AEW World Championship: MJF vs. Jungle Boy Jack Perry vs. Sammy Guevara vs Darby Allin
CONGRATULATIONS Sammy Guevara and Tay Melo. They are having a baby!!!! Best wishes to the happy couple.
Jungle Boy applauds the happy couple. On the video screen Darby beats up a fake MJF at an Elvis chapel. Darby skates to the ring in an Elvis jump suit. I will do my absolute best to keep up with the final 2 matches of this show. MJF bails. Sammy and Perry go after him. He runs back in and all 3 challengers attack. Triple chops and Sammy kicks MJF from the ring. Darby eats a Sammy dropkick. All 3 challengers miss dropkicks. Perry with a double arm drag on Darby and Sammy. MJF clotheslines Perry. MJF feigns a tope and struts around the ring. Darby knocks MJF to the floor and he hits his lope. Perry then hits a trio of topes. Guevara with a shooting star to his opponents on the floor.
All 4 are down on the floor. Sammy recovers first. He sets up Perry in the tree of woe. He tries a superplex but Perry German suplexes Sammy into MJF. PErry with a lariat to MJF and a rana for 2 on Sammy. Stunner by Darby for 2 on MJF. Sammy sends Darby into the buckle and hits Perry with a kick. Sammy with a Spanish Fly on MJF and a tope to the others. Frog Splash for 2 by Guevara. MJF bites Guevara and scores a 2 after a knee strke. Blue thunder by MJF for 2 on Allin.
MJF spits on Allin. All 4 exchange punches, knee strikes and running kicks. They are down again.
Scorpion death drop by Allin. Killswitch by Perry, cross rhodes by MJF on Perry for 2. MJF has the mic and offers Sammy a lot of money to lay down. He tells Sammy to think about the baby. Sammy lays down but its a trap, small package for 2. GTH misses. Salt of the Earth attempt. Sammy goes for the lion tamer, MJF makes the ropes but there are no rope breaks. Darby with a scorpion to Perry. Perry uses MJF to escape. There's a very elaborate 4 way submission being applied, Allin with a figure 4, Perry with an armbar, Darby with a figure 4 and Sammy with a knee bar. Allin nails a destroyer on MJF. Sammy nails one on Allin. Perry does something I didn't catch.
Destroyer to MJF for 2 by Perry. Action spills to the floor. Allin clothelines MJF and Perry into the crowd. Sammy with a Spanish fly to Allin to the floor onto MJF and Perry.
Back in the ring, all 4 slug it out. No one with a clear advantage. A trio of eye pokes by MJF, which fires up the crowd. Stunner by Sammy to MJF, Code Red by Allin and a back elbow. The challengers with a series of pin attempts on each other. Very clever sequence. Implant DDT by Guevara. Darby with a code red to Guevara, MJF knocks him off the top rope. MJF powerbombs Allin off the top rope.MJF can't follow up.
They're all going for desperation pins now. Referee is earning his stripes tonight, pun completely intended.
Guevara and Perry chop each other. Sammy with a cutter and Perry rolls out. Low blow by MJF to Sammy. Skateboard shot by Darby to MJF he nails the coffin drop. Jack Perry saves MJF from a headlock takeover pin. Darby and Perry slug it out. MJF has the Triple B, Perry blocks the blow, Sammy takes himself and MJF out. Perry now has the belt and tosses it out. Darby with a 2. Sammy nails them with knee strikes. GTH by Sammy, Allin knocks him to the floor. Allin with a coffin drop but MJF places the BBB across Perry. MJF with a side headlock takeover on Allin for the pin.
WINNER AND STILL AEW WORLD CHAMPION MJF

Anarchy in the Arena: Wheeler Yuta, Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Bryan Danielson vs. Adam Page, Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks
Gotta admit Wayward Son is a great entrance song. They are brawling already in the crowd and the band is still playing. Don Callis has joined the booth. The great thing about this is that I can pretty much write anything down and it's very likely happening. The referee is bleeding. Tony Schiavone is losing his poop at the booth.
Hangman reveals that his eye is fine. Yuta saves Danielson from a screwdriver. And I'm not talking about the vodka drink. For the record, I saw Yuta 2 years ago at an elks hall in Worcester, MA. Cool to see him main eventing a PPV.
The band is still playing. Things slowed down for about 20 seconds and we're back at the insanity. The lead singer gets superkicked. He's out the music stops. Moxley is getting choked by the announce table by Omega. Moxley is bleeding. Moxley with a clothesline to Omega. Matt Jackson northern lights' Yuta down the ramp. We've seen 2 wrestling holds in all of this insanity.
Page accidently with a boot to Omega's face. Danielson chokes page with wrist tape. Claudio and Matt Jackson make their way to the mezzanine.
Oh, sorry, here's a big poker chip laced with barb wire. Omega gets suplexed into it. Claudio and matt are in the concession area now. Here's a fork by Moxley, he makes a relief map of Egypt out of Omegas head. Somehow, Omega is not bleeding and Moxley ends up on the barb wire.
Page is bleeding a gusher, as is Nick Jackson. Danielson is just tearing away at Nick Jackson's head.
Claudio and Matt Jackson are outside the arena, but this is supposed to be anarchy IN the arena. They're fighting in the bed of a pickup truck.
Yuta is hitting people with what appears to be a lawn blower. There's Nick Jackson thrown off the ramp. Yuta has kind of stayed in the ring, proving that he wise beyond his years. It IS, in fact, a leaf blower they are using. Claudio is back Nick Jackson kicks out of Mox's Gotch piledriver.
Moxley applies a Boston crab to Nick and Yuta chokes him at the same time.
Matt JAckson has returned from the pickup truck piledriver. Matt kicks Moxley with an exploding boot superkick. Never saw that before. Buckshot lariat by Page and Yuta KICKS OUT.
The BCC pulls off the explosive boot of Matt Jackson. Oh good, here are thumbtacks. The bare foot of Matt gets rammed into them. Death Rider for 2 by Moxley. Ummm... a lot of nuttiness is happening. How do Johnson and Trionfo do this so well?
Busaiku knees by Danielson. Matt tries to save his teammates but the BCC shove thumbtacks in his mouth. Uppercut by Claudio for 2 as the Elite make the save. Omega and Page fire up. Danieslon gets eliminated by the One Winged Angel for 2. Yuta made the save.
Yuta fights for his life against OMega and Page. It aint working. Callis with a distraction. Omega with a V trigger and Callis enters the ring. Konosuke Takeshita interferes and saves Callis. Screwdriver shot by Yuta and he scores the pin on Omega.
WINNERS THE BLACKPOOL COMBAT CLUB.
Callis strangles Omega with a leather belt.
As the ring announcer said after the Rocky Balboa vs. Thunderlips match, "See you next year...thank god"
