WWE RAW REPORT: DREW IS A MAN ON A MISSION, PIPER AND CHELSEA MAKE A FOUNDATION, THE JUDGMENT DAY, PEOPLE ARE ON GUNTHER'S TRAIL, AND MORE

Nia Jax says she has done everything she said she would do when she came back to Raw.  She has squashed everyone.  On her first night back, she squashed the most dominant champion.  She will show that she is the most dominant woman and she will win the title on Saturday at Crown Jewel.

Miz is in the ring and he welcomes everyone to MizTV.   After the announcement of Bash in Berlin, he got the biggest superstar making his talk show debut . . . Gunther.

No one comes out.

Miz tries again and the same result.  He wonders if he has to speak in German.

Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser come out.  Kaiser says The Ring General is not coming out just because you want him to.  Especially for you because you are literally everything that is wrong with the WWE Universe today.  You are the embodiment of what they absolutely despise.  You are nothing but a clown.  

Miz says he has been called a lot of things, but he has never been another man's side kick.  He says that must make Vinci the third wheel.

Vinci says something about Miz and Maryse and Miz is shocked that he talks and with such a deep voice.

Miz says he would rather be yelled at by Maryse than by Kaiser.

Vinci says he talks whenever he wants and Kaiser tells Vinci that Giovanni talks when he tells him.

Gunther finally makes his way to the ring.  

Now that he is finally in the ring, he introduces Gunther and asks him to take a seat.

Gunther says he is not MIz' guest.  He is here to make two things clear to Miz.  It is 2023 and you try to run a talk show?  He says this ring is sacred to him and everything you do in here is beneath him.  In fact, Miz is beneath him.  Gunther says he does not respect Miz.

Miz says that is a way to break the ice and not the first or last time he heard that.  Miz says he interviewed an invisible John Cena who was more entertaining than you.  Whether it is movies, tv, or this ring, he is the biggest star WWE has.

Gunther says that is exactly your issue.  Once the bell rings, when it gets serious all that matter is how good a wrestler you are.  That is why you are a talk show host and Gunther says that is why he is the longest reigning Intercontinental Champion of all time.

Miz says he can be serious when he wants to be.  He was serious when he beat Randy Orton for his first World Championship.  He was serious when he beat John Cena in the main event of Wrestlemania.  He was serious when he won the World title a second time.  Miz says he was serious when he made the title you are holding the most relevant in WWE.  Miz says he has no problem doing it again.

Gunther laughs at Miz and wants to know if he is serious.  

Gunther says he gets that Miz is one of the greatest Sports Entertainers.  So why not make a MizTV moment.  Gunther tells Kaiser to take one of the pumpkins.  Kaiser drops it on the mat.  

Gunther asks Miz if he is going to do something about it?  He says he will do nothing.  Kaiser sends a chair to the floor and Miz punches Kaiser and sends him to the floor.  Vinci is sent to the floor.  Gunther chops Miz and he tells Miz he is not in his league.

Miz punches Gunther and then Kaiser and Vinci grab Miz.  Gunther with a boot to Miz and Miz goes to the floor.

As Miz goes to the back, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa make their way to the ring for their match against Kaiser and Vinci.

Adam Pearce is in his office and Miz comes in yelling to know if Pearce saw what happened.  Miz asks if they will let them do that to a future Hall of Famer.  He says he wants a match against Gunther.  

Pearce asks why should he get a match.

Miz runs through his accomplishments.

Pearce says he can give Miz a chance at a title match and he has someone who is looking for an opportunity.

Bronson Reed enters and Miz says he is the one taking the title off Gunther.

Match Number Three:  Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa versus Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser

Gargano and Vinci start things off.  Vinci with a shoulder tackle and he goes for a slam but Johnny escapes and hits a head scissors.  Gargano with a chop and Ciampa tags in and Ciampa with a knee while Gargano hits a running kick on the apron.  Ciampa with boots to Vinci and Gargano tags in and hits a drop kick.  Ciampa tags back in and he applies a side head lock.  Vinci with European uppercuts in the ropes.  Vinci blocks a kick and hits a clothesline.  Kaiser tags in and Vinci with a punch.  Kaiser blocks a kick and punches Ciampa in the corner.  Gargano makes the blind tag and Ciampa with a chop.  Gargano with a Northern Lariat.  Ciampa with a jaw breaker.  Ciampa with a knee to knock Vinci off the apron and then Gargano hits a suicide dive.  Gargano and Ciampa pat their backs for their performance so far.

