Match Number Three: Tony D'Angelo versus Damon Kemp for the Heritage Cup
Round One
Tony blocks a double leg take down attempt. Kemp with a rollup for a near fall. Kemp with a fireman's carry and a crucifix for a near fall. Kemp wtth a La Magistral for a near fall. Tony with a running forearm when Kemp gets distracted by talking to Myles and Charlie. Tony with a front face lock and punches. Kemp wtih a shoulder tackle and kicks. Kemp with a back elbow and he gets a near fall.
Tony with a kick and Fuggedaboutit for the three count.

Round Two
Kemp escapes Tony and he goes for a power bomb. Tony escapes and he goes for a power bomb. Kemp with a takd won but he misses a double stomp. Tony with a single leg crab. Kemp crawls towards the ropes and he is not able to get to the ropes and Tony pulls Damon into the center of the ring.
Kemp kicks Tony away and Tony with a front face lock and forearms. Kemp gets a near fall. Kemp with an arm wringer and an arm breaker. Kemp with an arm bar submission and turns it into a Fujiwara arm bar. Tony escapes and both with clotheslines as the round ends.
Both men have to be separated by their seconds
Round Three
They exchange punches and Tony with Irish whips to work on the back. Tony charges into the corner and Kemp sends Tony into the turnbuckles. Kemp with a clothesline and a double stomp followed by a splash for a near fall. Kemp with an inside cradle for a near fall. Kemp with a drop down uppercut and a German suplex for a near fall. Kemp holds on to the waist lock. Kemp with a take down.
Tony with back elbows but Kemp holds on to the waist lock. Kemp with a German suplex for a near fall. Kemp holds on. Kemp with another German suplex for a near fall. Tony backs Kemp into the turnbuckles and he follows with a hip lock take down. Tony with punches to Kemp followed by a belly-to-belly suplex. Tony with another belly-to-belly suplex. Tony puts Kemp on the turnbuckles and Kemp sends Tony to the mat and hits a rolling Death Valley Driver but the round ends during the count.
Round Four
Tony with a spinebuster for the three count.
Winner: Tony D'Angelo (retains championship)
After the match, Kemp and Charlie have some words.
Ava is with Kelly Kincaid in the back.
Kelly asks about the contract negotiations. She says she wanted Ethan to sign the contract in her office, but he wants to sign it in the ring.
Trick tells Ava to let Ethan get what he wants. He isn't going to jump the line.
Ava says she hears Trick but he hasn't signed the contract yet.
Trick says he will be there to watch the contract signing.
Michin and Jordynne see each other in the back. They talk about tonight and Sunday.
Sol introduces herself to Jordynne.
Jaida Parker shows up and says she is sick from watching them kissing each other's asses.
Arianna Grace stops Jordynne and says this can be draining. Arianna says they have the same last name but are not related. Arianna says Roxanne does not like the idea of Jordynne walking out with both titles.
Tatum Paxley loves the title belt and Arianna says not as much as her crown and Jordynne disagrees.
Tatum says the title belt is important to her.
We go to commercial.
We are back with the feature on Lola Vice and Shayna Baszler for their NXT Underground match at Battleground.
Lola says to stay humble and enjoy the grind but that is not for her. She says she is a superstar in every form. She says her star shines bright no matter who tries to give her shade. She says she brought Shayna back to NXT and she didn't think that Shayna would be jealous of her.
Shayna says people forgot about her dominance crushing bones and snapping faces. She was the most feared woman in NXT. She held the title longer than anyone. She was the first to cross over from MMA to wrestling. If it wasn't for her Lola would be shaking her ass on some corner. This is about the rebirth of the Queen of Spades.
We get comments from some UFC fighters with their prediction.
Lola says she will be the greatest superstar to cross over from UFC to MMA.
Shayna says you will find out there is only one cage fighter and it is her.
Lola says she will win and it will be time to dance.
We are told that Karmen Petrovic was supposed to face Izzi but she suffered an injury this weekend so Natalya has taken her place.
