We start off with a look back at last week.
Match Number One: Bronco Nima and Lucien Price versus Joaquin Wilde and Cruz del Toro in a Qualifying Match for the Tag Title Match at Stand and Deliver
Nima and Price attack WIlde and Cruz before the bell rings. Wilde is hip tossed into the ring.
The referee starts the match. Price tags in and he connects with a knee. Wilde with a waist lock and Price with an elbow and a release suplex for a near fall. Nima tags in and Price iwth a clothesline in the corner. Nima with a forearm. Wilde with a jaw breaker and Cruz tags in and kicks Nima. Cruz with a springboard head scissors that sends Nima to the floor. Price is sent to the floor and Wilde and Cruz with stereo suicide dives. Wilde tags in and Wilde and Cruz with a series of kicks and a double super kick. Wilde gets a near fall. Nima iwth punches and Price with a forearm to knock Wilde down while Nima takes care of Cruz in front of the referee. Nima with a superplex and he gets a near fall.
We see Bron and Baron in the HBalKony as we go to commercial.
We are back and Nima with a cravate on Wilde. We see SCRYPTS interfering during the commercial break. Price tags in and Nima and Price miss Wilde and he tags in Cruz. Cruz with a drop kick to Nima and punches to Price. Price catches Cruz on a cross body but Cruz sends Price to the turnbuckles. Cruz lands on teh turnbuckles and hits a springboard drop kick. Cruz gets a near fall. Price runs Cruz into the corner and tags in Nima. Cruz punches Nima and Nima with an Irish whip. Cruz with kicks and punches. Price catches Cruz and hits a side slam for a near fall. Nima with a super kick to Wilde. Cruz with a springboard round kick to Nima. Price gets Cruz up but Cruz gets to his feet. Wilde leaps over Nima's back to hit a cross body onto SCRYPTS and Price. Cruz kicks Nima and he goes for a springboard move but Nima catches Cruz. Cruz with elbows and he hits a rana. Wilde tags in.
Wilde with a springboard 450 for the three count.
WInners: Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde
We see Oba Femi arriving at the building and he is asked about his match.
Brooks Jensen confronts Femi and Briggs wants to know why Brooks is trying to piss him off.
We see Roxanne Perez walking in the back as we go to commercial.
We are back and Chase is with Thea Hail. Thea says she hates this. Andre says that he is here for Thea.
Duke walks by and he wants to know what is bothering her.
Thea says Jazymn and Jacy don't have time for her but Jazmyn is an influencer. She says she doesn't have to be with Jacy all the time. Thea says she has other friends and Duke and Andre are wishy washy about it. Thea says she knows someone who has issues with Izzi and Kiana.
Kelani Jordan shows up and says she has issues with them so she will team with Thea.
Roxanne Perez is in the ring.
She says last week is what happens when you get sick and tired of playing by the rules. That sweet, innocent Roxanne Perez who is happy to be here is no longer around. This has been boiling for months and months. This is a year in the making. After beating Meiko Satomura last year at Roadblock, she collapsed in the ring. She collapsed after four months of carrying this division on her back. The pressure and anxiety of the best rookie year. She says her title was taken from her but people said she would get another chance. She has busted her ass for a year in all of these matches while people were drooling over Tiffy Time or Becky Lynch, who won a title she could never win.
You didn't think she belongs in the ring with Becky. Roxanne says she went home and cried about the crowd's reaction. She tells the crowd to screw themselves for booing her. She does not care about what anyone things now. She mentions everything that she has won.
Roxanne mentions Lyra and she says she expected Lyra to come up to her to apologize for that Latina dancing girl to ruin your match and we need to run it back. Lyra did not do that. She went after the tag titles. The only way she was going to get what she deserves is to break the rules and do it her way. Now, everyone wants to cheer and support her. Where were you when Indi held her title?
She says the NXT Universe reminds her of young Roxanne Perez. Naive and not knowing what they wan. She says she doesn't need anyone now. It is funny how history repeats itself. Now you are the one taking the ride in the ambulance. The pain you are feeling is not the pain from your arm. That is the pain of your title being ripped away from you and awarded to her. Now, thanks to the Prodigy you have witnessed the rise and fall of Lyra Valkyria.
Roxanne tells Ava she can come out and strip Lyra of the title and give her back her title.
Ava makes her way to the ring.
She says Roxanne has so much to say, but you stepped out of line last week and put Lyra in an ambulance for no reason.
Roxanne says they can jump ahead to her being given the title.
Ava tells Roxanne not to interrupt her. Ava says they waited until they saw the extent of the injuries before stripping her of the title.
