By Matt ten-Hoeve on 2024-07-20 19:09:00

The French announce team is introduced and they are filled with excitement for the huge show tonight. Tom Hannifan and Matthew Rehwoldt run down the rest of the card.

TNA Tag Team Champions The System with Alisha Edwards vs. ABC

Before the match, Tom Hannifan goes over how this match was set up.

Ace Austin and Brian Myers start things off. Ace and Chris Bey are wearing pink and black, which is pretty familiar in Canada. Ace gets the quick advantage and gets Brian down in the corner. He uses his quickness and athleticism to get Brian down. Same with Eddie, who rushes in. Chris Bey enters to help and they hit a Hart Attack on Brian Myers.

Bey and Myers are now legal. Bey, like Austin, uses his quickness on Brian until Bey gets driven into the corner. Eddie gets tagged in and Bey gets flattened. Eddie slows down the pace and chops Bey in the corner. Brian tags back in and they double team Bey down in the middle of the ring. Myers goes for a cocky pin.

Eddie tags back in and he grinds Bey’s face into the second rope. The ref gets distracted by Ace Austin being upset and Alisha Edwards chokes Bey on the ropes. Myers is back in and they go to double team Bey, but he flips out of it and brings in Ace Austin.

ABC gets The System outside of the ring and hit a double dive to the floor. Ace rolls Brian into the ring. Alisha jumps on the apron to distract Ace. It works. After a delay, Ace goes for a springboard, but Eddie grabs him and pulls him to the floor.

Myers then takes full control of Ace and slows the pace back down. He stomps Ace down and poses. He hits a big suplex. Eddie tags back in and hits a big suplex. Eddie is frustrated that Ace kicked out and lays in some punches. Eddie smack talks Chris Bey on the outside, which allows Ace Austin to try a quick roll up, but Eddie kicks out.

Myers tags back in and slows the pace back down on Ace. He tags in Eddie again and holds Ace by the bottom rope. Eddie catapults Ace up into the second rope and it’s vicious looking. Alisha gets a shot in on Ace.

Eddie holds Ace down with a chin lock. Ace gets to his feet and gets in some shots. He tries to jump over Eddie for a tag, but can’t reach. Myers comes in and distracts the official. Ace gets the tag, but the referee never saw it! Bey has to go back out.

Eddie tags Brian back in and he chokes Ace on the ropes. He taunts Ace and Ace gets one shot in before Brian stomps him back down. He gets a choke in on Ace on the mat until Ace fights his way up. Brian cuts the comeback down with a belly-to-back suplex. Brian charges the corner and Ace uses a little bit of energy that he has left to counter it and drop Brian.

Both men make a tag and Bey comes in all fired up. He takes down Edwards. Takes down Myers. He uses his speed and energy and hits a moonsault on Edwards. Edwards goes to the outside and Bey kicks at him through the ropes. He goes for a dive, but Alisha gets in the way. He stalks her on the outside and Eddie is able to get a shot in. Bey fights off Myers, but not Edwards. Austin then gets involved again and takes out Edwards. Myers goes for Ace, but he flips out of the way and Bey drops Myers. Ace then dives onto Edwards.

Back in the ring, Bey hits a huge Frog Splash on Edwards for a close two count. The crowd is chanting “This is Awesome.” ABC tried setting up the finish, but The System broke it up and Myers hit a Spear on Bey for a two count.

Edwards can’t get a Backpack on Bey and Ace takes out Myers. ABC hits some tag team moves and hits the Magic Killer and get a two count. Alisha is in the ring and gets in the way as Bey tries to hit the Art of Finesse. Despite the distraction, The ABC hit the 1, 2, Sweet for the win!

Winners and NEW Tag Team Champions: The ABC

After the match, Gia Miller is with “Speedball” Mike Bailey. He talks about how big the match against Mustafa Ali is and how everything between them will end tonight.

Jake Something vs. Mike Santana

Mike Santana enters through the crowd. The bell rings and both men soak in the hot crowd. They are loving Santana.

They circle each other and lock up. They keep the lock up going and the ref has to break it up on the ropes. They separate and then do some catch wrestling when they come back together. Santana grabs a headlock. Something whips him into the ropes, they collide and neither man budges. It happens again. And again…but Something follows him in and gets a big tackle. Santana goes to the outside and Something hits a dive.

Santana is rolled back into the ring and he uses the positioning to kick Something before hitting a big dive of his own. He hits a big chop on Something on the outside and Something rolls back in. They exchange a shot or two before Santana takes control with a big chop and a charge to the corner. Something hits an elbow, but Santana hits a German suplex for a one count.

