Solo Sikoa makes his way to the ring.
Solo tells Jacob he is out here in the middle of the ring, all alone, with open arms, willing to talk to him face to face. He says if Jacob is back there, he should come out to clear the air.
Jacob Fatu makes his way to the ring.
Solo says he didn't come out here to fight Jacob. He wants to make it very clear that he loves Jacob. He has always loved Jacob, no matter what. What he learned as Tribal Chief is how to love and take care of your family. Solo says that is what he is trying to do. Families fight and argue all the time. Then they forgive and move forward. He wants to move forward together and do it as one.
Solo offers his hand and he says nobody saw the potential in Fatu other than him. Nobody wanted him here, except him. That is why he brought him here and he gave him the opportunity to change his life and put food on the table for his family. Solo says he did that because he loves Jacob. Solo says he doesn't have anybody else. Solo tells Jacob he is all he has and he is all he needs. He asks Jacob to come back to the family. If you won't say those four words, Solo says he will say them.
He tells Jacob "I Love You, Jacob".
Fatu asks Solo if he loves him. is this what it comes down to? You loving him. Fatu says the way he sees things is that you have been using him. You have been using him to gain power. You have been using me to fight your battles. You have been using him so you could stay tribal chief. You brought him in so he could bring you fame? You brought me in because you thought he would bring you gold? Fatu tells Solo to look at him when he talks to him.
Fatu says ever since he won this title, you are the one who has been acting different. Maybe he is not the problem. Fatu says he figured it out. Maybe the problem is this . . . Maybe the problem is this title. Fatu puts the title between him and Solo. If that is what he thinks it is, he tells Solo to fight him for it. Fight him for this title. Fatu says he will warn Solo one more time. If you ever think about coming this way, you know what he is about and you know what is popping with him. He says he is all gas no brakes.
Solo tries to punch Fatu mid catchphrase.
Fatu with a head butt and kicks.
JC hits Fatu from behind and Solo clips Fatu. JC kicks Fatu in the corner and Solo joins in.
Jimmy Uso's music plays and he makes his way tot he ring and he super kicks JC and Solo. JC with a clothesline to Jimmy. JC with forearms to Jimmy. Solo yells at his brother and Fatu sees what is going on and Fatu with a running back elbow to JC and a super kick to Solo. Fatu kicks Solo and he head butts him it he corner. Fatu with a super kick to JC and a rrunning hip to Solo.
Fatu and Jimmy look at each other. Fatu sets for the double jump moonsault but Solo rolls to the floor.
Fatu walks over to Jimmy because the title belt is near him and he picks it up.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Four: Bronson Reed versus LA Knight
Knight comes through the crowd and attacks Bron before sending Reed to the floor. Reed has to hold Bron back.
Knight punches Reed and he connects with a back elbow and punches. Reed blocks an Irish whip and he Irish whips Knight but Knight moves and Reed hits the ring post. Knight with kicks. Reed gets Knight up but Knight counters and tries for a sunset flip but Reed does not go over and Knight avoids a seated splash. Reed sends Knight to the apron and Reed catches Knight on a slingshot move back into the ring. Knight sends Reed back into the turnbuckles but Reed holds on to the ropes when Knight goes for the leaping neck breaker. Reed misses a back senton. Knight with a bulldog off the turnbuckles. Knight goes for the YEAHple's Elbow but Reed rolls to the floor. Knight a drop kick through the ropes and a springboard cross body onto Reed. Knight with a forearm off the ringside barrier. Reed with a punch and Knight pulls Reed into the ring post a few times.
Knight with punches. Knight with a shoulder tackle but Reed is the one who stays on his feet. Knight with a clothesline and Reed does not move. Reed with a back body drop. Reed with a punch to Knight and he gives Knight a hard Irish whip. Reed with a slam and an elbow drop. Reed with an Irish whip and clothesline in the corner. Reed puts Knight on the turnbuckles and sets for a superplex. Knight pushes Reed off the turnbuckles. Knight with the double jump elbow drop for a near fall. Knight slaps his hands to set or the BFT but Reed pushes him away and hits a head butt Reed with a Death Valley Driver for a near fall.
Reed goes for a power bomb but Knight counters with a DDT. Knight knocks Bron off the apron. Reed is sent to the floor when Knight drops down. Bron with a spear to Knight.
