Finn Balor tells Damian Priest that he shouldn't cash in tonight.  Priest says tonight is the night.  He isn't going home empty handed.  Rhea tells Priest he said he didn't want to rush it.  She tells him tonight is not the night and she asks for the briefcase.

Match Number Five:  Last Man Standing Match for the World Championship: Seth Rollins versus Shinsuke Nakamura

Rollins misses a kick and Nakamura goes to the floor.  Rollins teases a suicide dive but Nakamura moves.  Nakamura gets in the ring and he tells Rollins to COME ON.  Rollins gets a kendo stick and Rollins misses.  Nakamura pulls Rollins to the floor and runs Seth into the apron and ringside barrier.  Nakamura goes for a suplex but Rollins blocks it and hits a suplex on the floor.  The referee starts his count.  Rollins pulls up the protective mats and tries for a power bomb but Nakamura escapes.  Rollins sends Nakamura into the ring steps.   Rollins picks up the ring steps and he hits Nakamura in the head with them.  Nakamura avoids the steps and avoids a Stomp on the ring steps.  Rollins with a rolling elbow.  Nakamura rolls into the ring and Seth looks under the ring for chairs and he throws them into the ring.  Seth throws a trash can into the ring and then he brings a table into the ring and pulls one out for the floor.  Nakamura with a kick and a running knee to Seth's head over the apron.  Nakamura with a knee drop off the apron to Rollins hanging over the edge of the apron.

Nakamura sends Rollins back into the ring.  Nakamura gets nunchuks and he hits Rollins in the leg with them.  Nakamura hits Rollins again with them and then he runs into a boot from Rollins.  Nakamura puts Rollins in the ropes and hits a sliding German suplex.  Nakamura with a knee off the turnbuckles and the referee starts his count.  Nakamura kicks Rollins in the back of the leg and he puts the trash can over Rollins.  Nakamura hits the trash can with the kendo stick.  Nakamura chokes Rollins with the nunchuks.  Nakamura with a knee drop.  Nakamura with a sleeper.  Rollins gets to the ropes and Naikamura goes for a reverse exploder but Rollins lands on his feet and hits a sling blade.  Rollins hits Nakamura with the kendo stick.  Rollins hits Nakamura in the head with the trash can.  Rollins goes for a suicide dive and hits it.  Rollins sends Nakamura back into the ring and he gets the kendo stick again.  Rollins hits Nakamura in the midsection and hits a boot to the head.  Rollins goes up top and hits a frog splash.  The referee starts his count.

Rollins has the kendo stick again and he misses.  Nakamura chokes Rollins with the kendo stick and hits a lungblower.  Nakamura with a kick to Rollins.  Nakamura sets up the table in the corner.  Nakamura with a rear naked choke and he goes for a reverse exploder and hits it.  Rollins rolls to the table in the corner nd Nakamura goes for a running knee but Rollins moves and Nakamura hits the table.  Rollins with a Stomp and the referee starts his count.  Nakamura gets back to his feet and Rollins clotheslines Nakamura over the top rope to the floor.  Rollins adjusts the announce table while the referee makes his count.  Nakamura gets back to his feet.  Rollins pulls out a ladder and hits Nakamura in the head with the top of the ladder.   Rollins sets up a ladder next to the announce table.  Rollins punches Nakamura and puts him on the announce table.  Rollins goes up top and sets for a Stomp but Nakamura gets to his feet.  Rollins with a forearm against the ringside barrier.  Rollins sends Nakamura into the apron and ringside barrier.  Rollins sends Nakamura over the ringside barrier into the crowd.

Rollins with a forearm and then he hits Nakamura iwth a chair.  Rollins gets Nakamura on his shoulders but Nakamura sends Rollins into the railing.  Nakamura sends Rollins into a storage case.  Nakamura with forearms as they go up the aisle.  Rollins with punches.  Rollins bites Nakamura.  Nakamura with a low blow and he kicks Rollins off the stairs onto the floor.  The referee starts his count.  Rollins beats the count but Nakamura has a chair and he hits Rollins in the back with it.  Nakamura hits Rollins in the back another time with the chair.   Nakamura with a kick to the chest and he hits Rollins with the chair again.  Nakamura swings and misses with a chair and hits the ring post.  Rollins sets for a Pedigree on the exposed floor but Nakamura counters with a back body drop onto the concrete.   Nakamura with a forearm to the back and he sends Rollins back into the ring.  Nakamura sets for Kinshasa and Rollins with a super kick.  Rollins with a Pedigree and the referee starts his count on both men.  

Rollins goes to the floor and Nakamura gets up at nine.  Both men are on the floor and Seth tries to get the table back into the ring.  Rollins sets up the table on the floor.  Nakamura runs Rollins into the apron.  Nakamura with forearms and knees.  Nakamura puts Rollins on the table and then Nakamura goes to the apron and turnbuckles.  Nakamura with a double knee drop to the midsection through the table.  Nakamura gets back to his feet and Rollins beats the count to get back to his feet.  Nakamura hits Rollins in the back with a chair many times.  Rollins uses the ringside barrier to get to his feet.  Rollins sends Nakamura into the ring post.  Rollins looks at the ladder he set up earlier.  Rollins puts Nakamura's head on the announce table while Seth climbs.  Nakamura gets to his feet and climbs the ladder.  Rollins sets for a suplex off the ladder through the table but Nakamura blocks it and spits mist in Seth's eyes and then pushes Seth through the table.

The referee starts his count.  Rollins beats the count and Nakamura climbs down the ladder.  Nakamura sends Rollins into the ladder.  They return to the ring.  Nakamura gets Rollins up for a back breaker onto the chair.  Nakamura sets for Kinshasa and sends Rollins through the table.  Rollins rolls to the floor to break the count.  Rollins falls to the floor and Nakamura kicks Rollins in the back.  Nakamura sends Rollins over the ringside barrier into the time keeper's area.  Nakamura with a knee to the midsection as they fight to a a ramp.  Nakamura gets Rollins on his shoulders and puts Seth on a platform.  Nakamura kicks Rollins in the head.  Nakamura with kicks to Seth.  Nakamura gets Seth on his shoulders but Rollins with elbows and a Pedigree onto the platform.  Rollins with a Stomp onto the platform.  The referee starts his count.  Both men beat the count and Rollins with a Falcon Arrow off the platform through tables.

The referee starts his count.  Nakamura falls before he can get to his feet while Rollins beats the count.

Winner:  Seth Rollins (retains championship)
