We are back and next week, Chase and Hudson defend the tag titles against Channing and Tony.

Carmelo Hayes is in the ring.

He says it is time to cut to the chase.  It is bigger than the NXT Championship, it is about him and Trick.

Trick Williams makes his way to the ring.

Hayes he understands why Trick is upset.  He got blindsided and the opportunity of a lifetime was taken away but there are roadblocks in your journey.   Hayes says he needed help and he called on Trick.  Without Trick, there was no Melo.

Trick says he was putting them ahead of anything over the last two years.  He says when Hayes won a title, he felt like he won.  He did whatever needed to make sure Melo won.

Hayes says he did it.  They were like Shaq and Kobe or Jordan and Pippen.

Trick says Melo was the one who won because he was taking all of the shots.  What about when Trick is taking the shots?  Why can't you be there the way that he was there for Melo?  Trick asks Hayes the question he needs to know.  Did you . . .

Melo asks Trick what did he do?  Did he believe in Trick?  Yes, before he became the biggest star.  He says he knew that Trick was destined for greatness.  Everything Cena told you, he told Trick months ago.  He knew that Trick had the potential to be a once in a lifetime performer.   He asks Trick if that answers his question.

Trick says he wants to do his own thing and have his main events.  You had your main events and why can't you see that he wants his too.  When you needed him, Trick had your back.  Where are you when he needs Hayes?  Trick says he didn't see what happened and he knows that Hayes wasn't there.

Hayes asks Trick if he knows who hit him.

Trick says he was hit from behind and the only voice he heard was Hayes.  His only thought was that his title match was gone.

Hayes asks Trick if he really didn't see who attacked him.

Trick says they need to address the elephant in the room.  He wants to know if Hayes attacked him.

Hayes asks Trick if he wants the truth . . .

Lexis King comes out and he says we have quite the paradox.  We have the friend who was brutally assaulted and the first man at the scene of the crime was his best friend.

Hayes tells King to shut up and mind his business.  Trick tells him the same thing.

King says he is trying to get to the bottom of it.  We all know who did it.  It could have been someone new who wanted to make an impact.  Someone with a mind so twisted and whose mind is unclean.  King asks Trick if he is sure that Melo attacked him.

Trick tells King to leave the ring.

King says he wants Trick to say it.

Trick swings at King but misses and hits Hayes.

Trick offers his hand and Melo swats it away.

Trick offers his hand again and Trick helps Hayes up.

They hug but Hayes has a slightly devious look on his face.

We go to credits.
