Match Number Five: CM Punk versus Drew McIntyre (with Guest Referee Seth Rollins)
Punk and Drew with punches and Punk gets Drew down in the corner and kicks him. Seth pulls Punk out of the corner and Drew attacks Punk and kicks him in the corner. Seth makes the five count in the corner but he does not disqualify Drew. Punk with a kick and he punches Drew. Drew with a double thrust and chop. Drew with a punch and Punk clotheslines Drew over the top rope to the floor. Punk goes to the apron and he hits a clothesline. Punk sends Drew into the ring post and he chops Drew. Punk sends Drew into the time keeper's area. Punk with a double sledge off the turnbuckles. Drew with a chop while Seth relaxes on the turnbuckles. Punk sends Drew into the ring post. Punk sends Drew's head into the ring steps.
Punk with a side head lock but Drew drops Punk on the apron and he swings Punk into the announce table a few times. Drew with a chop.and punch. Drew puts Punk under the ring and he catapults Punk into the ring frame. Drew sends Punk back into the ring. Drew chops Punk after Punk swings wildly and misses. Drew with a boot to the surgically repaired arm. Drew with a suplex and he covers Punk but Seth only gets to a knee to prepare to make the count. Drew with a boot to the elbow. Drew with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex but Seth doesn't get to the mat to make the count. Drew slaps Punk and Punk slaps back. Punk with a slap and a back fist. Punk with a kick and he goes for a knee in the corner and Drew catches him and hits a power bomb for a near fall. Drew with a sit out power bomb for a near fall.
Drew goes to the floor and he gets a chair and brings it into the ring. Drew tells Seth to turn around and let this happen so their problems go away. He tells Seth to let him do it. Seth turns around and then he takes the chair from Drew. Seth tells Drew to do it the right way. Drew pie faces Seth and Seth almost hits Punk with the chair. Punk with a rollup while Seth looked at the chair and Punk gets a near fall. Drew with a neck breaker. Drew goes into his tights for the bracelet. Drew does the count down for the Claymore but Punk with a leg lariat. Punk with a swinging neck breaker. Punk with a running knee into the corner and he sets for another one and hits it. Punk with a third running knee and a clothesline. Punk goes up top for the elbow drop and hits it after blowing a kiss to Seth. Punk gets a near fall. Punk with an Anaconda Vice.
Punk gets the bracelet off Drew's wrist and he releases the hold. Drew with a Claymore but he can only get a near fall. Seth takes the bracelet and puts it on. Drew sets for Future Shock but Punk escapes. Drew charges at Punk and hits the ring post shoulder first. Punk signals for Go 2 Sleep and he gets Drew up but he sees that Seth is wearing the bracelet. Drew hits Punk from behind and he collides with Seth and he falls to the floor. Punk with Go 2 Sleep but Seth is stil on the floor. Punk gets a near fall when Seth gets back in the ring. Punk and Seth argue the finer points of counting to three. Seth yells at Punk and he tells PUnk to focus on the match.
Punk hits Seth with Go 2 Sleep. Punk says it isn't always about him but it is never about Seth. Drew with a kick into a delicate area. Drew with a Claymore and Seth is still down. Drew gets the three count.
Winner: Drew McIntyre
After the match, Drew gets to put the bracelet back on.
Finn tells Priest he looked everywhere and couldn't find him.
Priest apologizes for what he said earlier. Finn says it is water under the bridge and he apologizes. Finn says if Priest needs him out there, he is there for him.
Match Number Six; World Championship Match: Damian Priest versus Gunther
Gunther charges at Priest and Priest with a forearm. Priest with a punch and forearm. Gunther with a chop. Priest with an elbow into the corner and Gunther escapes South of Heaven and he chops Priest. Priest with a flatliner and Gunther goes to the floor. Priest follows and he comes off the ring steps with a forearm. Priest sets for a power bomb but Gunther backs him into the ring post and then he power bombs Priest onto the apron. Gunther sends Priest into the apron and chops him. Gunther with a forearm and he slams Priest. Priest with an elbow and he boxes the ears. Priest goes for a suplex and Gunther blocks it. Gunther blocks another suplex and he chops Priest and follows with a suplex for a near fall.
