They run through tonight's card.
We have a video package for the Weaponized cage match.
Blake Howard interviewed Tavion Heights this week.
He asks about tonight's match.
Tavion says he got to NXT from his darkest moment. He competed in the Olympics in Tokyo and there were no fans. He says he thought it didn't bother him, but he came home and was depressed. He says what motivates him is hearing the fanfare. He talks about what different fans do at the matches. Tavion says it wasn't the Oympics he was chasing, he fell in love with the fans. The sounds of the fans bouncing off him. That is why he reached out to WWE. There is one place where the fans are that invested. It is a living entity. That is how he got here.
Blake asks about Ethan Page and what makes him the guy to beat Ethan Page.
Tavion says Ethan has been wrestling for 18 years. What is the difference between them? He went to AAA, TNA, and he has been on NXT. Tavion mentions he was at Pro Wrestling NOAH. He says he didn't see Ethan there.
Tavion asks who won the flag match that was so important to Ethan? Why shouldn't he be the one to beat Ethan on Saturday?
Blake asks Tavion to say something people don't know about him.
Tavion says he is a fishing fool. He says when he is done with this interview, he is going to get some bass. He says he also loves to travel with his wife. He says if he is not traveling or fishing, he is collecting Pokémon.
Blake asks what will the vibe be after his match on Saturday?
Tavion says he needs to feel the energy of the fans. Training for the Olympics prepared him for a title match. He might not have won gold in Tokyo, but h will walk out with gold on Saturday.
We see the Ricky Saints video package that aired on Tuesday night.
We take a look at the face to face between Lola Vice and Jacy Jayne from Tuesday night.
We take a look at the Speed Championship match.
Lainey Reid was interviewed by Vic Joseph earlier this week.
He asks if she was overlooked when the brackets came out. What is the biggest difference between Speed and a 'traditional' match.
Lainey says she would work on an opponent's weakness, but you cannot do it in a Speed match. She is used to speed. She is a rodeo champion and a track star. She says she is equipped for this match.
Vic brings up Lainey's match against Jacy.
Lainey says that she wanted to do the same thing that Jacy did. She wasn't going to sit around and wait, so she asked for a match and Ava gave it to her. Lainey says she realized she could compete with anyone in the division.
Vic asks about Lainey's interactions with Fatal Influence.
Lainey says she overestimated Jacy, but she respects her. Lainey says she wants to be a champion.
Vic asks if she has any final thoughts.
Lainey says it is a possibility she will win. You have seen what she has done in the ring. This is her first PLE match. She will walk out of No Mercy as champion.
We take a look at Je'Von Evans and Josh Briggs.
We look at a video package for the Men's title match.
We are told that Lainey Reid is not medically cleared to wrestle tonight.
Sol Ruca will still defend the Speed Title.
