Match Number Six: NXT Men’s Championship Match: Carmelo Hayes (with Trick Williams) versus Bron Breakker
Hayes with a drop kick to the knee and Bron pushes Hayes away. Hayes with punches and kicks to the leg. Bron with a shoulder tackle. Hayes with a round kick and a jumping bicycle kick that sends Bron to the floor. Hayes with a plancha and he punches Bron. Hayes chops Bron against the ringside barrier. Bron runs Hayes into the apron. Bron with a shoulder and then he catches Hayes on a leap frog and hits a power slam. Bron with shoulders in the corner. Hayes kicks Bron and flips over Bron's back and follows with a drop kick. Hayes with a splash into the corner. Hayes comes off the turnbuckles but Bron catches Hayes and hits a hip toss. Hayes has a kick blocked from the apron and Bron with a punch. Bron kicks Hayes against the ringside barrier.
Bron sends Hayes into the ringside barrier. Bron sends Hayes back into the ring and Trick takes off his shirt. Hayes with a kick and cutter in the ropes. Hayes with a fadeaway for a near fall. Hayes puts Bron's leg on the ropes and hits a springboard boot to the leg. Hayes with kicks to the hamstring. Hayes with a single leg crab. Bron kicks Hayes in the ribs to escape. Hayes misses a splash into the corner but hits an arm drag out of the corner. Bron with a clothesline. Bron with a belly-to-belly suplex. Bron with another overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Bron with a waist lock but Hayes holds on to the ropes. Bron with a belly-to-belly suplex and Bron gets a near fall and does some push ups.
Bron kicks Hayes in the back of the head. Hayes with a punch and chop. Bron with a knee and Hayes goes for a sunset flip. Bron picks up Hayes and hits an overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Bron with a punch. Hayes punches Bron from the turnbuckles. Bron sets for a superplex and Hayes blocks it. Hayes kicks Bron to the mat. Bron leaps up and hits a Frankensteiner for a near fall. Bron with a clothesline and he holds on for a second one. Hayes avoids a clothesline and Hayes with a kick to the back of the leg. Hayes with chops and a punch. Bron with a German suplex. Bron works on the back to set up for the Steiner Recliner. Bron tries to work on the back but Bron rolls over and gets his knees in the groin. Bron with a kicck and Hayes counters a delayed vertical suplex into a DDT.
Hayes and Bron exchange punches. Hayes with a facebuster and a thrust kick. Hayes with a bicycle kick and a springboard clothesline. Hayes with La Mistica for a near fall. Hayes with a knee to the head and a suplex into a cutter for a near fall. Hayes with a punch and Bron punches back. They go back and forth. Hayes with forearms and Bron with a punch. Bron blocks a bicycle kicck and Bron gets Hayes up but Hayes counters with a Codebreaker. Bron moves out of the way on Nothing But Net. Bron hits the turnbuckles but Bron with a spear for a near fall when Hayes goes for the springboard cross body.
Bron with a gutwrench suplex and a second one. Bron says it is over. Bron goes for the press slam but Hayes counters with an inside cradle for a near fall. Bron with a kick and Hayes with a series of thrust kicks. Hayes with a springboard DDT. Hayes goes up top and hits Nothing But Net for the three count.
Winner: Carmelo Hayes (retains championship)
