi into the ringside barrier and then he drops Kofi on the ringside barrier to set up the IEDDT from the ringside barrier.
Orton sends Kofi back into the ring and Orton follows. Orton with an RKO for the three count.
Winner: Randy Orton
After the match, Daniel Bryan attacks Randy Orton in the ring and he clotheslines Orton over the top rope and Bryan with a suicide dive to Orton. They fight by the announce table and officials try to pull Bryan off Orton. Bryan follows Orton to the back as we go to commercial.
We are back and Vickie Guerrero yells at a backstage worker who wanted vacation time.
Alberto Del Rio wants to know what Vickie is doing here. Vickie says that she was invited by Triple H to make a special announcement.
Alberto says that he was hoping to be named the face of WWE because he is the only champion. He was hoping for a night off, but the people want to see their champion. He hopes that Vickie will pick the proper opponent for him. He says that Vickie is the most respected General Manager in WWE History. He says that Vickie is sexy, beautiful, and intelligent. Alberto gives Vickie his towel and then he kisses Vickie on the cheek.
Alberto walks away.
It is time for the third option to be guest referee in the Orton/Bryan Hell in a Cell Match to finally crown a WWE Champion. That choice is Shawn Michaels. Shawn says that he knows that everyone is aware that Triple H is his best friend. They are close personal friends. Shawn says the key word is ‘personal’. What we are talking about is business. Shawn says that he doesn’t know how many people are aware that he trained Daniel Bryan.
He will not let that sway him. He will not let his friendship with Triple H sway him. When it comes to Randy Orton, he doesn’t like Randy and Randy does not like him. He will not let that sway him. He wants to be the guest referee because he guarantees that he will make sure there is definitely a new WWE Champion. Ultimately, he does not care about what is best for business, he cares about what is best for everyone.

We are back with a look at what Stephanie has done to fix what happened at Battleground.
Vickie Guerrero comes out, in her role as Smackdown General Manager, and she introduces Alberto Del Rio’s opponent and it is Ricardo Rodriguez.
Match Number Six: Alberto Del Rio versus Ricardo Rodriguez in a Non Title Match
The bell rings and Vickie says that she has another announcement to make. She will defend the title at Hell in a Cell. He will face John Cena. Ricardo with a rollup for the three count.
Winner: Ricardo Rodriguez
After the match, Ricardo celebrates on the announce table but Alberto knocks him off the table. Del Rio kicks Ricardo in the head and then he sends him into the ring steps. Del Rio gets a chair and he wraps it around the arm and he stomps on the chair. Del Rio applies the cross arm breaker and officials pull him off Ricardo.
We go to commercial. VOTE
Match Number Seven: Zack Ryder versus Fandango (with Summer Rae)
Fandango with a waist lock but Ryder with forearms. Fandango with a spinning heel kick and he gets a near fall. Fandango with punches to Ryder. Fandango with a suplex for a near fall. Fandango with a reverse chin lock. Ryder with a punch and Fandango with a knee. Ryder with a face plant and then he gets his knee up for a charge into the corner by Fandango.
Ryder with a missile drop kick and a running forearm into the corner. Ryder sets for the Broski boot but Fandango goes to the floor. Ryder with a boot to Fandango and they go to the floor. Ryder rolls Fandango back in and Fandango with a kick on the apron and a neck breaker against the top rope.
Fandango goes up top for the FandangoBama Jam and he gets the three count.
Winner: Fandango
It is time to find out who will be the referee in the WWE Title Match at Hell in a Cell. The winner, with 61 percent of the vote is Shawn Michaels. Bob Backlund was second with 32 percent of the vote. Booker finished in third with 7 percent of the vote.
Match Number Eight: Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro (with Zeb Colter) versus Santino Marella and Great Khali (with Hornswoggle)
Swagger and Santino start things off and they lock up. Santino with a cartwheel when Swagger tries to Irish whip him. Swagger with a knee and then Santino power walks. Santino with an atomic drop to Swagger. Swagger punches Santino and then he sends Santino into the turnbuckles. Cesaro tags in and the referee talks to Cesaro while Swagger works over Santino.
Cesaro with a European uppercut and Swagger tags in and he snap mares Santino and he traps the arm. Cesaro with a punch while Swagger talks to the referee. Swagger with a belly-to-belly slam and Swagger with a Swagger Bomb followed by a leap frog double stomp for a near fall. Cesaro with a reverse chin lock.
Santino with a drop down stunner and Khali tags in. Khali pushes Cesaro away. Khali with a clothesline and he sends Cesaro into the turnbuckles. Khali with elbows to Cesaro’s neck followed by a chop. Khali with another chop. Khali chops Swagger on the apron. Khali with a back elbow to Cesaro but Cesaro with a shot to the leg and Cesaro picks up Khali for the Giant Swing.
