We are back and Gunther says he is facing Sheamus tonight. He heard that Sheamus is concerned after putting on banger after banger. He does not care about bangers. Gunther says he only cares about being the best of all time. If he has to expose Sheamus as the people pleasing failure, he will do it. Already the general of the ring, soon to be the King of the Ring.
Michael Cole is in the ring with chairs and he brings out Becky Lynch.
Cole congratulates Becky for being a multi time champion. Cole brings up Becky's appearance at the Kentucky Derby and he wants to know what she was wearing.
Becky says being a champion means representing the company at the biggest events in the biggest hats possible. Becky says she thinks it works.
Cole asks about the draft and Queen of the Ring and who are some of the competitors she is looking forward to facing.
Becky says there are a lot of people in the back who want to slap her in the face and she is looking forward to it. Becky says she came up to Raw nine years ago and she wanted to change things. She mentions Alba Fyre, who was the longest reigning NXT UK Champion. You have Isla Dawn, an enigma with passion. You have Kiana James and she is athletic but she wouldn't trust her. Becky mentions Lyra Valkyria.
Cole asks Becky about her history with Lyra and their match in NXT.
Becky says Lyra is the most gifted competitor she has faced in the ring.
Cole mentions Zelina Vega. Becky says she knows Zelina is hungry.
Cole asks about the last month when she faced Rhea at Wrestlemania. Becky says she was sick, but she isn't going to make excuses. She is about overcoming the odds. She says that loss will make her a better fighter. Becky says she was able to beat fourteen others to become . . .
Liv Morgan's music interrupts and she makes her way down the aisle to the ring.
Liv comments on how Becky said nothing. Liv asks why didn't Becky mention her so far. Liv says she is tired of being overlooked and underestimated her. Liv says she is a Money in the Bank winner, former Women's champion, former Tag Team champion, she beat Nia Jax last week, and she took out Rhea Ripley. Liv says after that, she cannot get an ounce of respect from Becky blows her mind.
Liv brings up the title match she was owed.
Becky says Liv gets the title match at King and Queen of the Ring. Becky says Liv has never beaten her.
Liv says Becky is right that she has never beaten Liv one-on-one. Liv says she has been missing purpose. Now that she has her purpose, she knows she can beat Becky by taking everything Rhea ever loved and that means becoming Women's Champion.
Dakota Kai, Iyo Sky, and Kairi Sane come out.
Dakota points out that Liv gets a title shot she did nothing to earn. That is fine. Why not fight it out. Dakota says Iyo has already advanced to the second round and Dakota says she will do the same. Dakota says they want to remind them who really runs Raw.
Liv leaves the ring on the one free side to leave Becky alone with Damage CTRL. Becky fights them off for a moment and then the numbers are too much. Lyra Valkyria makes her way to the ring and she takes care of Iyo and Kairi while Becky takes care of Dakota.

Jackie Redmond is with Sami Zayn in the back. She asks about Chad Gable and Bronson Reed and where does it end.
Sami says this is a personal issue with him and Chad. It should have been over when he beat Chad in Montreal. Now he has to deal with a professional issue with Bronson Reed. Reed is coming for the title so he has to juggle the emotional and business side. There is only one way this can end. Triple Threat Match at King and Queen of the Ring. When the pressure is on and this championship is on the line in Saudi Arabia, he is at his best. He will walk out as Intercontinental Champion.
Match Number Six: Lyra Valkyria versus Dakota Kai (with Kairi Sane and Iyo Sky) in a First Round Queen of the Ring Match
They lock up and Lyra with a take down. They lock up and Lyra with a side head lock and take down. Lyra misses a cross body and Lyra with a side head lock take down for a near fall. Lyra with a cravate into a side head lock. Lyra floats over and she avoids a kick. Lyra with a kick and Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Lyra sets for a fisherman's buster but Dakota counters with an inside cradle for a near fall. Dakota sends Lyra into the turnbuckles but runs into a boot. Kai pulls Lyra off the turnbuckles and Lyra lands on the turnbuckles. Kai with a boot to the head while Lyra hangs over the apron.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Lyra with a series of strikes and a clothesline. Lyra with kicks and a spinning back heel kick. Kai rolls to the floor and Lyra with a drop kick through the ropes. Lyra with a cross body and a fisherman's suplex for a near fall. Lyra with a cravate and she gets Kai on her shoulders. Kai with elbows to escape and she pulls Lyra to the mat. Kai sends Lyra to the apron and kai with a springboard kick to the back for a near fall. Kai sets for the Yakuza Kick but Lyra moves and Lyra gets a near fall. Lyra with a forearm into the corner and another forearm. Kai with a Yakuza kick for a near fall. Lyra avoids a Detonation Kick but Kai with a scorpion kick. Lyra with Night Wing for the three count.