Winner: LA Knight (by disqualification)
After the match, Reed holds Knight for a WARP Spear. Reed goes up top for a Tsunami. Reed with another Tsunami.
The referees are intimidated out of the ring.
Bron tells Reed to do it again and he goes up top and hits another Tsunami.
We go to commercial.
Next week on Smackdown, Zelina Vega faces Giulia for the US title. The Wyatts face the Street Profits for the tag titles. Tiffany Stratton faces Nia Jax for the Women's World Title in a Last Woman Standing Match.
Jacob Fatu says he spoke to the man and the man makes everything possible. Next week, on Saturday, him and Solo one on one. He is going to dog walk Solo's ass. He tells Solo he better get in where he fits in.
Match Number Five: R Truth versus John Cena in a Non Title Match
Truth with a double leg take down and punches. Cena goes to the floor and Truth follows. Truth with punches to Cena. Truth sends Cena into the announce table and punches him. Truth sends Cena into the apron and they return to the ring. Truth with a hard Irish whip. Truth with another hard Irish whip. Truth and Cena exchange punches and Truth with two flying shoulder tackles and a Blue Thunder Bomb. Truth sets for the Five Knuckle Shuffle but Cena rolls to the floor. Cena with a back elbow to Truth. Cena sends Truth into the ring post. Cena with a head butt and he chokes Truth in the ropes. Cena kicks Truth and he kicks Truth in the back.
Cena with a flying shoulder tackle and he gives Truth a second one. Cena with a Blue Thunder Bomb. Cena sets for the Five Knuckle Shuffle and Cena hits it. Cena gets Truth up but Truth escapes and hits a Thesz Press and punches. Truth with a splash into the corner and Cena goes to the floor. Cena takes the title belt.
Cena makes his way to the back but Truth stops Cena and punches him.
Cena hits Truth with the belt.
Winner: R Truth (by disqualification)
After he match, CM Punk's music plays and he makes his way to the ring to chase Cena.
Cena punches Punk but Punk punches back. Cena kicks Punk in the ding ding when Punk tries to hit Cena with the title belt. Cena hits Punk with the title belt. Cena goes under the ring and he gets a table. Cena sets up the table. Punk pulls himself up and Cena hits Punk again with the title belt. Cena gets Punk on his shoulders and he hits an Attitude Adjustment through the table.
Cena gets a mic and he starts to chuckle as he sits on the turnbuckles. Cena tells Punk as you lay there in your most uncomfortable, I hope you can listen and digest. Before he leaves in six months with this title, he has a lot to get off his chest.
Cena says he doesn't hate Punk. He doesn't dislike Punk. He says he likes Punk. He likes him more than anyone who shared a locker room with him. He hates the idea that you are the best in the world. Cena says he is the greatest of all time. You are better than him at one thing You are the best bulls***er in the world. He said a curse word so this is going off the rails.
The truth is that he is jealous of Punk. He is jealous that you have conned the people to believe that you are the best in the world. They chant for you. They sing to you. They don't believe a god damn thing you say. You change your values as much as Cena changes his t-shirts. You are a loud mouth opportunity if you have a chance. Cena says hello to Claudio Castagnoli, Nic Nemeth, and Matt Cardona.
Cena says there is nobody back there to cut his mic to save your ass because he is your only friend. Who gave you the stage for the pipe bomb? You regurgitate the same five mic moves of doom. You are promo potato salad. You are no longer the voice of the voiceless, you are a millionaire, despite yourself. You aren't a 'punk', you are a capitalist. You aren't against TKO, you are Mr. TKO. Your tweets are strong, you actions are weak. In Saudi Arabia, you are going to hear a lot of loud music when everyone realizes that Cena has been the greatest of all time.
They know. They know that you were the best in the world for seven minutes, fourteen years ago. If after Night of Champions, you are delusional enough to believe you are the best in the world, it is a small world after all.
Cena says 'You're Welcome Grand Rapids".
Cena tells Punk to bring his A Game to Night of Champions. The mood is starting to change.
Cena says it is fine that the referee is checking on Punk because he isn't goiing to do any more damage because he has a big match next week. The Best in the World against the Greatest of All Time for the Undisputed Championship. You will sing and you will chant, but he knows you idiots are smart enough to see the truth. The champ is here.
Cena tells USA he doesn't need the last two and a half minutes because Elvis has left the building and he doesn't need any more mother fudging time. He thanks Punk for letting him steal his promo.
