TYRUS VS. MURDOCH, MORTON VS. HOMICIDE, NEW U.S. TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS & MORE: COMPLETE NWA 74 NIGHT TWO COVERAGE

Thom Latimer vs. EC3 

The match begins with Latimer going after the arm of EC3, EC3 gets free and he does some damage to the arm of Latimer before eating a drop kick. EC3 gets angry and he pie faces Latimer before eating a bunch of strikes, EC3 responds by landing some strikes of his own. Latimer recovers to land some strikes of his own, EC3 goes for a neck breaker and Latimer avoids it before eating a clothesline to the back of the head. EC3 follows up by sending Latimer shoulder first into the ring post, Latimer falls out of the ring and EC3 follows him out there to land a few shots before getting him back in the ring. EC3 keeps Latimer down while applying a chin lock to him, Latimer gets free and EC3 nails him with a modified neck breaker. EC3 traps Latimer in the ropes while landing more strikes, Latimer fights back and he nails EC3 with an atomic drop followed by a clothesline. Latimer follows up by hitting EC3 with a spinning back suplex, Latimer then hits a swinging EC3 with a flat liner. EC3 slaps the face of Latimer before spitting at him, Latimer traps EC3 in the ropes before nailing him with a ton of strikes. Latimer shoves the ref before a bunch of wrestlers from Control Your Narative hit the ring to attack Latimer. 

Match Result: No Contest 

After the match, the CYN thugs hold Thom Latimer while EC3 gets a steel chair in the ring. EC3 sits of the chair while saying things to the trapped Latimer, EC3 and the CYN thugs release Latimer and head backstage.  

- May Valentine is backstage with The Miserably Faithful, Father James Mitchell says Max The Impaler is going to win the NWA World Women’s Championship tonight.  

 

- Bully Ray joins the commentary team for the next match. 

NWA World Women’s Championship: Kamille (C) vs. Max The Impaler w/Father James Mitchell 

The match begins with Impaler backing Kamille into the corner while landing a few strikes, Impaler misses a charge in the corner before eating strikes from Kamille. Impaler recovers and drops Kamille with a hair pull followed by a slam, Impaler follows up by landing a few short arm clotheslines on Kamille. Kamille fights back and Impaler quickly drops her with a headbutt, Impaler looks for a German suplex and Kamille defends before landing a stunner. Kamille misses a pump kick before Impaler just runs right through her, Impaler waits for Kamille to get up before cracking her with a multitude of strikes. Kamille fights back again and Impaler quickly drops her a short time later, Impaler stands over Kamille before landing a curb stomp. Impaler follows up by hitting Kamille with a curb stomp onto the bottom turnbuckle for a near fall, Kamille recovers to trap Impaler on the ropes before landing a leg drop. Kamille then attacks Impaler with some clotheslines and Impaler doesn’t go down, Kamille gets sent to the ring apron before going to the top rope and she lands a top rope high cross body on Impaler. 

Kamille returns to the top rope and she nails Impaler with a missile drop kick for a near fall, Kamille goes back to the top rope and Impaler meets her up there. Impaler looks for a superplex and Kamille gets free before getting Impaler in a torture rack, Kamille transitions to a blue thunder bomb on Impaler for another near fall. Impaler recovers to send Kamille into the middle rope, Impaler misses a spear and Kamille responds with one of her own for a near fall after Mitchell puts Impaler’s foot on the rope. Kamille goes after Mitchell and the rest of The Miserably Faithful hit the ring to protect him, Kamille takes out members of the group. Kamille gets back in the ring and Impaler blocks a spear before landing The Wasteland for a near fall, Kamille escapes a second Wasteland attempt to hit Impaler with a back body drop. Impaler and Kamille both go down again after a double clothesline, Impaler gets up and Kamille is backed into the corner while eating shoulder thrusts. Impaler misses a charge in the corner and Kamille gets the roll up for a three count. 

Kyle Davis and Billy Corgan are in the ring, Corgan gets the microphone and he talks about walking the same aisle in The Chase that many other NWA legends walked. Corgan says the NWA continues making history thanks to the fans, Corgan says NWA 75 will be held at The Chase next year. Corgan holds a moment of silence for the pro wrestlers who passed away this year, a ten bell salute takes place while the video screen lists those who have passed away.  

Winner: Kamille, still your NWA World Women’s Champion 

NWA World Heavyweight Championship: Trevor Murdoch (C) vs. Tyrus w blkJeez 

The match begins with Murdoch attacking Jeez and he nails him with a DDT on the arena floor, Murdoch then hits Tyrus with a top rope bulldog for a near fall. Tyrus leaves the ring and Murdoch follows him out there to land a bunch of strikes, Tyrus fights back and Murdoch trades strikes with him. Tyrus then tries to crush the face of Murdoch on the ring post, Tyrus lands the heart punch on Murdoch and Murdoch gets back in the ring. Tyrus gets back in the ring and he lands more strikes followed by an elbow drop on a downed Murdoch, Tyrus keeps Murdoch down before landing a leg drop. Murdoch gets up and Tyrus quickly nails him with an avalanche, Tyrus gets Murdoch on his knees before applying the nerve hold to him. Murdoch gets free after he nails Tyrus with a stunner followed by a boot to the head, Murdoch keeps Tyrus down before landing an elbow drop for a near fall. Tyrus leaves the ring and he heads towards the backstage area before Murdoch stops him, Tyrus recovers and he slams Murdoch on the arena floor. Murdoch gets up and Tyrus cracks him with some more strikes, Tyrus threatens Murdoch’s son before following Murdoch into the ring. 

Tyrus misses a charge in the corner and Murdoch goes to the top rope, Murdoch then hits Tyrus with a top rope high cross body for a near fall. Murdoch holds Tyrus down while applying a chin lock to him, Tyrus gets up and Murdoch gets him in a headlock. Tyrus manages to get free after nailing Murdoch with a back suplex, Tyrus drops Murdoch in the corner before choking him. Tyrus keeps Murdoch down while standing on top of him a few times, Tyrus follows up by hitting Murdoch with a short arm clothesline followed by an elbow drop. Murdoch eventually gets up and Tyrus corners him before landing a few strikes, Tyrus follows up by nailing a cornered Murdoch with a running butt smash. Tyrus follows up by nailing Murdoch with a slam and stomps, Murdoch tries fighting back and he goes for the sleeper hold. Tyrus breaks the hold after backing Murdoch into the referee, Murdoch recovers by nailing Tyrus with a running clothesline. Murdoch leaves the ring and he returns with the ring bell, Murdoch thinks about using the bell before dropping it. 

Tyrus then hits Murdoch with the heart punch from out of nowhere for a near fall, Tyrus follows Murdoch out of the ring and he grabs the ring bell. Tyrus decides not to hit Murdoch with the ring bell and both men get back in the ring, Murdoch then hits Tyrus with a low blow followed by a top rope bulldog for a near fall. Murdoch goes back to the top rope and he lands a second top rope bulldog on Tyrus for the three count. 

Winner: Trevor Murdoch, still the NWA World Heavyweight Champion 

After the match, Trevor Murdoch and Tyrus shake hands before Murdoch gets the microphone. Murdoch wants Tyrus to look at him and Tyrus flips the announce table as Murdoch was addressing him, Tyrus then heads backstage with Blak Jeez. Murdoch thanks the fans for coming and he heads backstage.
