WWE RAW REPORT: MORE QUALIFY FOR THE ELIMINATION CHAMBER, DREW IS NOT HAPPY, TRUTH IS NOT SURE WHO HE IS TALKING TO, HOW TO EARN AN IC TITLE MATCH, AND MORE

Cody Rhodes makes his way to the ring.

Cody asks everyone what do they want to talk about.  He says they could talk about how in the main event at Wrestlemania 40, he will be challenging for the title against Roman Reigns.  He says it took him a while for him to say it.  The reason he is able to say that is because of you guys.  You made your voices heard.  A week trending online and spreading the word.  He says he really doesn't know how he can repay you . . . maybe there is one way.  He says they are making him emotional.  He says he is passionate about this.  He says he wears his heart on his sleeve.  He doesn't want to become emotional because he would become a . . . cry baby.  While all of you were saying 'WE WANT CODY' there is one person who did not want to hear it.  One of the most famous people in the world and the man who came up with the phrase Cody Crybabies.

Cody says promos are different from the last time he was here and few can fathom matching The Rock on the microphone.  What are we supposed to do with the nuggets?  He asks Pat what are they supposed to do since he was there. 

Pat is a little apprehensive to speak.

Cody says he is a fan of the Rock.  Everyone has been a fan of his at one point in their lives.  Rock does not listen well.  He said nothing to defile his ancestors, but Rock slapped him in the face, in public.  You can hear the rivers overflowing.  He noticed the look in Rock's eyes.  It wasn't the People's energy.  Rock and Roman is the perfect storm.  You put your hands on him.  You slapped him across the face.  That means is that he is going to hit Rock back.

Seth Rollins' music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

The crowd hums Seth's entrance music.

Cody tells Seth to take a bow and he says he wants to thank Seth for coming to his aid at the press conference.

Seth says you're welcome and he cackles.  He tells Cody as much as he was looking forward to defending his title against Cody at Wrestlemania, he understands Cody's decision.  He knows why he needed to pick Roman so he could finish that story.  There are millions of people around the world who want Cody to finish his story.  Now that the decision is made, he wants to make this clear to Cody.  You need to finish your story.  You need to do it for yourself, your father, for Seth, and everyone here tonight.  Seth says if Cody does not beat Roman, the landscape on the other side of Wrestlemania is very dark.  You have the most powerful champion of the modern era.  He gets more power.  He gets more leverage.  He shows up less.  He defends that title less.  The glass ceiling gets thicker, the brass rings get higher.  This is the last time anyone can take that power and give it to the people.

Seth says you might be the man for the job, but what is your plan?  Last year, you got screwed out of the title.  The Usos were there, Paul Heyman was there, and Solo was there.  You fought your way back by winning the Royal Rumble.  The deck is stacked against you, but the bar has been raised.  You are not just dealing with Heyman, Solo, Jimmy, and Roman.  You are dealing with the biggest star and most influential man in entertainment.  You have to deal with the Rock.  Seth says he agrees with the people that Rocky Sucks.  Seth says Cody does not have to fight this battle alone.  We have not seen eye to eye, but a few weeks back, you said you wanted to take everything from Roman and Seth says he felt that.  That is why at the press conference, when the Rock laid hands on you, he stepped up.  When these entitled pricks think they can throw their weight around with no consequences, he is sick of them getting away with it.

Seth says the man Roman Reigns is is his fault.  They came to the ring in tactical vests.  He taught Roman everything he knows.  He never expected Roman to be the monster he has become.  Now that monster has to heads.  He is standing next to someone who is as entitled and selfish as he is.  When it comes to fighting The Bloodline.  When it comes to fighting the Rock and Roman Reigns, there is only one person uniquely suited to be your SHIELD.  He says he will give Cody a hint.  He was once an architect and now he is a visionary and revolutionary.  That person is Seth Rollins.

Cathy Kelley is with The New Day and Jey Uso.  She brings up their win.

Cathy says Gunther will have to defend his title next week against Jey Uso.

Jey says it is a big W for them tonight and it will be a big W for next week.

