COMPLETE WWE SUMMERSLAM PPV REPORT: 4 MAIN EVENTS, A CASH IN, A BETRAYAL, WAS IT LA'S (K)NIGHT?, AND MORE

We see fans in Philadelphia at a SummerSlam watch party.

Match Number Three:  SummerSlam Battle Royal

The match starts and MVP appears and he introduces the man who will win the match, Omos.

While Omos makes his way to the ring, the participants realize the match has started so they pair off.  Grimes chops Sheamus while Sheamus connects with forearms.  Omos gets to the ring and he enters the ring.  Omos tosses Crews over the top to eliminate him.  Omos press slams JD to the floor onto Crews.  Omos with a forearm to Boogs and he sends Boogs over the top rope to the floor.  Butch gets on Omos' back and Ridge, Otis, and many others grab Omos.  Sheamus Ridge and Butch with forearms from the apron.  Omos with a forearm to Ridge and a clothesline to Sheamus on the apron but Omos does not try to eliminate Sheamus down on the apron.  Otis iwth a spinebuster to Riddle.  Butch pulls at Omos' fingers.  Otis is eliminated by Kaiser and Vinci.  Gable with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex to eliminate Vinci.  Gable iwth a suplex to Erik.  Kaiser with a knee to Gable.  Theory with shoulders to Santos in the corner.

Ivar is eliminated by Ciampa and Ciampa with a knee to eliminate Erik.  Nakamura is back dropped onto the apron but Ciampa.  Ciampa with Willow's Bell and Nakamura falls to the floor.  Reed runs Ciampa into the turnbuckles and then dumps him over the top rope to the floor.  Ridge lands on the apron but Theory punches him to the floor.  Grimes with a kick to Theory but Theory with A Town Down on the ropes to eliminate him.  Santos clotheslines Theory over the top rope to eliminate him.  Kross sends Escobar to the apron and Kross with a boot to stop him.  Kaiser punches Gable and Kaiser sends Gable to the apron but Gable holds on and eliminates Kaiser with a head scissors.

Riddle and Butch punch Omos.  Omos picks up both men and drops them to the floor.  Omos with a shoulder to Miz and a splash to AJ.  Omos choke slams Gable.  Omos with a back elbow to Kross.  Omos gets Waller up and he slams Waller.  Knight punches Omos and clotheslines him but it has no effect.  Knight with a forearm but Omos with a boot to Knight.  Everyone gets shots in on Omos to stagger him and Sheamus with a Brogue Kick.  AJ with a Phenomenal Forearm to Omos and everyone eliminates Omos.  Gable with an ankle lock to Waller and Waller falls to the floor through the bottom rop.  Waller and Miz with a combination slingshot rolling cutter and Skull Crushing Finale to Gable.  Gable skins the cat and Waller and Miz think they eliminated Gable.  Knight holds on to the ropes and gets back in and eliminates Miz.

Sheamus with a knee to Waller and a clothesline to eliminate him.  Knight and Sheamus have some words while Kross, Gable,AJ, and Reed are also in the match.  Kross goes to the apron and AJ eliminates him with a Pele Kick.  Gable tries for a German suplex on Reed and Reed iwth an elbow.  Reed with a back drop to eliminate Gable.  Knight goes after Reed.  Reed gets KNight up and puts him on the apron.  Knight with a front face lock and he eliminates Reed like a former Rumble winner did to Big Show.  Sheamus with an Irish Curse to AJ and a tilt-a-whirl power slam to Knight.  AJ avoids a Brogue Kick and hits a clothesline.  Knigth sends AJ to teh apron and he connects with a forearm.  Kross grabs AJ by the leg and Sheamus eliminates AJ with a Brogue Kick.

We are down to the final two and it is Sheamus and LA Knight.  

Knight with a slam and the YEAHple's Elbow.  Knight with a kick and he tries for BFT but Sheamus escapes and connects with a knee.  Sheamus goes for the Celtic Cross but Knight gets to his feet.  Sheamus is sent to the apron and he drops Knight on the top rope.  Knight leaps up and hits a super belly-to-belly suplex.  Knight clotheslines Sheamus over the top rope to eliminate him.

