Seth welcomes everyone to Raw. Seth says he is a manipulator, a deceiver, and a liar. He says he is everything that Nakamura claims that he is. Seth says he is also a father. He says he is a fighter. He says he is your World Champion. Seth says he wants to be honest with everyone. For a while, he didn't know who he was so he tried out different things. In the Authority, he was around people who would lie to his face. Seth says he went to be what everyone wanted him to be and that didn't work. Seth says he became a Messiah and that didn't work. Then he thought he figured out what he needed to be . . . himself. Seth says that is why you love him. Not because he is a good guy or a bad guy, but because he is Seth Rollins. That is why you sing his song.
Seth says that is why he can go home and look in the mirror or look in the eyes of his daughter and feel proud of his past. You didn't come to see him talk and Seth says he didn't come here to talk. Seth says he came here to fight. Management wants him to slow down and not burn himself out. Seth says he is not built that way bay bay. He says he is a workhorse.
Last week, he challenged Shinsuke Nakamura to a title match and Nakamura said no. Seth cackles and says that Nakamura said he wants to do it on his own time. While Nakamura walked out of Payback while Seth didn't that match took more out of Nakamura. You want this title, then come out. There is no better time than now and no better place than Norfolk. He tells Nakamura to come out.
Shinsuke Nakamura's music plays and nobody comes out.
Seth looks around.
Nakamura attacks Ricochet in the back. Nakamura tells Seth he would fight Seth but he thought Seth wasn't medically cleared to he packed already. Nakamura says he will take Seth's title, but not tonight. Nakamura continues his attack on Ricochet.
Jey Uso walks in the back and Finn Balor stops him and says he came in peace. Finn says they are both professionals and what happens in the ring, stays in the ring. He says what he did with Kevin was nice. It doesn't look like Drew is fan. Finn says that he is a fan and so are Damian, Dom, and Rhea. Finn says the doors to THE Judgment Day are always open.
Match Number Five: Chad Gable, Otis, and Tommaso Ciampa (with Maxxine Dupri) versus Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci
Vinci and Ciampa start things off and they lock up. Vinci backs Ciampa into the ropes and he grabs the leg but Vinci breaks. Ciampa with a side head lock and take down. Vinci with forearms and a knee. Vinci with an uppercut and he pie faces Ciampa. Ciampa escapes a slam attempt and hits a Thesz Press and punches. Ciampa with a rolling elbow and he chops Vinci before tagging in Gable. Gable with a wrist lock and Kaiser tags in and punches Chad. Kaiser blocks a boot in the corner and connects with a punch. Kaiser with an arm bar and wrist lock. Chad with an escape and drop toe hold. Chad with an arm bar. Vinci tags in and he connects with a head butt to the midsection. Vinci with a wrist lock and forearm. Gable with a kick and Kaiser pulls down the ropes and Gable falls to the floor. Gunther with a kick to Gable on the floor. Gunther helps Chad back into the ring and Vinci with an uppercut. Kaiser tags in and he applies a front face lock. Gable with punches and Kaiser keeps Gable from making the tag. Gable with a take down and a dead lift German suplex attempt but Kaiser with an elbow and clothesline.
Gable is sent into the ring post and they hit a double drop kick and boot to the head from Gunther.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Gunther keeps Chad from making the tag and he chops Chad. Gunther knocks Otis off the apron. Gunther with another chop. Gunther with a chop. Gable with a judo throw and Vinci tags in. Ciampa tags in and connects with forearms and chops. Ciampa with a flying clothesline and a running clothesline into the corner. Ciampa with a knee to knock Gunther off the apron. Ciampa gets off Vinci's shoulders and hits a reverse DDT for a near fall. The knee pad comes down and Kaiser distracts Ciampa and Vinci with a clothesline. Kaiser tags in and stops Ciampa from making the tag to Otis. Ciampa with a snap mare and Otis tags in. Otis with clotheslines and a back elbow. Otis with a slam and a splash into the corner. Kaiser falls to the mat and the shirt comes off for the caterpillar and elbow drop. Otis gets Kaiser on his shoulders but Kaiser gets to his feet. Otis misses a shoulder and hits the ring post. Gunther tags in and Gable tags in.
Chad with slaps to Gunther and he tries for a dead lift German suplex but Gunther blocks it and hits a German suplex of his own. Gunther knocks Ciampa off the apron. Gable rolls through on a power bomb attempt and Gable with an ankle lock. Vinci tags in and hits a springboard cross body but Gable with an ankle lock. Vinci misses a clothesline and Gable with Chaos Theory but Gunther breaks up the cover. Gunther sets for a power bomb on Gable but Ciampa with a knee to Gunther. Kaiser punches Ciampa. Otis with a clothesline to Kaiser. Gunther kicks Otis. Vinci with a rollup on Gable for a near fall. Ciampa stops Gunther from breaking up the ankle lock on Vinci and Vinci taps out.
