Douches doing Tout videos mean less than nothing to me. I appreciate that everyone has a voice and all but a lot of people don't have anything to say. Get used to it because that is what Tout seems to be all about.
Recap time, Austin vs. McMahon. Cena is talking about how important this feud was. Could Austin screw Cena in his match? ... It is so weird hearing Steph refer to her dad as "Mr. McMahon".
Santino came out with Hornswoggle while the announcers played with toys. It was really creepy watching a 40+ and a 60+ year old guy playing with wrestling buddies and making them talk. Creepy may not even adequately discover it. ... Fink intro'd Heath Slater. He called out any of the Raw Legends. He got Lita. He accepted her challenge. She said wait a second. She hired some protection. APA protection, Bradshaw and Ron Simmons. Slater went to leave. You know what happens next. Animal and the rest of the legends that have killed Slater show up. He gets killed and loses to a Lita Sault. Simmons has the mic and gives us a DAMN.
Sean Mooney gets some time to interview Bryan. He rips on Charlie Sheen. If he was there, he would slap a Yes Lock on him.
Cole is with some guy who is a social media follower. ... Then a muppet did a promo about catch phrases. If you want more on this, check out Mike Johnson's thoughts. He thinks Muppets are real.
Ryder is with Cena and Mean Gene. He said Gene was behind GTV. Rock shows up. He wishes him luck and says have a great match. Cena says see you at the Rumble.
Kane gets Jinder Mahal and the JOB Squad. They haven't been given any opportunities so they are taking their own. Good luck with that as it's time for Taker to show. It was good to see him. Those six are dead men. Fans chanted "This is awesome". It was really cool. They cleared the ring and mugged for the crowd.
It was anti bullying time. Steph asked workers on the stage to ask who had been bullying and she raised her hand. She has been bullied. That shocked me.
Charlie Sheen time. He will meet Bryan next time they are in LA. That is SummerSlam folks. In case you missed it, Cole hammered it home. If Sheen does that, his new show is really in major trouble.
Cena vs. Punk time. If Steve Austin doesn't run in here, that probably means he isn't going to be here which is mind boggling to me. We haven't seen Big Show either. God, no.
It's five of 11. So even with three hours, we have to run long. 180 minutes just isn't enough. And then we hit a commercial break before the match even started. Damn. ... The bell rings at 10:59. ... At 1106 the ref is out. Then out comes Big Show and he tales out Cena. Punk cowered in the corner, watching, as Show KOs Show. Punk gets up and goes to bring the ref in. A fan chants TNA twice. He has a point. Punk brings in the ref and gets a two count. He was conflicted, or so Cole said. Cole also said everyone would do whatever they had to in order to keep the title. Uh, Cena wouldn't. Anyway, Superman then came back and had Punk ready to tap out hen Big Show attacked Cena. Yeah, Cena is bigger than the Title again. While Show is laying out Cena, Punk does nothing. He watches. He looks like a chump. That leads Rock coming out and and making the save for Cena. And then Punk laid out Rock, turning heel. Punk then picked up Rock and hit the GTS. They will be wrestling, soon enough. Punk is a heel again.
He walked away, without saying a word. Tune in next week to see why he did what he did.
Overall, it was an OK to good show. The big thing coming out of it was that Punk turned heel and that, as we reported earlier, Rock is back in the picture. The down side is that they had a lot of goodwill going their way tonight and didn't come close to a blowaway show. That doesn't bode well for three hours of Raw going forward. ... It's also mind blowing to me that neither Edge or Steve Austin was there. What the hell is up with that? And Bret Hart and Jim Ross? They were totally wasted. The more I think about those things, the less I like the show.
