WWE NXT REPORT: TAG TITLE MATCH, MANY TITLE MATCHES NEXT WEEK, CARJACKING, AND MORE

By Richard Trionfo on 2022-11-08 22:04:00

We are back with the Grayson Waller Effect.

Waller welcomes everyone and he tells Truth hello at home after he kicked his ass last week.

Von Wagner makes his way to the ring first, and he is joined by Robert Stone.

Out next is the NXT Men’s Champion Bron Breakker.

Grayson welcomes them to the show.

Grayson asks Von if he deserves the title shot.

Von says it is ‘breaking news’ that people don’t like Von Wagner. Von says Joe thinks he is in charge of NXT.

Stone says the NXT Universe never gave him a chance because they are jealous of him. Von is a once in a generation athlete.

Von says he does not expect the NXT Universe to like him. He isn’t here to be a fan favorite like Bron. He is here for one thing and that is the title. I left you laying last week and it won’t change next week.

Stone interrupts and says that Von is more powerful and more dangerous than anyone who Bron has faced.

Bron tells Von to try to pull the crap he did last week face to face instead of from behind my back.

Bron is shown a comment about how they want to see Bron lose.

Bron says he knows where they are coming from. NXT is about the future and the next big thing. That was him last year. He says he has had a chance to learn from Ciampa and Gargano and you have to go out and take it if you want it. Bron says the history goes back a long way. All of those champions were in the same spot he is in now. You get a chance next week. JD McDonagh and Apollo Crews want a shot.

Bron asks Apollo if he is happy that he mentioned Apollo.

No one is going to take the title from him.

Von says he is dangerous. The first time he walked into the building, I got a title match. Next week it is just you and me and I will ragdoll your ass around the ring. I am a second generation star like you. I didn’t use that to get in the door or get any stroke.

Bron and Von go face to face and then Bron slams Stone’s face into the table because he was talking too much.

McKenzie is with Wes Lee. She asks about what has recently happened.

Wes says being a champ is good but what happened last week hurt. Carmelo is right that he hasn’t been pinned to lose the title. Wes says the tag team competitor was never supposed to have single’s gold, but here he is. He says he will make Melo miss in two weeks. Wes says he is on a roll you only get once in a career and it isn’t going to stop.

Axiom walks in the back.

We go to commercial.

We are back with a look at what happened last week between Wendy Choo and Cora Jade.

Cora says you got into something that had nothing to do with you. You got up in my business and you made the save for someone you probably don’t know. I don’t know you and I don’t want to know you. You reek of desperation to be liked or accepted. You are the one who sits by the phone hoping that you get invited to hang out with the popular girls. That text never came. You will never be me. You will always be on the outside looking in. Next time you want to make a friend at my expense, think twice about it.

We see Nikkita Lyons and Zoey Stark getting ready for their match tonight.

We go to footage of Apollo Crews in Nigeria helping WWE in its search for the next African superstar.
