We are back and Cody blocks a suplex attempt and Knight blocks a suplex with a rake of the eyes and he follows with a DDT for a near fall. Knight with a reverse chin lock. Cody powers out of the hold but Knight with a knee to the midsection. Cody with a running forearm and a kick followed by a drop down uppercut. Cody floats over in the corner and hits a power slam. Cody with a Beautiful Disaster for a near fall. Knight blocks a Cody Cutter and Knight hits a uranage for a near fall.
Knight goes for Blunt Force Trauma but Cody escapes and hits a Cody Cutter. Cody sets for CrossRhodes and hits it for the three count.
Winner: Cody Rhodes
After the match, Cody takes the mic and he says he keeps hearing these warnings from Mr. Heyman to stay out of Bloodline business. He does not work for the Bloodline or Mr. Heyman. Cody says he can come out and stand side by side with Sami Zayn and do it. I can come out and stand side by side with Kevin Owens and fight with him. Mr. Heyman said don’t make this personal. Cody says that is a joke. It has been personal since he debuted at 21. It is personal when he gets teared up. It is personal when he wears his coat of armor. It is because he wants to be someone. Cody says he acknowledges Roman, but Roman needs to acknowledge him. Cody says he might not be perfect, but his time since he returned to WWE has been perfect. He thought he was a prince, but he has no crown and no title. On April 2nd, when the sun goes down on Hollywood, it is going down on Roman Reigns’ generational run. It will not be people with the Runnels and Rhodes blood, it will be everyone who follows him. He will wait no more. Cody says he pins Roman and he will be the first Rhodes to say he is the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion.
We take a look back at what happened last week with Seth Rollins and Logan Paul.
Byron Saxton is in the back with Seth Rollins and he dances to the music in his head while he is asked about what Logan Paul did to him last week.
Seth cackles and he says Logan acted like he won the lottery. He did. He landed the shot of a lifetime and knocked him down. If there is one thing we have learned about him is that you can’t keep him down.
Miz shows up and he says Seth is jealous because Logan knocked him out with one punch.
Miz says he gets privileged information. Next week, Logan Paul will host a special edition of his podcast. Miz says he will be a guest.
Baron Corbin shows up and says that his schedule opened up but Miz says Logan is booked. Baron asks to be Miz’ co-host.
Miz says he has a lot of pull but he does not have that much pull.
Baron says Logan knocked out Seth and since he is a three times Golden Gloves champion, he can give Seth some advice.
Seth says he would rather take boxing lessons from his daughter.
Baron says he would knock out Seth faster than Logan and he would take Seth’s spot at Wrestlemania.
Seth says that sounds like a challenge and he says let’s make it official. Seth cackles and walks away.
Miz tells Baron if he can take care of Seth, he will talk to Logan.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Three: Elias (with Rick Boogs) versus Bronson Reed
Reed with a body block and elbow drop followed by a splash. Reed with head butts. Elias with forearms and chops but he cannot Irish whip Reed. Reed with a splash into the corner and he sends Elias into the turnbuckles and follows with a clothesline for a near fall. Reed with a chin bar. Elias with a back elbow and boots to Reed. Elias comes off the turnbuckles and Reed catches him. Elias gets to his feet and hits a jumping knee. Reed with a clothesline followed by a power slam. Reed goes up top for the Tsunami and connects for the three count.
Winner: Bronson Reed
Cathy is at the Trainer’s room and she is waiting to give an update on Trish Stratus.
Chad Gable has fliers and he is asking for any information about Otis.
Becky Lynch and Lita storm into the trainer’s room as we go to commercial.
We are back and Cathy is with Kevin Owens.
She asks Kevin about his refusal to ask Sami Zayn for help.
Kevin says he asked Sami for a long time. Now it is Sami who is asking for help. With their history, is there any question as to why he would want to fight with Sami? Kevin says he is fine fighting on his own. Kevin tells Cody he can help Sami but he does not want or need Cody’s help. He tells Cody to focus on Wrestlemania. Kevin says he does not want to be the reason why Cody is not at Wrestlemania. Kevin says he will fight Solo and anyone else with him.
We take a look back at John Cena’s return last week.
We see Austin Theory arriving at the building earlier today being confronted by the Street Profits.
Ford tells Theory to face him but he knows Theory won’t do this.
Theory says in a couple of months you will be unemployed. Theory says he got what he wanted last week, the biggest match of Wrestlemania, John Cena versus Austin Theory. Theory says he is the most important thing in WWE, but you two not so much.
Who is the toughest of the Street Profits? Who has the backbone and the desire. Theory says he thinks it is Dawkins because it isn’t Ford. He is a big bag of jokes and when he gets a chance, he fails. Theory says every time he is given an opportunity he rises to the top. When you get the smoke, all you do is choke.
Dawkins says Cena is going to humble Theory at Wrestlemania, but why wait and he says he will humble Theory tonight.
Theory asks Montez and Angelo what are they doing at Wrestlemania . . . nothing.
Match Number Four: Austin Theory versus Angelo Dawkins (with Montez Ford) in a Non Title Match
They lock up and Dawkins with a single leg take down and waist lock take down. Theory gets to the ropes to force a break and he adds a back elbow. Theory sends Dawkins into the turnbuckles and follows with kicks. Dawkins with a drop kick and he gets Theory on his shoulders for a TKO and he gets a near fall. Theory stomps on the foot and punches Dawkins. Theory with a snap mare and reverse chin lock. Dawkins with elbows and Theory with a forearm.
Dawkins with a punch and Theory staggers into the ropes. Theory trips Dawkins and pulls him to the floor. Theory sends Dawkins into the ringside barrier and Theory adds punches. Theory sends Dawkins into the ringside barrier again.
We go to commercial.
We are back and Theory punches Dawkins. Dawkins with an exploder. Dawkins with punches followed by clotheslines. Dawkins with a corkscrew back elbow and a twisting splash into the corner. Dawkins with an enzuigiri. Theory blocks a butterfly slam and gets a near fall. Dawkins hits the twisting butterfly suplex for a near fall. Theory with a punch but Dawkins with a shoulder tackle that sends Theory to the apron. Theory drops Dawkins on the top rope. Theory with a slingshot rolling drop kick for a near fall. Theory sets for a suplex but Dawkins counters with an inside cradle. Dawkins with a sunset flip for a near fall. Dawkins with an enzuigiri and he sets for the twisting splash but Theory with a punch to stop Dawkins. Theory with A Town Down for the three count.
Winner: Austin Theory
After the match, Theory puts Dawkins in the STF.
Montez Ford makes his way to the ring and Theory releases the hold and gets out of the ring.