Winner: Lyra Valkyria (advances to face Zoey Stark)
Kofi Kingston says this was supposed to be where Woods runs it back to become a two time King of the Ring. Gunther took that from Woods. Kofi says he doesn't know when Woods will be back. He is looking forward to giving Gunther what he deserves. First, he has to get past Rey Mysterio. As much respect as he has for Rey, he will have to put him down and win this tournament for Woods. After all this time and all these years, three words ring now as much as they did then.
New Day Rocks
Next week, Ilja Dragunov faces Jey Uso. The other men's quarterfinal match will take place. Lyra Valkyria faces Zoey Stark. Iyo Sky will face the winner of Shayna Baszler and Zelina Vega.
We see Sheamus getting ready for his match against Gunther.

Match Number Seven: Gunther (with Ludwig Kaiser) versus Sheamus in a First Round King of the Ring Match
They lock up and they go into the corner and against the ropes. The referee separates them for a clean break. They lock up and Gunther backs Sheamus into the corner and Gunther with a chop. Sheamus with a chop and they go back and forth. Sheamus with a belly-to-back suplex and then Gunther with a chop and Sheamus with forearms. Gunther with a side head lock and shoulder tackle and boot when Sheamus bounces off the ropes. Sheamus goes to the apron. Gunther with cross faces to Sheamus on the apron and Sheamus blocks it. They exchange forearms and Sheamus sets for the forearms from the apron. Gunther with elbows and a clothesline to knock Sheamus down on the apron. Gunther sets for a pile driver on the apron but Sheamus counters with a back body drop. Sheamus with a clothesline off the apron.
We go to commercial.
We ae back and Sheamus with an Irish whip and Gunther with a kick and chop. Gunther with an elbow to the clavicle and a kick to the back. Gunther with elbows in the ropes. Gunther with a cravate. Sheamus with punches to try to get out of the hold and Gunther with chops and Sheamus wants more. Sheamus with forearms and an Irish whip. Sheamus runs into a boot but Sheamus with a uranage back breaker. Sheamus gets Gunther up and Gunther escapes. Gunther with a Northern Lariat and a clothesline for a near fall. Sheamus blocks a pile driver and Sheamus with an Air Raid Crash for a near fall.
Gunther rolls to the apron and Sheamus grabs Gunther but Gunther drops Sheamus on the top rope. Sheamus with a tilt-a-whirl power slam for a near fall. Sheamus sets for the forearms to Gunther on the apron and he connects with many. Sheamus sets for a Brogue Kick and Gunther avoids it and Gunther sets for a German suplex but Sheamus with an elbow. Sheamus misses a boot and his leg gets caught in the ropes. The referee deals with Gunther and Kaiser pulls Sheamus' leg into the ropes and then drop kicks the knee. The referee realizes that Kaiser has moved from his spot so the referee sends Kaiser to the back.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Gunther with a knee bar and he gets a near fall. We see footage from the break of Gunther sending the leg into the ring post. Sheamus escapes and he struggles to get back to his feet. Gunther kicks Sheamus in the knee and he pulls off the knee pad and connects with a knee drop to the injured knee. Gunther with another knee drop to the injured leg. Sheamus blocks a power bomb and Sheamus gets Gunther up for a moment but his knee gives out. Gunther with a kick to the knee and Gunther with a chop to the back of the leg. Sheamus with a clothesline. Sheamus cannot get Gunther up for a Celtic Cross. Sheamus with a jumping knee for a near fall.
Sheamus' knee gives out and Gunther with a power bomb for a near fall. Gunther with a single leg crab and Sheamus gets to the ropes to force a break. Gunther stomps on the back of the leg and then he goes up top. Sheamus punches Gunther to stop him and Sheamus sets for a Celtic Cross and he hits it. Sheamus gets a near fall. Sheamus with a forearm and Gunther kicks the knee and hits a German suplex. Sheamus wants Gunther to give him more. Sheamus with a running knee and then he hits a Brogue Kick but he cannot make the cover right away so Gunther is able to kick out at two. Gunther with a single leg crab.
Gunther pulls Sheamus into the center of the ring and reapplies the hold. Sheamus taps out.
Winner: Gunther (advances to face winner of Kofi Kingston versus Rey Mysterio)