Match Number Four: Izzi Dame versus Natalya (with Karmen Petrovic)
They lock up and Izzi with a side head lock and shoulder tackle. izzi with a kick and Nattie goes for a crucfix bomb but Izzi blocks it. Izzi misses a boot in the corner and Nattie with a snap mare. Nattie sends Izzi face first to the mat and runs over her back and hits a drop kick. Izzi goes to the floor and Izzi sends Nattie into the ring steps. Izzi with a back breaker and Nattie gets to her feet. Izzi with a boot and she gets a near fall. Nattie with an abdominal stretch and she pulls at the leg. Izzi escapes the hold and she kicks Nattie and goes for a power bomb but Nattie counters with a rana. Nattie with a discus clothesline for a near fall. Izzi kicks Nattie away when she tries for a Sharpshooter and Izzi gets a near fall.
Nattie goes for a cross arm breaker but Izzi with a rollup and she sends Nattie into the turnbuckles. Izzi punches Nattie on the turnbuckles. Nattie with a sit out power bomb for a near fall. Nattie goes for the Sharpshooter but Izzi blocks it and Nattie with a jackknife cover for a near fall. Izzi with a near fall of her own and then Nattie with a sunset flip for the three count.
Winner: Natalya
We see Nathan Frazer and Axiom in the parking lot and they are asked if they are going to be able to defend the title. Axiom says Karl and Luke are not tough. Frazer says tough is getting back up and going to Las Vegas injured and then kicking your asses to retain the titles. Axiom says they will see them on Sunday.
Match Number Five: Tyson Dupont and Tyriek Igwe versus
We see Gallus attacking Tyson and Tyriek during the commercial break.
Joe Coffey says sorry not sorry. Wrong time, wrong place. Mark says they are all back unlike last week when Wolfy was banned from ringside. Mark says that is one of the problems. Joe says maybe if they cared about Ted Talk or had a million followers or took selfies with Ava or played another sport, maybe the WWE Universe would have supported them. Last week if Wolfy was there, it would have been another win. Mark says they don't respect them or care about them. They are not here for online clout or to be social media influencers. They are here to be professional wrestlers. Wolfgang says the next generation of superstars are ruining everything for them. Joe says you see three fully grown men and they have a bit of business to take care of on Sunday. A Triple Threat means anything goes and they will do anything to make sure that he is leaving . . .
Oba Femi makes his way to the ring. He says it would be foolish of him to consider them anything less than a threat. You have caused chaos all over the division. You can try to aid Joe, but the outcome will remain the same . . .
Wes Lee interrupts and he is in the crowd. Everyone is saying his peace but to win his title back he has to go through three angry Scottish men and then take care of the most dangerous man in the business. Gallus attack Femi and then Wes gets involved. Joe with a discus clothesline to Oba and then Mark with a flying boot while Wolfgang hits a TKO on Wes.

Lexis King is with Sarah and she asks about the losses to Dante Chen.
Lexis talks about attacking Dante after the match and how he had to be helped to the back.
Dante Chen attacks Lexis King and they exchange punches through the back. They fight into a room of people incredulous at what is going on.
Match Number Five: Fallon Henley, Lash Legend, and Kelani Jordan versus Jaida Parker, Michin, and Sol Ruca
Sol and Jordan start things off and Sol with a head scissors. Sol with a take down and Jordan with a head scissors. Jordan with a side head lock and Jordan with a head scissors take down but Sol does a cartwheel. Both of them do some gymnastics and then Jaida and Lash tag in. Jordan has issues with Lash and Jaida with a wrist lock and shoulder tackle but Lash stays on her feet. Lash grabs Jaida by the hair and Jaida returns to the favor. Lash misses a splash and Jaida gets a near fall. Sol doesn't want to tag in and neither does Michin but Jaida tags her in. Michin with a side head lock to Lash and a shoulder tackle but Lash stays on her feet. Michin with a head scissors take down.
Michin with a Yakuza kick and Jaida argues with the referee and that allows Fallon to hit a knee to Michin's back. Lash with a punch and Fallon tags in and she slides to the floor and punches Michin. Jaida and Sol continue to yell at each other. Fallon chokes Michin in the corner. Fallon sends Michin into the turnbuckles a few times. Lash tags in and kicks Michin and follows with a hard Irish whip. Lash with another hard Irish whip for a near fall. Lash with an arm bar. Michin with punches but Lash pulls Michin back to the mat by the hair. Lash with shoulders and Michin goes for a sunset flip but Lash windmills to stay on her feet and she sends Michin face first to the mat for a near fall.
