By Richard Trionfo on 2023-10-16 23:00:00

Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring.

We go to commercial.

We take a look back at last week when the match between Seth Rollins and Drew McIntyre for Crown Jewel was made official.

Seth welcomes everyone to Raw.  He says there was a hell of a season finale last week.  We found a new number one contender in Drew McIntyre.  Drew comes out here and challenges him to his face and he wants him at 100%.  Good guy?  Then he gets jumped by Damian Priest and Drew doesn't do a damn thing.  Seth says he is a little confused.  Dom comes out with the briefcase and then Drew is his white knight.  It got a little weirder later in the night.  He has some questions but only Drew can answer them.  Seth invites Drew to the ring.

Drew's music plays and he makes his way to the ring.

Drew asks if this is the part where he talks about having Seth at 100% doesn't mean standing in the center of the ring to get jumped.  Drew says he is going to have to babysit Seth.

Seth says he can handle his business on his own.  He asks Drew if he is handling his business on his own or if he is getting some help.

Drew asks Seth to elaborate on what he is asking.

Seth shows footage of Drew talking to Rhea Ripley in the background of Adam Pearce and Ricochet talking in the back.  He asks Drew to elaborate if he wants.

Drew says Rhea came to him.  What they talked about is none of his business.  He says that Seth needs to worry about Drew trying to take the title from him.

Seth says no one is taking this title off him, especially not Drew.  Seth says the last few years have gotten to your head.  You had some big matches over the last few years and you failed.  Now you are asking for some side help from THE Judgment Day.  Seth tells Drew he doesn't want to go there.

Drew says Seth feels a little rattled and he reminds Seth the last time they met for the title, he beat Seth.  Drew says if you look at the tape of the last few times he wrestled for the title, there was interference from the Bloodline.

Seth tells Drew to stop talking about the Bloodline because they have moved on so Drew needs to get over it.

Drew says Seth likes being champion because people scream your name and sing your song?  Drew says he has a catchy theme song but he doesn't have to bring it back.  He had a dream and he beat Brock for the title in five minutes.  Drew says someone had to step up during the pandemic and he did it.  He had another chance in the UK but the Bloodline screwed him over.  The third time, you need to think about it when he wins the title from Seth.

Seth tells Drew that nobody understands what he is going through more than him.  It is hard to get back to the top of the mountain.  Seth says it took four years for him to get back to the top of the mountain.  Seth says he is hearing a bunch of excuses.  You are pointing fingers and making excuses.  That will not get you where you want to go.  Seth says he will beat Drew and it will be the best thing for him because it will be the first time that Drew only has himself to blame.

Seth drops the mic and leaves the ring.

We take a look at Bronson Reed.  He says he got where he is because of fear.  Someone disrespects him, they get hurt.  Someone challenges him, they get destroyed.  He will show the ramifications of your actions.