Tatum Paxley tries to attack Roxanne but she is held back by officials
We go to RESTAURANT and all four are there for Luca's initiation dinner. They toast the new addition.
Luca says he appreciates it. He says he got those two things done for Tony.
Rizzo says she talked to their connections in Philly and they are ready to pay their respects to the future champion.
Tony says this move is a long time coming. He says Channing was perfect hitting that music.
Tony says he talked to Trick about what happened last week.
Ilja shows up and everyone but Tony leaves.
Ilja smiles at Tony and he congratulates him and said that Tony did what he said he would do. Ilja says that Tony has his fingers in many pies and now he has everything. This title is what Ilja still has. He says no matter what you do at Stand and Deliver, the title stays with him.
Tony says he wants Ilja to know that whatever happens here, . . .
Channing and Luca grab Ilja and take him into the back.
Tony is asked if everything is okay and he thanks MANAGER for a great meal.
Tony asks Channing and Luca if they are set. They drive away.
Match Number Two: Lexis King versus Robert Stone
Stone with punches and he goes to the floor momentarily. Stone with more punches and King sends Stone to the floor and misses a baseball slide. Stone with a pescado. Stone misses a cross body when King moves and King with a running knee to the midsection. King stomps on the ribs and connects with knees. King with another knee to the midsection. King yells at Stone and kicks him in the ribs again. King with an abdominal stretch. King with a slam. Stone with chops but King with knees and a chop. King with a hard Irish whip and he puts Stone on the turnbuckles. King with a forearm and he goes to the turnbuckles. Stone pushes King off the turnbuckles and Stone with a cross body for a near fall. King with a super kick. King with a running knee to the back of the head followed by Coronation for the three count.
WInner: Lexis King
After the match, King sets for another Coronation but Von Wagner comes out to make the save for Stone.
Vic Joseph mentions the news that SummerSlam will be in Cleveland.
Kelly Kincaid asks Oba about what happened in the Most Dangerous Parking Lot in Sports Entertainment. He says a boy was mistaken to think that he can compete. Now he will get slaughtered.
Dijak shows up and he says once Oba is finished playing around, he says we can see if he has what it takes.
We see Ridge Holland training and he gets a phone call. He talks to his wife and daughter. She wishes Ridge a good night and his wife tells Ridge to be careful.
Match Number Three: Oba Femi versus Brooks Jensen for the North American Championship
They lock up and Brooks send Oba into the ropes. They lock up and Brooks pushes Oba on the break. They lock up and Brooks with a side head lock. OIba puts Brooks on the apron but Brooks holds on to the side head lock. Oba pushes Brooks off the apron. Oba with a shoulder tackle and a side head lock and hip lock take down.
We see Josh Briggs in LOCKER ROOM watching MONITOR and he PACES.
Brooks with forearms and he sends Oba into the turnbuckles. Brooks is sent to the apron and he connects with a forearm. Oba with a punch to the midsection and a double sledge to the back. Oba with a forearm to the back and a kick. Oba with a punch and forearm. Brooks with a kick and clothesline. Brooks with some jabs but they miss. Brooks escapes Oba in the corner. Brooks with a slap and side head lock. Brooks with a head scissors take down. Brooks with a side head lock. Oba with a head scissors and Brooks escapes. Oba sends Brooks to the apron and then he connects with a knee when Brooks gets back into the ring. Oba kicks Brooks. Oba hip tosses Brooks back into the ring. Brooks with forearms and Oba with a forearm to send Brooks to the mat. Oba with an elbow drop for a near fall. Oba with a back breaker.
Oba gets a near fall. Brooks and Oba exchange forearms. Oba with a bear hug. Brooks with elbows and he connects with a kick when Oba charges into the corner. Brooks with a rollup for a near fall. Brooks with a drop kick and Oba goes to the floor. Brooks with an elbow drop to the back off the apron. Brooks misses a drop kick and Oba with a uranage back breaker. Oba holds on and hits another uranage back breaker. Oba gets a near fall.
We see Briggs continue to WATCH MONITOR but he stops.
Oba with a running uppercut into the corner. Oba with a rear chin lock.
Josh Briggs makes his way to the ring to motivate Brooks.
Brooks backs Oba into the corner but Oba with a forearm to the back. Oba with another forearm to the lower back. Brooks with a back elbow and punches. Brooks with a super kick and clothesline. Brooks with a drop kick and power slam for a near fall. Oba with snake eyes. Oba gets Brooks up and tosses him to the mat. Oba gets Brooks up again and tosses him to the mat. Oba with a pop up power bomb but Oba stares at Briggs instead of finishing the match. Oba has some words for Briggs and he hits another power bomb for the three count.
Winner: Oba Femi (retains championship)
