AEW Trios Title: House of Black vs. The Acclaimed & Billy Gunn

The wild card stipulation is no holds barred. I'll do my absolute best here folks. Bowens guillotines Matthews but Buddy immediately hits a dive on the Acclaimed. Billy and Brodie King slug it out. Julia Hart interferes and gets taken down and scissired me timbered by the Acclaimed.  

Mercedes Mone is shown. King and Black stomp away on Bowens.  King misses a charge on the floor to Billy,  Billy nails King with a chair. Billy gets back in the ring and takes out Black and Buddy. Clothesline by Billy for 2.  Bowens with a Uranage, King with a lariat to Gunn. Bowens rains elbows on Matthews. Bowens misses a charge. House of Black with a triple headed monster to Bowens. King is bleeding, might be hardway. King accidentally nails Black with a chain. The Acclaimed and Gunn with a trio of famousers. Julia pulls the ref out.

Black hits the End for 2 on Billy Gunn. The Acclaimed try to put away King but can't. Billy with a Famouser. Mic Drop by Caster on King for the pin.

WINNERS AND NEW AEW TRIOS CHAMPIONS THE ACCLAIMED & BILLY GUNN

Surprisingly, The House of Black adhere to the Code of Honor. The Acclaimed with a scissor party.

AEW World Title: MJF vs. Adam Cole

Staredown, they both leave the ring and don their Better Thank You Bay Bay shirts. Headlock takeover by Cole, headscissors by Cole. They break and get to their feet. Code of Honor adhered to. Headlock by Cole but MJF escapes and Fargo struts.  MJF gets a Sprts-Man-Ship chant. Eye poke by MJF. Cole with a slap and a clothesline into an enziguiri for a 2 count

MJF goes for a charge and Cole pulls the ref in front him him. MJF wonders what's going on and Cole sends MJF into the middle buckle. Cole with a facedrop and MJF kip ups and clotheslines Cole to the floor. Cole come back and nails a quick superkick to the floor. Cole tears the shirt off of MJF. Eye gouge by Cole. London does not like Cole's tactics. Clothesline by MJF and MJF sends the challenfer into the buckles 10 times. MJF punches and bites Cole. Cole gets sent to the floor. MJF hits a tope. MJF scores a 2 count.

Back elbow by MJF. Sunset flip for 2. They trade rollups for 2's.  Powerbomb by MJF against the knee for 2.  Superkick by Cole as MJF tried the Panama sunrise. Heatseeker by Cole for 2.  MJF made the ropes. Outside the ring, Cole sends MJF into the steps. Cole with a brain buster on the steps. MJF barely beats the count. He then rolls out to collect himself. Legsweep by MJF. MJF dismantles the announce table.  MJF can't bring himself to piledrive Cole on the table. Cole slams MJF into the table and it's Cole who connects with a  piledriver. Cole rolls the champion in and scores a 2 count.

Cole rains elbows on the champion. Desperation Destoyer and a superkick by MJF. Ironically, they hit each other with clotheslines and land on top of each other, The ref counts the pin.

OFFICIAL RESULT: DRAW

Cole demands 5 more minutes. MJF says no, they're going to sudden death.

The match resumes. Ref immediately gets decked.  MJF grabs a chair and gives it to Cole. They keep giving it back to each other and they both pretend to be out from chair shots. Rollup by MJF for 2. Heat seeker for 2 by MJF.  Action spills to the apron. Straight jacker German by Cole. Panama Sunrise on the floor by Cole. Cole scores a 2 back in the ring. MJF throws the ref in front of Cole and Cole nails him with the Sunrise.

MJF grabs the Dynamite Diamond Ring and puts it back in his trunks. Roderick Strong comes in and nails a low blow.  Cole with Panama Sunrise and a Boom! No ref to make the call. Ref wakes and we get a very slow 2 count.

Cole refuses to nail MJF with the belt. MJF with a cradle for the pin

WINNER AND STILL AEW WORLD CHAMPION MJF

MJF consoles his friend and convinces him that the people love him. Cole throws away his ROH title belt. MJF yells that Cole's friendship was fake.  He turns his back on Cole and invites him to hit him. Cole refuses and they hug it out.
