CHRIS JERICHO AND TNA, HOGAN IN THE MIDST OF A BIG PUSH, FUNNIEST WWE.COM HEADLINE IN A LONG TIME AND MORE

WWE.com had the (unintentionally) funniest headline and story I have every seen on their site.  In pushing the "big stars" that were at last night's Supershow in LA, they wrote, "Steve-O of Jackass was just one of many Hollywood A-listers at the RAW/SmackDown Supershow."  The "A listers" consisted of Kevin Federline of Britney Spears marital fame, Billy Gibbons of the rock band ZZ Top, Aaron and Nick Carter of boy band fame, and the aforementioned Steve-O.  Oh yeah, that is an "A List" all right.

Lance Storm is back with the latest Q and A feature on his website.  To read it, click here.

Hulk and Brooke Hogan will be on Thursday's edition of "Cold Pizza" on ESPN2 to plug Sunday's season premiere of "Hogan Knows Best", which airs on VH1.  The first airing actually starts at noon.

Jeff Sheridan reporting. ... USA Today Weekend has a story today about John Cena and "The Marine".  To read it, click here.

Speaking of Cena, Franck Lazsman sent this link, which goes to a Q&A on Movie.com that they did with him.  In it, he talks about K-Fed, The Rock, Hulk Hogan and his history of past gimmick.

Darrin Granter reporting. ... Here's a link to an article on Kanyon speaking at Northern Kentucky University this past Wednesday for National Coming Out Day.

From the "Where are they now" file, NPR has a story about former WWE worker wrestling in Mexico.  To read it, click here. ... Thanks to Mike K for sending that along.

WWE.com has updated their Smackdown European tours in November and December. They have added in Kane who will be wrestling MVP on some nights while either teaming with Batista or Chris Benoit or having handicap matches against Finlay and Regal on other nights. They also list Mr. Kennedy as US Champion so he could be winning the title back from Benoit soon.  He will defending against Matt Hardy as well as against Chavo Guerrero also. Plus, they have listed two '2-out-of-3 falls' matches for the second Dublin house show. Batista will wrestle Finlay in one, while Benoit will wrestle Chavo in the other. Also, RVD will be teaming up with CM Punk on the Glasgow Smackdown house show against Hardcore Holly and Mike Knoxx.

On this week's Power 25, under CM Punk's entry, they write "For a second straight week, Dupree got Punked." Only thing is, the second Dupree-Punk match hasn't aired on TV yet.

Chris Jericho's website is pushing the appearance of his band Fozzy on this week's edition of TNA.  It has people speculating whether Jericho is going to wrestle for the company.  I haven't heard anything saying that he will and Jericho does have a history of using his website to have fun with the fans where going to TNA is concerned.  My guess is that this is just cross promotion but it's only a guess at this point.

While on the subject of Jericho, Chris Colom sent this item:

This was on a bulletin from the official MySpace page for Chris Jericho's XM Radio Show "The Rock Of Jericho".  The bulletin headline was: "Y2J on TNA (with of course) FOZZY"

CHRIS JERICHO AND FOZZY TO APPEAR ON "iMPACT!" BEFORE "BOUND FOR GLORY"

See the national television debut of "Enemy" from Fozzy

On Thursday, October 19, on TNA "iMPACT!" on SpikeTV at 11pm ET, Chris Jericho and his band "Fozzy" will be featured in a music video for the song "Enemy" from their "All That Remains" album.

The national television debut of the video will feature Jericho and Fozzy along with the stars of TNA Wrestling just days before the "Bound For Glory" Pay-Per-View extravaganza on Sunday, October 22 live from Detroit, Michigan.

TNA Wrestling directors David Sahadi and Kevin Sullivan, who have worked with Jericho in the past, will be producing the music video for the "iMPACT!" broadcast.

"This is simply awesome," Sahadi told TNAwrestling.com "I have always had tremendous admiration for Chris Jericho as a professional and as a person. He's one of the coolest guys I know."

Don't forget - TNA Wrestling's "iMPACT!" goes primetime on Thursday, November 16 at 9 p.m. ET!