Gunther with a chop and Priest chops back. Gunther with a running boot to the head. Gunther goes up top and Priest with a punch to stop Gunther. Priest with punches to Gunther and Gunther almost falls off the turnbuckles. Priest sets for a superplex and Gunther blocks it and he applies a wrist lock and punches the ribs. Priest with a kick to stop Gunther on the turnbuckles. Priest sets for a super rana and hits it. Priest with a Broken Arrow for a near fall. Priest kicks Gunther a few times. Priest with more kicks but Gunther with a chop. Priest with a round kick tot he chest and Gunther chops back. Priest with a chop and Gunther fires back. They continue the exchange with Priest gaining the advantage followed by a round kick. Gunther chops Priest but Priest blocks a chop and he kicks Gunther. Priest with a chop and a thrust kick. Priest sets for an elbow into the corner and he misses when Gunther moves. Gunther with a running drop kick.
Gunther with a power bomb for a near fall. Priest with a forearm and Gunther with chops. Gunther goes for a power bomb and Priest with a round kick. Priest with South of Heaven and he gets a near fall. Gunther blocks a power bomb and Gunther with a chop and Priest with a forearm. Priest avoids a sleeper and Gunther blocks a round kick and hits a suplex and clothesline. Gunther with another clothesline for a near fall. Gunther with a boot to the head. Gunther with a chop to send Priest back to the mat. Gunther with a slap to Priest.
Finn Balor shows up at ringside.
Gunther picks up Priest and he chops him again and Priest falls face first into the mat. Gunther with another chop and Priest with forearms. Gunther with a boot to the head. Gunther wipes his blood in his face. Gunther with a boot to the back of the head. Gunther has some words for Priest and he follows with another boot to the head. Gunther with a kick to the ribs. Gunther has some words for Balor. Gunther kicks Balor in the head. Priest sees Balor down on the floor and Priest gets angry. Gunther with a kick and the straps come down. Gunther with a kick and Priest comes off the ropes with a clothesline. Priest with another clothesline. Priest sets for the Razor's Edge and hits it. Priest with South of Heaven but Finn puts Gunther's foot on the rope to stop the count.
Priest sees the replay on the JumboTron and Finn has a demon like smile on his face. Priest goes to the apron and Gunther pulls Priest back into the ring and applies a sleeper. Gunther adds a body scissors. The referee checks the arm but Priest gets a second wind. Priest rolls over and gets a near fall. Priest grabs Balor and Gunther grabs Priest and hits a power bomb and then returns to the sleeper. The referee checks the arm and he calls for the bell.
Winner: Gunther (new champion)
Gunther goes to his wife and friend to celebrate his victory.
Miz and R Truth are in the ring because we need to remember that Miz hosted this show.
Miz says that SummerSlam is in his house and Truth says this is a big house and he asks how many people are in the house. Miz says the attendance is 57,791, an American SummerSlam attendance record.
Grayson Waller and Austin Theory show up. Waller says you can't have the biggest party of the summer without them. They are shocked that Miz is the host. Theory says Miz is like the rest of the people, disgusting.
Theory insults the Browns. Waller says they are the Browns for a reason. Theory says the people look like Jelly Roll. Waller says he won't let Theory insult Jelly Roll like that. Waller says Jelly Roll did the impossible. He made music worse than R Truth. They say MGK isn't much better.
Truth says they are in the home of the rock and roll hall of fame. He brings out the Rock and Roll Express.
Jelly Roll is in the ring with a chair .
Truth says that Waller and Theory are Ricky Morton and Robert Gibson.
Miz and Truth kicks Theory and Waller. Roll hits both men with a chair. Jelly Roll choke slams Theory. All three men hit a five knuckle shuffle on Theory.
