WWE NXT REPORT: THE GLOBAL INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT BEGINS, NUMBER ONE CONTENDER, DO THE CREEDS GET TO STAY?, AND MORE

We take a look back at Heatwave.

Match Number One:  Julius Creed and Brutus Creed versus Rip Fowler and Jagger Reid (with Ava, Joe Gacy, and the Schismators) in an If the Creeds Win They Are Back in NXT Cage Match

A masked man attacks Brutus before he enters the cage and then Joe closes the door to keep Julius with Rip and Jagger.  The mass of Schismatter take Brutus to the back.

Julius with punches and elbows to Jagger and Rip but Rip with punches and Jagger joins in.  Julius with more punches but Rip holds Julius.  Julius kicks Jagger and elbows Rip.  Julius with overhead belly-to-belly suplexes to Jagger and Rip.  Jagger and Rip go for a double suplex but Julius counters with a double suplex of his own.  Julius with a forearm to Rip and he runs Jagger's head against the steel cage.  Rip and Jagger with a double clothesline.  Rip and Jagger kick Julius.  Jagger punches Julius.  Rip and Jagger with a catapult but Julius lands on his feet.  Julius with a double clothesline.  Julius with a stretch muffler to Jagger followed by an ankle lock on Rip.  Julius power bombs Jagger onto Rip.  Rip gets to the ropes but there are no rope breaks in a cage match.  Jagger tries to put Julius' head into the cage but he fights him and Rip off.

Jagger and Rip with a double hot shot into the cage.  Rip with a forearm and they put his face against the cage for Joe to tell him about the positive features of The Schism.  Jagger kicks Julius.  Julius with punches to Rip but Jagger punches Julius and Rip follows with punches of his own.  Rip blocks a German suplex on Jagger and then Rip punches Julius and he falls to the mat.  Julius is sent into the cage.  Rip with a boot to the head.  Rip with a belly-to-back suplex and a forearm.  Rip and Jagger Irish whip Julius and they follow with elbows and a drop kick from Jagger for a near fall.  Rip with forearms and they all go to the apron.  Julius with elbows but Rip kicks Julius and then Jagger and Rip send Julius into the cage.  

We see masked men flying to the ground from the entrance and Brutus is back.  Brutus with body blocks to many of the masked men.  Brutus sends some into the cage and throw them away.  Joe holds the key and Brutus gingerly chases Joe around the cage and clotheslines Shismators.  Brutus knocks ten down with a body block.  

Brutus rips the cage door off and he presses it over his head and brings it into the cage.  Brutus punches Jagger and Rip.  Brutus with an exploder to Jagger and a suplex to Rip.  Brutus grabs the door and he runs it into Jagger against the cage and then does the same to Rip.  Brutus spins around with the door over his head.  Brutus with forearms to Jagger and Rip grabs him.  Rip with a German suplex but Brutus lands on his feet.  Brutus press slams Rip into the cage.  

Brutus says something to his brother and they send Jagger into the cage a few times.  Julius and Brutus send Jagger into the cage against Rip.  Julius gets Jagger on his shoulders but Rip makes the save and sends Julius into Brutus to crotch him.  Julius is sent into the cage.  Jagger with a running drop kick off Rip's back to Brutus against the cage.  Jagger punches Brutus.  Rip and Jagger try to drop the door onto Brutus but Brutus stops them and Julius comes over to help his brother.  They put the door on Rip and Jagger.

Julius gets Rip and Jagger on his shoulders and Brutus with a cannonball to both of them.  Brutus and Julius with clotheslines for the three count.

Winners:  Julius Creed and Brutus Creed

After the match, Ivy comes into the cage to celebrate with the Creeds.

We go to Roxanne Perez.  She says a few months ago she would have said that she respects Gigi, Kiana, and Blair.  If she said that now, it would be a damn lie.  She says she does not care if she has to walk over three bodies to get the NXT Women's Championship.  She was called the prodigy for a reason.  She says she wants it now.  This is the first step to get back what she never lost in the first place.

Vic and Booker are in the aisle to talk about the Global Heritage Invitational and we see the eight participants.

We are back with Tony and Channing.  Carmelo shows up and they put their titles down on a table together.  Tony says all that matters is championship gold.

The Street Profits show up to join the party.  Montez says they love what he is doing with the NXT title.

Hayes says he appreciates the love and he says he needs to erase that asterisk.

Tony says that he heard the Street Profits ran things around here.

Ford says the next time they are in the neighborhood, they will see what's happening.

In the background, Dana Brooke, Kelani Jordan, Lola Vice, and Elektra Lopez brawl.