Winners: Tommaso Ciampa, Otis, and Chad Gable
THE Judgment Day have a meeting and Priest says the more that Jey feels isolated, the more he needs THE Judgment Day. Rhea says eventually they come around to THE Judgment Day. Dom says he wishes he could be out there. Rhea says she wishes he was out there too but they will take care of the Jey business while she defends her title.
We take a look back at what happened when Seth Rollins challenged Shinsuke Nakamura.
Next week, Ricochet faces Shinsuke Nakamura.
Tiffany Stratton is in Adam Pearce's office and she wants to know where is Becky Lynch. She demands respect.
Becky Lynch shows up and Adam has the contract for their match tomorrow night.
Tiffany says she has been nothing but respectful to Becky. She says she might have let her emotions get the best of her. Tiffany wants to know why is Becky coming after her and the title.
Becky says she wasn't focusing on her but you come on her show to get some publicity for your dead title. Becky says Tiffany is athletic as an Olympian and dumb as a box of rocks. You could be great but you only care about being famous. She says she will make Tiffany famous when she takes Tiffany's title.
Tiffany says she does not need Becky to make her famous. If you want to stick your head in her business, Tiffany says she has not problem beating Becky.
They sign the contract.
Match Number Six: Raquel Rodriguez versus Rhea Ripley for the Women's World Championship
Raquel with a clothesline and she goes for a power bomb but Rhea goes for a sunset flip and Raquel does not go over. Raquel runs Rhea into the corner and connects with shoulders. Rhea with a kick to the midsection and Raquel blocks an Irish whip. Raquel with an Irish whip and power slam for a near fall. Raquel with a waist lock and Rhea with elbows to get out of the hold. Rhea misses a clothesline and Raquel with a bear hug. Rhea pulls the hair but Raquel runs Rhea into the turnbuckles. Rhea with a body scissors in the ropes and a head butt. Rhea goes up top and hits a missile drop kick. Raquel goes to the apron and Rhea goes to the floor and hits a cannonball off the ring steps. Rhea sends Raquel back into the ring and hits a running knee to the head for a near fall. Rhea with punches to Raquel. Rhea with a head butt and she kicks Raquel in the back and in the ribs. Rhea slaps Raquel and chops her in the back. Raquel pushes Rhea away but Rhea with a drop kick.
Raquel sends Rhea over the top rope to the floor and Rhea hits the apron face first. Raquel with a running boot that sends Rhea into the ringside barrier.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Rhea with kicks to Raquel and she works on the leg and applies an Indian Death Lock. Rhea works on the knee with punches to add more pressure. Rhea with chops and Raquel slams Rhea's head into the mat to get out of the hold. Raquel misses a boot into the corner and her leg is caught on the top rope. Rhea gets Raquel on her shoulders and hot shots Raquel. Rhea with a head scissors in the ropes and the referee warns Rhea as he makes the count. Rhea with another head scissors in the ropes but Raquel gets to her feet and Raquel hot shots Rhea onto the turnbuckles. Raquel with punches to Rhea followed by a running forearm. Rhea with a forearm to Raquel. Raquel misses a clothesline and both women with running boots at the same time and both go down. Rhea with punches and Raquel punches back.
They exchange chops until Rhea connects with a kick. Rhea with a back heel kick and a Northern Lights suplex for a near fall. Rhea with forearms to the back and she connects with a forearm to the back of the head. Rhea sets for RipTide but Raquel with elbows. Raquel grabs the hair to stop RipTide and Raquel with a knee and snake eyes followed by a back body drop. Raquel with a boot to the head for a near fall. Raquel steps onto Rhea and goes for the twisting Vader Bomb Elbow but Rhea gets her feet up. Rhea goes up top for a frog splash and hits it for a near fall. Rhea looks around and then hits a baseball slide that knocks Raquel off the apron to the floor. Rhea goes for a cannonball off the apron but Raquel catches Rhea and swings Rhea into the announce table. Raquel with a Tajana Bomb onto the apron.
Nia Jax with a Samoan drop to Raquel while the referee deals with Rhea.
Rhea with a knee to the head and RipTide for the three count.
Winner: Rhea Ripley (retains championship)
After the match, Nia Jax gets in the ring and Rhea is shocked to see her.
Nia with a head butt and she puts Rhea's head on the bottom rope and she hits a guillotine leg drop to Rhea. Nia goes to the turnbuckles for a Bonsai Drop.