Woods says Jey slapped the hell out of Gunther tonight. 

Liv Morgan says she was on the run of a lifetime and Rhea Ripley took it away from her.  She is going to take it from Rhea.  This is the first step on her revenge tour.

Zoey says she will continue to make history.  She says she took care of Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus.  Now she is going to take care of Liv Morgan.  She is going to make history as the baddest woman in the division.

Match Number Three: Liv Morgan versus Zoey Stark in a Qualifying Match for the Elimination Chamber Match to Determine who faces Rhea Ripley at Wrestlemania Match

Liv with a rollup for a near fall.  Liv with punches and the referee pulls Liv out of the corner.  Zoey sends Liv into the corner and Liv with kicks.  Liv screams at the referee.  Liv goes for an O'Connor Roll but Zoey holds on to the ropes.  Zoey with a clothesline and punches.  Zoey with a kick but Liv with a rana.  Liv sends Zoey into the turnbuckles and Liv with a springboard side kick to knock Zoey off the apron.  Zoey with a forearm to stop a suicide dive from Liv.  Liv with a forearm to stop a slingshot move by Zoey.  Zoey stops Liv on the turnbuckles and Zoey gets Liv on her shoulders and hits a Death Valley Driver on the apron.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Liv with a hip in the corner followed by a knee.  Liv with a Codebreaker off the turnbuckles for a near fall.  Liv goes for a knee in the corner but Zoey catches Liv and hits a power bomb for a near fall.  Zoey with a springboard drop kick for a near fall.  Liv with a forearm to the back and Liv floats over and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Zoey blocks a Codebreaker and she catapults Liv into the corner.  Liv with a double stomp to Zoey from the corner.  Zoey with a round kick for a near fall.  Zoey goes up top and she sets for a Phoenix splash but misses .  Liv with a facebuster and ObLIVion for the three count.

Winner:  Liv Morgan

THE Judgment Day walk in the back with R Truth.  Priest tells Truth that is enough.  They have had laughs together, but jokes are over.  You were never part of the group.  There was no initiation and the beatings were justified.  Priest tells Truth to be clear, it will be an execution.

R Truth is in Gorilla and he calls Miz for help and Pearce tells him his match is going on now.

Match Number Four:  JD McDonagh (with Damian Priest, Dominik Mysterio, and Finn Balor) versus R Truth

JD kicks Truth and gives him a snap mare but misses a chop.  Truth with punches in the corner and he sends JD into the turnbuckles.  Truth sends JD into the turnbuckles again.  JD with a kick and Truth sends JD into the turnbuckles and he bounces off like it is a trampoline.  Truth with a hip toss and a split followed by a splash into the corner.  Truth with an Irish whip and a back body drop.  Truth with an Attitude Adjustment but Dom pulls JD to safety.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Truth with punches.  JD with chops and Truth punches back.  Truth blocks a kick and Truth with a flying shoulder tackle followed by a second one.  Truth with a Blue Thunder Bomb and it is time for the five knuckle shuffle but JD with a kick.  Truth with a split and jumping leg lariat.  Truth with the Five Knuckle Shuffle.  Truth gets JD up for the Attitude Adjustment.  JD with a rollup for a near fall.  Truth with a twisting flying forearm.  Truth with a kick and he sets for an axe kick but JD move.  JD with Devil Inside for the three count.

Winner:  JD McDonagh

After the match, THE Judgment Day celebrate wtih JD and then Priest says it is time to end Truth.  Truth avoids Finn and then he punches Dom and JD.  Truth with a double leg take down and punches.  Truth sends Finn over the top rope to the floor.  Truth punches JD but Priest punches Truth and then THE Judgment Day kick Truth. 

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa come out with chairs and THE Judgment Day leave the ring.

Sami Zayn is in the back and Cody Rhodes stops by to thank Sami for what happened last week.  Sami says he has Cody's back.

Cody says Sami is not the only one who believes in himself.  He says he believes in Sami and they believe in Sami.  They hug and Sami thanks Cody.

Becky Lynch walks in the back as we go to commercial.