Cesaro gets the three count.
Winners: Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro
After the match, Swagger picks up Hornswoggle and he puts him in the ring. Cesaro fights the back pain and he swings Hornswoggle until Santino hits Cesaro with the Cobra.
Miz walks in the back and we go to commercial.
We are back with the WWE Rewind: Miz being brutalized by Randy Orton in front of his friends and family.
Miz is in the ring to host MizTV but he is dressed to wrestle.
Before Miz can start, the Wyatt Family TitanTron goes on and Bray tells us They are here.
Harper and Rowan are in the ring when the lights go on but Wyatt waits for Miz to come to him. Miz charges at Wyatt and he punches and kicks him. Miz gets on the stage and Wyatt looks at Miz from his own perspective.
Brad Maddox is in the office and he asks Stephanie if he has acquitted himself. Stephanie tells Brad he has not acquitted himself. Hunter arrives and he says that he is busy cleaning up Brad’s mess. He asks if the moron has screwed anything up.
Hunter says that he will be at ringside to make sure the best for business happens tonight in the main event.
We are back and Triple H makes his way to the ring before the main event starts.
Match Number Nine: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns versus Daniel Bryan, Cody Rhodes, and Goldust
Goldust and Rollins start things off. Rollins has something to say to Goldust and he pie faces him. Goldust grunts at him and they exchange punches. Goldust with the drop down punch followed by a reverse atomic drop and a clothesline for a near fall. Goldust with an Irish whip and Cody with a springboard drop kick for a near fall.
Rollins punches Cody and he sends Cody into his corner and he tags in Ambrose. Ambrose punches Rhodes and Cody with a kick to Ambrose and he sends Rollins to the floor. Rhodes with a Harley Race high knee to Ambrose for a near fall. Cody with a gourdbuster and he gets a near fall.
Cody with an elbow to the top of the head and he stomps on the face. Goldust tags in and he kicks Ambrose and snap mares him followed by a knee drop for a near fall. Cody tags back in and he kicks Ambrose. Cody with a punch but Ambrose sends Cody into the corner. Ambrose with a punch and then he runs his forearm across Cody’s face.
Cody with a kick but Ambrose with a knee. Ambrose with an Irish whip but he runs into a knee. Cody goes up top and Reigns tries to stop him but Cody kicks Reigns to the floor. Ambrose pushes Cody off the turnbuckles to the floor and we go to commercial.
We are back and Rollins with a front face lock on Rhodes. Seth runs Cody into the corner and he kicks Cody. Ambrose tags in and he punches Cody after taunting him. Ambrose stomps on the abdomen a few times to work on his air intake.
Ambrose with a rear chin lock and he rubs his forearm across Cody’s face. Cody with elbows but Dean with a knee. Dean with forearms to the back and then he puts Cody on the turnbuckles. Dean with a belly-to-back superplex set up but Cody knocks Dean off the turnbuckles and Cody hits the moonsault.
Ambrose grabs Cody’s leg and he punches Cody. Dean knocks Goldust off the apron but Cody with a back body drop. Bryan tags in and he knocks Reigns off the apron with a drop kick. Rollins with an Irish whip but Bryan flips over and he hits a German suplex. Bryan with a running drop kick into the corner and then he puts Rollins on top for a super rana but Reigns breaks up the cover. Goldust goes after Reigns but Ambrose joins in. Reigns takes care of Goldust. Cody with Beautiful Disaster to Reigns followed by a clothesline that sends Reigns over the top rope to the floor.
Rollins with a German suplex and Bryan lands on his feet and he kicks Rollins in the head and Ambrose hits Rhodes with a chair and the referee calls for the bell.
Winners: Goldust, Cody Rhodes, and Daniel Bryan
Triple H says that this will not be another undecisive night.
The match is restarted and Ambrose goes after Rhodes while Reigns and Goldust fight. Bryan with a suicide dive onto Reigns and Ambrose. From out of nowhere, Randy Orton hits an RKO on Bryan and he rolls Daniel into the ring. Rollins rolls over and he gets the three count.
Winners: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns
After the match, The Shield attack Cody and Goldust.
Big Show’s music plays and he makes his way onto the stage and Hunter does not know how this is possible.
Big Show makes his way to the ring while Hunter hides behind Ambrose, Rollins, and Reigns.
Show gets on the apron and the Shield attack Show but Show fights them off. Rollins clips Show and they triple team Show. Hunter removes his jacket and he tells The Shield what to do.
Show fights off The Shield again and he is face to face with Triple H and he punches Hunter.
Show leaves the ring and then Daniel Bryan stands over Hunter. . . and he leads the crowd in a chant of ‘YES’. Daniel fixes Hunter’s tie
