By Richard Trionfo on 2024-07-02 22:06:00

We are back and Lola Vice says the clock is ticking and she tells Roxanne to come out because her days are counted.

Roxanne Perez makes her way to the ring with security and Lola asks why does she need the security.  She says she must have shook her.

Perez says you attacked her last week and took her title so they are making sure it won't happen again.

Lola says she dropped Perez.

Perez tells Lola to drop the facade.  This is the most important match of your career.  She says she has been watching Lola.  She says Lola built a bigger name for her in a few months than she did in Bellator.  You are not the same person who cashed in her contract and screwed her out of the title.  Perez thanks Lola for doing that beause of where she is now.

Lola says that Roxanne is the champion but whether they are in the ring or a cage, she is a fighter.

Perez says she saw the match at Battleground and she says she probably couldn't have lasted two minutes with Shayna in that type of match.  This isn't Bellator and they aren't in the Underground.  Sunday is a wrestling match in a twenty by twenty ring.  You are in her world, a world that she has mastered.  Styles make fights.  She won't fight Lola's fight.  She says she will make Lola wrestle.

Lola says she was a fighter before she was born.  We know Perez' story but Lola says she hasn't told her story.  Her story about sacrifice.  Lola says her mom what pregnant while she was doing her black belt test.  She says she was training for the Olympics, but her mom got sick so at 18 she went into MMA to provide for her family.  At 20, she was fighting in Madison Square Garden.  Lola says her mother will be watching her and Lola says she cannot wait to tell her mom that she did it for all of her sacrifices.

Roxanne says she didn't know all of that.  She says that she thinks Lola believes everything she says.  She says she respects her story.  Every single woman in the locker room wants to make that phone call.  When you step in the ring with her and she puts that title on the line, that call is never made.  Perez says she proves why she is the Prodigy.  Ask Natalya, Jordynne Grace, or Lyra.  She is building her legacy as a two time champion.  You are not going to take this title from her and it is unfortunate that your career is in the middle of hers.  She is not giving up that title to anyone in that locker room.

Lola says Perez doesn't have to give it to her, she is going to take it from her.  You hit her with your best shot and Lola smiled.  I hit you with her best shot and you woke up without your title.  Lola says she is going to show that she is the best crossover talent.  She says she will become the first Cuban-American NXT Women's Champion.

Lola knocks down one of the security members.

She says they might be in her world now, but she she knocks her out on Sunday, Roxanne won't know what world she is in.

Ethan Page says he rocked the foundation of NXT when he took out Oro Mensah and Noam Dar.  He cracked that foundation when he debuted, taking out Trick Williams.  He says he has building his reputation for a long time and he is where he needs to be.  After Battleground, Trick found out who was the better man.  Je'Von found out when he pinned him in the middle of the ring.  Ethan says he respects fellow Canadian Shawn Spears but there is room for only one "GUY" in NXT and it is him.  He says he will become the NXT Champion on Sunday.

The three challengers are in the ring sitting at the table and Trick Williams gets his own ring introduction.

Trick says there is a heatwave coming to Toronto and you might be hungry but the people will be chanting one thing.

Ethan says this is why he loves Trick.  You don't care.  You don't care if it is a singles match or a four way match.  You are going to bring that same energy.  You fight with your emotions.  You are the champ.  Ethan says Trick might be the hottest thing in WWE.  Ethan says he saw this swagger at Battleground, where he would have won the title . . .

Trick says Ethan got whooped.

Ethan says this swagger you are bringing out, you plan to bring this Sunday.  Sunday ain't the same thing as Vegas.  This is a four way.  He doesn't have to beat Trick to win that.  He can beat Trick, but he doesn't have to.  The odds aren't in your favor.

Ethan says they have both beaten Je'Von, can you?  Ethan says he doesn't like Trick's odds.

Trick says he doesn't like Ethan.  It is every man for himself on Sunday.  Evans has been making a name for himself.  Evans can do a lot of things, but one thing he can't do and neither can the others, and that is take the title from him.

Shawn says if Evans pins Page, he will be champion.  Page says that won't happen and he will pin Evans.  Spears says he will win on Sunday.