Winner:  LA Knight

Match Number Four:  MMA Rules Match: Shayna Baszler versus Ronda Rousey

Ronda with punches but Shayna with a knee.  Ronda with a knee and Shayna with a punch.  Ronda with a judo throw and she punches Shayna.  Ronda with a take down and punches to the lower back.  Shayna takes Ronda down and applies a front face lock.  Ronda with a take down.  Ronda with punches to the midsection and she goes for a cross arm breaker but Shayna blocks it.  Shayna with kicks to the leg.  Ronda blocks a kick and she punches Shayna.  Shayna with a round kick and Ronda goes to the floor.  Shayna with a double leg take down and she goes for a knee bar and heel hook.  Ronda with punches to the leg.  Shayna and Ronda with punches to each other.

Ronda pushes Shayna down.  Ronda with a jumping knee to the head.  Ronda with knees and a forearm.  Ronda with a front face lock after countering a double leg take down.  Ronda with punches to the midsection and she applies an arm bar.  Shayna gets Ronda up and they both go over the top rope to the floor.  They get back into the ring and the referee tells Ronda to stay in the corner.  Shayna is checked otu by the medical staff.

Ronda throws the medical staff away and she tells Shayna to get up.  Shayna throws her mouthpiece at Ronda and they exchange punches.  Shayna with a German suplex and she applies the Kirifuta Clutch.  Ronda escapes and goes for an arm bar but Shayna blocks it.  Shayna with an ankle lock.  Ronda with a rear naked choke on Shayna.  Shayna with an escape.  Ronda misses a jumping knee and Shayna goes for the Kirifuta Clutch.  Ronda passes out and the referee calls for the bell.

Winner:  Shayna Baszler

Attendance is announced at 59,194.

Match Number Five:  Intercontinental Championship Match: Gunther versus Drew McIntyre

Gunther has some words for Drew before they lock up.  They lock up and Gunther with a side head lock.  Gunther with a shoulder tackle and Drew bounces off the ropes and takes Gunther down with a shoulder tackle.  Gunther with a kick to the midsection and a hip lock take down.  Gunther with a side head lock and Drew with a belly-to-back suplex.  Gunther goes to the floor and Drew sends Gunther into the ringside barrier and the apron.  They go back into the ring and Gunther with a kick and European uppercuts.  Drew with a Glasgow Kiss to Gunther and Gunther goes back to the floor.  Drew with a forearm to the back.  Drew with a head lock and Gunther sends Drew into the ring post.  Gunther with a belly-to-back suplex on the ring steps.  

Drew beats the count back into the ring.  Gunther with kicks to the back and the chest.  Drew and Gunther exchange punches and forearms.  Gunther with a chop and Drew goes to the mat.  Gunther with a butterfly suplex for a near fall.  Gunther with a short arm clothesline.  Gunther with another short arm clothesline but Drew stays on his feet.  Drew with a forearm.  They go back and forth with clotheslines but neither leave their feet.  Gunther takes Drew down with a clothesline and then Gunther hits a German suplex.  Drew gets up and hits a clothesline.  Gunther and Drew continue to exchange chops.  Drew with two overhead belly-to-belly suplexes. 

Gunther with a chop and Drew with a neck breaker.  Drew gets up and he sets for a Claymore but Gunther moves.  Gunther with a drop kick that sends Drew into the corner.  Drew escapes a power bomb and hits one of his own followed by a Future Shock for a near fall.  Drew counts down for the Claymore but Gunther rolls to the floor.  Drew with a flip dive onto Gunther and then they return to the ring.  Drew sets for the Claymore with the countdown but Gunther with a drop kick and power bomb for a near fall.  Gunther with a knee drop and he goes up top.  Gunther with a frog splash for a near fall.  Gunther with slaps to the back of the head and he pie faces Drew.

Drew blocks a chop and Drew chops Gunther.  They go back and forth.  Drew with the advantage but Gunther takes control.  Drew with a Claymore for a near fall.  Drew picks up Gunther and gets him on his shoulders and puts Gunther on the turnbuckles.  Drew with chops.  Drew sets for a power bomb off the turnbuckles but Gunther blocks it.  They exchange chops from the turnbuckles.  Gunther pushes Drew off onto the top rope and Gunther with a splash and chop followed by a power bomb for the three count.

Winner:  Gunther (retains championship)
