WWE NXT REPORT: WILL TRICK BE TRICKED?, LEE VERSUS BATE, CORA AND NIKKITA IN ACTION, BRIGGS ON A ROLL, AND MORE

Your announcers are Booker T and Vic Joseph.

We see Hayes and Trick walking in the Most Dangerous Parking Lot in Sports Entertainment.  Trick answers some questions while Hayes enters the building.  He is asked about New Year's Evil and he says he will take care of business.

We look at highlights from Deadline.

We see Carmelo Hayes down in the back holding his leg while referees check on him.  

Trick shows up and wants to know what happened.

Cora Jade is in the ring and she says four months, four long, hard, difficult months, not for her, but for you.  At Deadline, the sun came through the clouds and she is back.  She says you were all crying yourselves to sleep in your Cora Jade T-shirts.  She says everything is fine and she is back.  She says that is what you wanted.  You were begging her to come back.  You didn't like me then, and now you love me now?  Deadline was great because she says that no matter how deep the women's roster is, things are better when Cora Jade is around.  She says the women's Iron Survivor Match was fine but at the end of the match, people were only talking about her.

Lyra Valkyria interrupts and she welcomes Cora back.  She says she couldn't help but notice that Cora didn't mention that she jumped her from behind.  You have been gone for four months and nothing has changed.  You are going to take shortcuts.

Cora asks if she ruffled some feathers.

Lyra says that Cora might not have changed but things have changed around here.  Lyra mentions that she is the women's champion and she does not care what Cora deserves . . . 

Blair Davenport interrupts and she says Lyra might be on top now, but she beat four others to become the Iron Survivor.  Cora you were not one of them.  Blair tells Lyra to focus on her because your reign is coming to an end.  Blair says she will become champion at New Year's Evil.

Lyra says she heard Blair but there is no way in hell that she will take the title from her.  She says she is surprised that they aren't friends because they attack people from behind.

Nikkita Lyons comes out and says she didn't forget what Blair did to her.

They brawl in the ring and Nikkita and Lyra send Blair and Cora to the floor.

We see what happened between Fallon and Friends and MetaFour at Deadline.

We are back with Kelly and Dragon Lee.  

She congratulates him on his victory and how he feels.  He says Saturday was a dream come true.  He has Rey Mysterio in his corner and he won his first NXT Title.  He says he wouldn't have had that chance if Wes was not injured.  He says he wishes Wes a speedy recovery.  He says he will defend the title as much as Wes did.

Kelly asks who will his opponent be and Lee says we will find out in the ring.

Match Number One:  Lash Legend, Oro Mensah, and Noam Dar (with Jakara Jackson) versus Fallon Henley, Josh Briggs, and Brooks Jensen 

Dar attacks Brooks on the turnbuckle and they fight to the floor.  The match starts with Lash hitting an elbow drop for a near fall.  Lash sends Fallon into the turnbuckles but she runs into a boot.  Fallon with a punch and Lash pushes Fallon.  Fallon with a sleeper and Lash backs Fallon into the turnbuckles.  Lash with a snap mare but Fallon with forearms.  Lash blocks an Irish whip and connects with a forearm.  Fallon goes for a sunset flip and Lash windmills to stay on her feet and she pulls Fallon up.  Fallon with a drop kick to the leg and a side kick to the back.  Fallon tries for a bulldog but Lash pushes her away.

Brooks tags in and Lash doesn't want to leave.  Oro misses a forearm and Brooks with punches and forearms.  Brooks with an Irish whip and a biel.  Oro sends Brooks into the turnbuckles and follows with a chop and forearm.  

We see Tiffany Stratton in BACK watching MONITOR.

Brooks with a face plant and Josh hits Dar in the back.  Brooks and Josh slide to the floor and connect with punches.  Lash gets Fallon up and she press slams her onto Josh and Brooks.  Lash goes to the floor and she sends Fallon into the ring post and apron.  Lash with a chop and then she hangs Fallon over the apron and connects with a chop.  Lash with a splash to the back.  Lash with a slam and she gets a near fall.  Lash gets Fallon up for a back breaker on her shoulder and she dips to add more pressure.  Lash misses an elbow drop when Fallon moves.  Lash tries for a slam but Fallon escapes and Brooks tags in.  Brooks with back elbows to Oro but Oro with an Irish whip.  Brooks with a cross body off the turnbuckles.  Oro with a leg sweep and a Northern Lariat.  Oro chokes Brooks in the ropes.  Brooks falls to the floor and holds his ankle.  Dar tags in and she connects with a forearm.  Dar works on the shoulder and connects with knees.  Oro tags in and Dar with a punch and he puts Brook's leg in the ropes and hits a drop kick.  Oro kicks the ropes to add more damage to the leg.