Santana grabs a headlock and Something fights up to his feet. He breaks free and hits the ropes, but meets a big chop by Santana. Santana grabs another headlock that Something fights out of - this time with more power. Something now has the advantage and whips Santana into the corner hard.

Something stomps Santana down into the corner. He circles the ring and is met by a kick by Santana, but Something regains control quickly and hits a suplex. Santana pushes Something off a few times and then gets a big kick in. He jumps over Santana and hits another leaping kick. Santana tries to Spin the Block, but misses. He stills gets Something down for a two count.

Some counters happen and then Santana hits Outlined in Chalk. He has Something down in the corner for a cannonball - gets a two count. Santana strikes Something a couple of times with his elbow and then tries to flip into Something in the corner. Something catches him and hits a sitdown powerbomb for a two count.

Something goes to the ropes and gets to the top, but Santana leaps up with him and hits a top rope German suplex. Both men exchange blows as they get to their feet and Santana hits a superkick. More exchanging of blows and Something gets hit again. Santana is able to Spin the Block and picks up the win!

Winner: Mike Santana

After a replay of the finish from the Eric Young and Hammerstone match, Eric Young is in the back. He says that this is a huge show. He might not be on the PPV, but he’ll be watching very closely.

B-roll is shown of the Press Conference and Jordynne Grace’s arm wrestling match with METAL!

A video package is shown on the conflict between The Rascalz and No Quarter Catch Crew.

The Rascalz vs. WWE NXT's No Quarter Catch Crew

Trey Miguel and Myles Borne start. Trey immediately tries to use his quickness and athleticism to avoid Borne and lure him in. He’s able to get the better of Borne, which causes Borne to tag Charlie Dempsey in.

Trey tags in Wes Lee. Lee is able to use his quickness to get the better of Charlie and hits a big drop kick. Wentz is tagged in as Lee strikes Charlie in the corner. The Rascalz are in full control until a hard strike by Dempsey on Wentz, which allows Charlie to tag in Tavion Heights.

Heights is able to slow things down a little bit, countering Wentz and his quickness with power moves, including a gutwrench suplex. Heights brings Wentz into his corner and Dempsey tags in. Dempsey hits a gutwrench of his own and gets a lock in on the arm of Wentz. He strikes Wentz down and then clears the corner of The Rascalz.

Dempsey taking his eye off of Wentz, though, allowed Wentz to get to the corner and Trey Miguel was able to get the tag. With Heights getting the referee’s attention, Borne flings Trey off of the top rope, allowing Dempsey to get the advantage. Heights is tagged in and hits a huge clothesline on Trey.

Heights continues to use his power on Miguel until he tags in Borne. They hit a big tag team move and Borne works over Miguel’s back and midsection. He works Trey over in the corner and tries to chase him into the opposite corner. Trey fights him off. Trey runs at Borne, but gets flung into the corner and ropes. Borne grabs him and brings in Heights.

Heights hits a suplex and grabs a headlock on Trey. The crowd is trying to give Trey the energy needed for a tag. Heights hits some close up clotheslines and then Trey is able to duck one and get a much needed tag to Wes Lee.

Lee comes in and is taking out all the members of the No Quarter Catch Crew. He hits Dempsey in the corner with a series of strikes and then drags him down with a DDT for a two count. Heights drags Wentz off of the apron and jumps into the ring. Lee is now getting triple teamed. Lee is trying to fight it off, but the numbers are too much for him. Somehow, though, Lee is able to pick one man off at a time to get the tag.

Trey and Wentz come in and take out Heights. Dempsey isolates Trey and hits a Dragon Suplex, but Lee breaks up the pin with a splash. The No Quarter Catch Crew are on the outside. Lee tries to dive, but is stopped. Wentz tries to dive, but is caught. Lee dives again and takes out everyone.

Trey Miguel is alone in the ring until Dempsey joins him. A moonsault is tried, but Dempsey grabs a nasty cravat. Lee breaks it up. Heights launches Lee and then grabs a choke on Wentz. Borne is protecting Dempsey’s submission on Lee, but Heights is thrown into Dempsey by Wentz to break it up.

Heights finds himself in the corner of The Rascalz. He receives a series of strikes and receives the Soup Kitchen. Trey Miguel dives on Dempsey and Borne as Lee and Wentz hit the Hot Fire Flame for the win!

Winners: The Rascalz

A video package is shown for PCO and his story with Steph De Lander and AJ Francis.
