Byron asks Cody about the end of Raw.

Cody asks what is wrong with JD McDonagh and calls him a Funko Pop.  Cody says this isn't working so he wants to go on a walk.

Cody makes his way to the stage with Byron.

Cody asks Quebec what do they want to talk about, in French.

Byron asks Cody what would he like to talk about.

Cody says hello and welcome to Wade and Cole.  He says everyone has seen the clip.  What does THE Judgment Day have on their side?  The numbers.  If there was one place on the map where the numbers didn't matter, it would be down the road from where Kevin and Sami grew up.  He says he wants THE Judgment Day to hear the crowd and know that they will be in Sami and Kevin's corner.  Cody says there is no love lost between him and THE Judgment Day so he will be watching.  Tonight is all about Kevin and Sami.  We will all see THE Judgment Day rise . . . and fall.

We go to Shinsuke Nakamura.  He says everyone asked him what did he whisper to Seth to fill him with fear.  Seth acts like he has it all.  He is prosperous, charismatic, and a champion.  Nakamura says he knows Seth's weakness.  He says he told Seth he knows about his back.  He says that Seth lives in pain and it creates a void.  When he hugs his wife, he is in pain.  When he picks up his child, he is in pain.  He is a champion but every day, he is filled with pain.  Now his worst fears are coming true.  There is someone who can take it from him.  They are not very different.  Nakamura says he has a void too.  They live by a code.  That code is on his back and it is failing.  Seth fails to live by that code.  His body has crumbled under the pressure of his own vanity.  He asks Seth if he is satisfied.  I will not be satisfied until I break you once and for all.  Nakamura tells Seth to watch his back.

Raquel gets on the mic and she tells Rhea not to go anywhere.  She says she is now medically cleared for action.  Raquel says she spoke to Adam Pearce and it will be her versus Rhea at Payback.  She says she will take the title from Rhea.

We take a look at the latest between The MIz and LA Knight.

Tommaso Ciampa says it has been nine weeks since he returned to Raw.  He is the man who laid in the ring two weeks ago when Chad Gable celebrated with his son.  Ciampa says he wanted that shot at the title.  He is the man who Nakamura defeated and now he is competing for the World Title.  He didn't come back to become that close.  He came back to be THE guy.  He says he will be the change he wanted.  He will do it himself.

Miz has a mic.  He says Maryse would never come to Quebec City since she is from Montreal.  Miz says on Friday night, LA Knight lost an opportunity for a US title match and everyone is blaming him.  On the big show there is no room for excuses.  Things happen.  Champions know that.  Rock messed with his match against John Cena but he still won the match.  He says he is not a trend.  He evolves.  In twenty years, you will remember me as a trend setter and a Wrestlemania main eventer.  Twenty years from now, you will remember LA Knight as a blip on the radar, a human fidget spinner.  LA Knight is not on his level.  Miz says he was allowed to hand pick his opponent and it is someone quicker and more dominant than anyone Knight has faced.

Miz gives Tozawa a mic and Miz brings up that Tozawa is a former 24/7 champion and that title would be perfect for Knight.  Miz asks Tozawa if this is the biggest match of his career.  Tozawa says YEAH.  Miz starts another question and Tozawa says YEAH.  Miz says he does not like Tozawa saying that word.  We get a REALLY and YEAH off.  Miz asks Tozawa if he thinks being given the opportunity of a lifetime is funny.

Miz kicks Tozawa.

Match Number Four:  MIz versus Akira Tozawa

LA Knight's music plays as the match starts and Miz turns his attention to the entrance and Tozawa drop kicks Miz to the floor.

We go to commercial.

We are back and Miz with an Awesome Clothesline and a double sledge off the turnbuckles.  Miz with kicks to the chest followed by a round kick for a near fall.  Miz misses a round kick and Tozawa with some kicks.  Tozawa with a head scissors take down and a Shining Wizard.  Tozawa goes up top and Miz kicks Tozawa off the turnbuckles.  Miz with a drop kick through the ropes.

Knight and Miz exchange words and Tozawa is sent into the announce table and Tozawa with a head scissors to send Miz into the ring steps.  Tozawa with a kick to the back and Tozawa goes up top.  Tozawa with a back senton but Miz gets his knees up.  Miz looks at Knight as he sets for the Skull Crushing Finale.  Tozawa with a rollup for the three count.

Winner:  Akira Tozawa

After the match, Miz argues with the referee and Knight hits Blunt Force Trauma.

Matt and Drew are in the back and Drew tells Riddle he needs to listen to him.  Drew says he has dealt with enough drama.  He says this isn't going to work out.

The New Day show up and say that Matt and Drew have a good thing going.  They tell Drew and Matt they have potential.

Woods says they have the Vikings next week and they can have a rematch after that.

Riddle wants to team one more time and Drew walks away.

Becky Lynch makes her way to the ring.