Lash with an arm bar. Lash with an Irish whip and she runs into a boot from Michin. Michin is stopped by Lash from making the tag but Michin rolls away. Jaida and Jordan tag in and Jordan with forearms. Jordan with a back elbow and a she hits a modified Olympic slam. Jaida tries to stop Jordan on the turnbuckles but Jaida catches her and hits a back breaker. She puts Jordan on the turnbuckles and she chops Jordan and hits a springboard seated splash. Jaida with a reverse suplex for a near fall. Jaida tags in Michin and Michin with a POUNCE and she gets a near fall. Michin with a bow and arrow and Jordan counters with a lateral press for a near fall.
Michin with a drop kick. Jaida tags in and applies an abdominal stretch.
Jazmyn Nyx and Jacy Jayne make their way tot he ring.
Jordan with a cutter and Sol and Fallon tag in. Sol with a clothesline and forearms. Fallon kicks Sol and gives her an Irish whip and a hair take down. Sol kicks Fallon and goes for a springboard move but misses Both hit clotheslines and both go down. MIchin sends Jaida into the ring and then Jaida does the same to Michin. Lash tags in and Jordan stops the double team. Jordan with a reverse flatliner to Fallon. Sol with Sol Snatcher on Lash for the three count.
Winners: Sol Ruca, Michin, and Jaida Parker
We see Ava walking in the back looking at the contract.
Stevie Turner says the match tonight wasn't fair. She asks for another opportunity but Ava has to go to the ring.
We see Ethan Page walk in the back.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Eddy Thorpe says when he looks in the sacred fire he sees memories. He sees his ancestors fighting for everything. Eddy says he is fighting for more than winning matches. He says he is fighting for representation. His body and mind have been cleansed. He returns to NXT with a clear mission to execute and his eyes are open.
Vic runs through the card for Sunday.
Ava is in the ring with a tale and two chairs.
Ava tells Mr. All Ego that if he wants to do this publicly here we are.
She introduces Ethan Page and he makes his way to the ring without any formal entrance music or video (which makes sense if he is not 'signed')
She says this is not how she likes to do business but she will make an exception.
Ethan tells some fans to shut up and he thanks Ava because . . .
Ava tells Ethan they need to get this done.
Ethan says you have to get used to him calling the shots because IF he signs, he will get a lot of perks no one else in the locker room will get and he doesn't think they will like that much. He says Ava won't like that but he doesn't give a damn. He says he has earned it. He says he is tired of waiting around so he is going to take them. She is going to sign THE wrestler with THE biggest upside.
Ava says she isn't signing anyone with these demands.
Ethan says that Ava needs to sign him. Ethan says NXT lost eight of its top stars, leaving a giant void perfectly sized for Ethan to fill and become the face of NXT and to take things to new heights and their new home. Ethan says there is a lot of money in this contract. He says he could have sat at home for two years and collect a check but that is not who he is. He says talent grants opportunities. You know he is talented and that he is a megastar.
Ethan says he has earned and he deserves the ego that he has. In this ring, he hasn't said anything that is an opinion. He says he is spitting facts.
Trick Williams comes out.
Ethan tells Trick he doesn't know if he knows him or not but he has been around the block a few times. No one is getting put through a table tonight because he came here to sign a contract.
Trick tells Ava to give Ethan what he wants so he can sign the contract and then he can get his ass kicked. Trick says this is his house. He says he has been here for a while and he has a few boys in the back and the crowd has been with him the whole time through the ups and downs and everything in between. You think you can come to NXT and jump the line and jump him. You must be crazy. Trick says he will make an example out of Ethan for every other man who thinks they can come to NXT for a title match. He is going to take Ethan out.
Ethan says Trick is stepping too close so he needs to chill out. He says he knows why Trick is emotional. The last time they crossed paths, he knocked him into Lash and held up the title. You have a reason to be pissesd. He says they have a lot more in common than you think. He says he saw Trick in Hayes' shadow. Ethan says he has been in other people's shadows and Trick was able to put the spotlight on him. Now he is champion.
With that title comes the responsibility of that giant ass target on your back and the spotlight that he craves. It was not personal last week. It was an opportunity for him. Ethan says he is ready to sign that contract.
Ethan signs the contract and he asks Ava to sign it.
Ava says she can't sign the contract.
Ethan says Ava is giving him his first match on Sunday at Battleground for the NXT title and she is signing for the end of the Whoop That Era.
Trick tells Ava they built this place together and Ethan can't end nothing. On June 9th, you will be hearing one thing.
Ava signs the contract.