We see The Spice Four in the Toxic Attraction Lounge

Match Number Two:  Charlie Dempsey (with Drew Gulak and Damon Kemp) versus Butch in a Group A Round Robin Match in the Global Heritage Invitational Match

Butch with a snap mare.  Charlie with an arm bar and they go to a wrist lock.  Butch with a head butt and Charlie with a wrist lock suplex for a near fall.  Dempsey with an arm bar.  Butch with a hammer lock and he goes for the hand.  Charlie reverses and he works on the hand and he bridges before stomping on the elbow.  Charlie with a side head lock and Butch with a clothesline.  Butch pulls at the fingers.  Butch with forearms and a boot to the chest.  Butch with chops and Charlie slaps Butch.  They go back and forth with forearms and European uppercuts.  Butch with an enzuigiri and a stomp on the hands.  Charlie with a German suplex for a near fall.  Butch goes for a wrist lock and he applies a kimura and body scissors.  Charlie with a butterfly suplex and bridge for a near fall.  Charlie with a reverse Muta Lock and Butch grabs the hand and stomps on the hand.

Butch with a kick to the back and then he goes up top.  Charlie stops Butch and sets for a Regal superplex but he turns it into a Dragon Superplex but Butch lands on his feet.  Butch pulls at the fingers and Butch with Bitter End for the three count.

Winner:  Butch (2 Points)

Ilja Dragunov walks in the back as we go to commercial.

We are back and McKenzie is with Dragon Lee.  She mentions his pinfall over Dom and if that means that he is back in the title picture.

Lee says that he is back in the hunt and Lyra was a great partner.

Mustafa Ali shows up and he says that Dom beat Lee already in a one on one match and he never got his chance in a one on one match.  He is sick of seeing that outsider with the title.  Ali says they can agree that Lee stepped up to the plate and struck out so Ali is up to bat now.

Ilja Dragunov is in the ring.

He says he stood in the ring with a man who desperately tried to prove himself.  Trick Williams impressed him.  He says Trick is not a mere entertainer, you stood your ground in this ring and deserves everyone's respect.  Nothing stands in his way to his ultimate destiny, the NXT Championship.  Everyone has seen what happens when the dragon spreads his wings.  This is a message to you Carmelo.  We will . . . 

Noam Dar appears in the Toxic Lounge and he says it is time for a Supernova Sessions Live.

Ilja says he would love to put the attention on Noam.

Noam says he gets to sit back and relax until No Mercy to see which of the dafties get to lose to him at No Mercy.  You are out here begging and pleading for a match against Carmelo Hayes.  That is pathetic.  

Ilja says he is happy that Noam and his friends can enjoy the best things in life.  He says Noam is a lucky man.  Every time something or someone gets his hands on that Heritage Cup . . . 

Noam says there is no luck involved. 

Oro says something to Ilja in German and Ilja wants to know one reason he shouldn't go up there.

Lash says that Noam is not afraid of anyone.

Oro wants to know where is Ilja's title.

Noam says Ilja has lots of excuses.

Ilja takes off his jacket and he makes his way towards the Lounge.  

Noam tells Ilja not to come up and he says it is time to make it official.  Next week, we can have a battle.  The Mad Dragon in one corner . . . 

Oro says he will be in the other.  He says Ilja does not belong in the same ring as Noam.

Ilja says something to Oro in German and he says he will break Oro.

Oro and Ilja exchange forearms until Ilja hits an enzuigiri and he sets for Torpedo Moscow but Oro gets out of the ring.

Von Wagner tells Bron he calls himself the bad ass, but you are more like the Blind Side Bron Breakker.  You are pissed off because I tabled your ass.  Next week, don't worry about blindsiding him and Von says he will bring the furniture because it will be No Disqualification.

Match Number Three:  Elektra Lopez and Lola Vice versus Dana Brooke and Kelani Jordan

Jordan with a drop kick to Lopez and an arm drag.  Lola tags in and Jordan with a drop toe hold and side head lock.  Elektra helps block an arm drag.  Lola with a take down and Elektra tags in.  They hit a double clothesline for a near fall.  Lopez with an Irish whip and she gets Jordan up but Jordan with a sunset flip for a near fall.  Lopez with a double thrust to the throat and a running back elbow into the corner.  Lopez with a kick and elbow drop for a near fall.  Lola tags in and hits a spinning back fist for a near fall.  Lola with knees to the midsection.  Jordan with a rollup for a near fall.  Jordan with a heel kick and both women are down.  Dana and Lopez tag in and Dana sends Lopez into the turnbuckles.  Dana with forearms.

Dana with elbows in the corner followed by short arm clotheslines.  Dana sends Lola into Lopez in the corner and Dana with a handspring back elbow into the corner.  Dana with a bulldog out of a wheelbarrow for a near fall.  Dana back flips Jordan onto Lopez for a near fall and Lola breaks up the cover.  Lola sends Dana into the ring steps and Lopez with a forearm to Lopez.  Lola with a spinning back heel kick and Lopez with a spinebuster.  Lola gets the three count.

Winners:  Lola Vice and Elektra Lopez

Eddy Thorpe walks in the back.

Dijak walks in the back as well.

We go to commercial.
