AEW Continental Classic Finals: Eddie Kingston vs. Jon Moxley

Slow feeling out process.  They grapple, neither man can get the edge.  Headlock takeover by Kingston, Moxley escapes. Test of strength, snap mare into an elbow by Moxley.

Bryan Danielson has joined the booth. Shoulder blocks, neither can get the edge.  Dive to the floor by Kingston.  DDT by Moxley on the floor. Kingston is down.  Back in the ring, Moxley with kicks. Kingston catches the running kick and chops away at Moxley. Undeterred, Moxley goes back on the offense and chokes Eddie. Piledriver by Moxley for 2. Single leg crab by Moxley into an STF. Eddie makes the ropes and now they trade chops. Beel throw by Kingston. Chop by Eddie, Moxley is down. Machine gun chops by Kingston.

Moxley is openly running away from the chops. DDT by Kingston into a backfist. Lariat by Moxley. Bulldog choke by Kingston, Moxley escapes.Hammer elbows by Kingston into another choke. Moxley reverses it.  He's got it cinched in. Kingston fades and falls into the ropes. Backfist for 2 into a Northern Lights Bomb for 2 by Kingston.

Kneelifts by Kingston. Lariat by Moxley, both men are down. Forearm exchange into a headbutt exchange. Slap exchange. Backfist by Kingston and he scores the pin.

AEW World Championship: MJF vs. Samoa Joe

Adam Cole comes out at the behest of the champion.  MJF struts around the ring. Lockup, Joe throws him down easily. Uranage by Joe.  Jabs in the corner by the challenger. Snap mare by Joe. Legdrop on the injured shoulder of MJF. Nerve hold by Joe.  Backfist by MJF, he hurts his shoulder.  Legdrop by Joe. Kick to the head by Joe. MJF escapes thr muscle buster.  Cradle by MJF for 2. Sunset flip for 2 by MJF. Joe blocks the kangaroo kick. Kick to the head by Joe sends MJF to the floor. Tope by Joe to the floor. 

Back in the ring, Joe with a DDT. Chops by MJF. German by Joe. Straight Jacket by Joe for another. MJF blocks a piledriver. Muscle Buster on the apron by Joe. Joe scores a 2.  Chops by Joe.

This is a glorified squash so far. Joe is completely dominant. Forearm to the back by MJF.  MJF rams Joe in to the buckle 10x. 9 punches by MJF and he bites the challenger. Joe blocks another kangaroo kick. Joe to the 2nd rope. MJF tries a DVD but collapses. Piledriver by MJF for 2. Rollup for 1 by MJF. Salt of the Earth by MJF. Joe with an armbar of his own, MJF makes the ropes.

Joe gets sent to the corner and wipes out the ref. Low blow by MJF. F5 by MJF. Everyone is down. MJF signals for the ring and Cole gives it to him. Choke by Joe.  MJF passes out.

WINNER AND NEW AEW WORLD CHAMPION SAMOA JOE

Adam Cole attends to his friend. Here come the masked men. They attack Cole and MJF Lights out.  As the lights go on Adam sits on a chair. Wardlow, the Kingdom and Roddy Strong unmask and they beat down MJF.
