Goldberg made his way to his front row seat as Tazz and Michael Cole noted that he was suspended by Vince McMahon. Despite that, Goldberg can't be stopped from his using his front row seat as a fan. Tazz and Cole said there was one reason Goldberg was at No Way Out and that was to confront Brock Lesnar. They went to a video package building up Brock Lesnar's feud with Goldberg.
Sitting in the front row, Goldberg hugged a masked young fan and gave him a high five.
Smackdown General Manager Paul Heyman made his way to the ring angry. Tazz and Cole noted that Heyman was speared on Raw by Goldberg when Heyman was an invited guest on Raw this past Monday.
Heyman got in the ring and asked Goldberg who the hell he thought he was. Heyman mocked Goldberg. He said this is the first Smackdown PPV under his management. He said that Goldberg has spent 11 months on the "inferior" Raw brand and he's happy he has the good taste to witness a Smackdown PPV. He warned Goldberg that witnessing a PPV is all he is going to do because if Goldberg does anything, Heyman will have him removed, thrown out, and arrested.
As Heyman continued to rant, Brock Lesnar made his way to the ring. Brock took a ring mic and asked Goldberg how he was. The fans chanted "You Tapped Out" at Brock. Brock said he came out to prove to everyone that he isn't intimidated by Goldberg. Brock dared Goldberg to come get him right now. Heyman told Goldberg not to do it. Brock asked Goldberg why he wanted to confront him during his match when he can do it right now. Brock accused Goldberg of being scared. Heyman warned Goldberg to stay in his seat.
Brock said that Steve Austin sent Goldberg to the PPV and said don't do what Austin wouldn't do. Brock said that Austin wouldn't hop the rail and neither would Goldberg. He told Goldberg to "Stay there like the b*tch you are." Goldberg hopped the rail and got in the ring. Brock and Goldberg faced off in the ring.
Heyman distracted Goldberg. Brock tackled Goldberg into the corner and went for the F-5. Goldberg hit a Jackhammer and laid out Lesnar. Heyman called for security and they handcuffed him and took him away...as his theme music played. The fans chanted "Goldberg" as he was pulled out. Michael Cole and Tazz said that Goldberg deserved to go to jail for crossing the line and Tazz told him to go back to Raw as well.
As Brock was hurt, Bob Holly's music hit and he ran to the ring looking to get his hands on Lesnar, who escaped. Rhyno's music hit and the next match was on!