Brooks with a punch but Oro with a knee.  Brooks sends Oro over the top rope to the floor.  Oro tries for a leg sweep but Brooks leaps over him and his knee gives out.  Oro with a kick to the leg and Dar tags in.  They hit a series of forearms.  Dar gets a near fall.  Dar with an elbow to the bridge of the nose.  Brooks goes for the leg but Dar with a forearm and knee.  Dar with a snap mare and he gets a near fall.  Dar with a reverse chin lock.  Brooks with punches and Dar with a kick to the back of the leg and an uppercut.  Brooks with a clothesline and both men are down.  Dar grabs the leg and Brooks goes for an enzuigiri but Dar counters with a leg wringer into the ankle lock.  Brooks kicks Dar away and Jakara gets on the apron and the referee does not see the tag so Josh is sent to the apron again.  Oro tags in and he kicks Brooks int eh corner.  Dar with a spinning back elbow and Fallon breaks up the cover.

Lash goes for a power bomb but Fallon sends her and Lash over the top rope to the floor.  Tifany Stratton comes out and she goes after Fallon and Fallon with forearms and they fight to the back.  Dar goes for a suplex and Brooks with an inside cradle for a near fall.  Dar with Nova Roller but Josh tags in and he punches Dar.  Josh with punches and then he punches Oro.  Josh with a boot to Dar and he sends Oro to the mat with a DDT.  Josh with a clothesline for the three count.

Winners:  Josh Briggs, Brooks Jensen, and Fallon Henley

We see the doctor checking Carmelo's knee and he clears Carmelo for Friday.

Trick asks Hayes who attacked him and he doesn't know but it was someone who he has dealt with in the past.

We go to commercial.

We see the eight participants in the Men's Breakout Tournament.

Lexis King attacks Bearhill and Lennox from behind with a chair before he is escorted to the back.

Match Number Two:  Myles Borne versus Oba Femi in a First Round Match in the Breakout Tournament

Borne with a side head lock.  Borne goes for a shoulder tackle but he bounces off Femi.  Myles with a drop kick and he bounces off Reeves.  Borne floats over and hits a drop kick.  Borne gets a near fall.  Borne with knees to the back.  Oba blocks punches and connects with punches of his own.  Femi with a belly-to-back set up and he tosses Borne into the air.  Oba with a running European uppercut in the corner but Borne with a power slam for a near fall.  Oba goes to the floor and Borne is pulled down on the apron.  Borne with a knee to the midsection and Oba sends Borne in the air.  Oba with a power bomb for the three count.

Winner:  Oba Femi (advances to face winner of Tavion Heights versus Luca Crusifino)

Lyra is in the locker room and Nikkita shows up.  Lyra mentions Lola has the contract and Cora Jade is back.  Lyra says she won't let Cora's return poison the women's division.  Nikkita says she is coming for Blair.  She opens her locker and there is a photo of Lyra after she won the title and Nikkita notices that Tatum has put her head over Becky.

Dragon Lee walks in the back as we go to commercial.

Kelly is with Tiffany and she asks about what happened between them.

Tiffany says she is sick of Fallon Henley.  That piece of trash made her lose at Deadline.  She never lived like her.  Fallon serves her.  She calls herself the top shelf but she cannot afford to drink top shelf.  She will show Fallon that she will never be Tiffany Stratton.

Match Number Three:  Dragon Lee versus Tyler Bate for the NXT North American Championship

They shake hands at the start of the match.  They lock up and Bate with a side head lock.  Lee with a snap mare and shoulder tackle.  Bate catches Le on a leap frog and starts an airplane spin but Lee gets to his feet.  Bate with a side head lock take down.  Both men go for kicks and they block it.  They put the other's leg down and hit drop kicks at the same time.  Bate with a wrist lock and Lee with an Irish whip but Bate avoids him.  Bate with a leap frog and he goes between the legs and gets a near fall with a rollup.  Bate with a head scissors take down but Lee with a cartwheel to land on his feet.  Lee with a head scissors take down and Bate with a handspring to land on his feet.  Bate and Lee both go for clotheslines at the same time.

We go to commercial.