Gargano with a forearm to Vinci but Kaiser with a clothesline.  Vinci with a back drop driver onto the apron and Kaiser with a baseball slide to knock Gargano to the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Kaiser with a reverse chin lock on Gargano.  Kaiser with a reverse suplex and he tags in Vinci.  Gargano sends Kaiser over the top rope and then Gargano drops down when Kaiser charges at him and Kaiser goes over the top rope to the floor.  Gargano with an enzuigiri to Vinci but Kaiser pulls Ciampa off the apron.  Vinci with a pop up tilt-a-whirl back breaker for a near fall.  Vinci slaps Gargano and Gargano slaps back.  Vinci with a forearm and he goes for a power bomb but Gargano counters into a DDT.  Kaiser and Ciampa tags in and he connects with a series of clotheslines on Kaiser and Vinci and then he hits a double flying clothesline.  Ciampa with a Thesz Press to Kaiser followed by punches.

Ciampa wtih a forearm and he hits a reverse DDT for a near fall.  Kaiser slaps Ciampa and Ciampa with forearms.  Kaiser with a rolling Death Valley Driver but Gargano breaks up the cover.  Gargano with a rolling kick to Vinci.  Kaiser kicks Gargano but Ciampa with a rollup for a near fall.  Ciampa with a kick and Kaiser with a discus clothesline.  Vinci tags in and they set for the Imperium Bomb but Ciampa with a kick.  Vinci misses a moonsault.  Ciampa with a running knee.  Gargano tags in and they hit the running knee and super kick combination for the three count.

Winners:  Tommaso Ciampa and Johnny Gargano

After the match, Kaiser gives Vinci the stare of disappointment.

Shinsuke Nakamura says he is still looking for the next sacrifice.  Do you want him to choose you or will you choose him?  He wants them to step forward and awaken him.  He asks what are you afraid of.  He tells him to poke the lion and show yourself.  He says he is waiting.

Candice says she is trained to battle and be resilient and not waver no matter what is in front of you.

Xia Li says a mighty warrior has her own way of fighting.  Don't turn away from your fears, embrace them.  Destiny whispers softly in her ear saying you cannot win.  She says she is the storm.

Match Number Four:  Candice LeRae (with Indi Hartwell) versus Xia Li

Xia misses a kick and Candice with chops and punches.  Candice with a running hip into the corner and a back senton for a near fall.  Candice with a forearm and Xia goes to the floor.  Xia pulls Candice to the mat and spins Candice around and connects with a forearm and chop.  Xia puts the ring skirt over Candice's head and connects with a knee.  Xia runs into a boot from Candice.  Candice with a back elbow and rollup for a near fall.  Xia with a jumping knee and a jumping round kick.  The referee checks on Candice and Candice appears to be out and she continues to check on Candice.

Candice gets back to her feet but falls into the corner.  The referee holds Xia back and she calls for the bell.

Winner:  Xia Li (referee's stoppage)

The referee calls for medical assistance for Candice in the ring.

Sami and Jey are in the back and Jey wishes Sami luck against Damian Priest tonight.  Sami thanks Jey for having his back.

Jackie ambushes to get some comments from Jey and Sami leaves.

Jackie asks Jey about THE Judgment Day and what happened last week.  Jey says Sami is going to handle business tonight, Cody Rhodes will handle business at Crown Jewel.  Maybe they can get the tag titles back and he will see how Rhea feels.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Shayna Baszler says you are what you do.  She says she is going to rip, limb by limb four women who feel they are worthy competition.  They do not know how much damage I can dish out.

We see Candice LeRae in the back being checked out by the medical staff while other wrestlers stand around her.

We take a look at Drew McIntyre at the Performance Center, where he won at Wrestlemania in 2020.  He says the biggest moment of his career happened at a time no one wants to remember.  Was the sacrifice worth it?  He was the Chosen One.  He was fired and force to reinvent himself.  After 20 years of giving everything to this industry, he won the Royal Rumble.  He says he had the fans behind him.  There was going to be a stadium of fans chanting him name when he slays the beast.  Then, everything changed overnight.  He says he was pissed off that there would be no fans.  The pandemic shut the world down and the WWE moved on.

He beat Brock in this building.  The biggest moment of his career with no one to celebrate it.  He did what he has always done.  He did his job.  He defended the title against the best.  He needed to be a champion everyone was proud of.  When people came back, his moment passed.  He says he fought and clawed to get that chance back.  When WWE returned to the UK, he was going to give it all to Roman Reigns to win the title, but the Bloodline stopped him.  He will not forget the Bloodline.  At Crown Jewel, Drew says he can make it right.  He says this is everything for him and they both live for it.  Seth will break his back to keep his title.  Drew says he will break Seth's back to win the title.  No more Broken Dreams.

Seth was his first title defense in 2020.  At Crown Jewel, he will be his last.
