MAIN EVENT TIME, THE MATCH WITH THE DUMB NAMES, CHARLOTTE V RONDA, REMEMBER WHAT I SAID ABOUT EDGE AND THE BROOD, AJ AND EDGE GET TO TRY AND FOLLOW THE LAST MATCH (AND THEY WILL JUST BY WALKING OUT TO THE RIGHT), LASHLEY GETS TO DANCE WITH OMOS AGAIN, CODY VS. SETH: FULL WRESTLEMANIA BACKLASH BLOG

Edge vs. AJ Styles is next, which means we get the Raw announce team for the third straight match.  First Omos, now this.

AJ is one-armed and angry so he is going hard after Edge from the get go.  Well, that didn’t last long.  Edge is kicking his ass now, and working on the bad shoulder.

AJ is now a one armed man.  These guys are true pros.  This is really good.

AJ got a near fall and immediately went back to selling the shoulder.  What a concept (and a damn good one).  The story is that AJ keeps fighting through the injury and getting close.  Edge is just staying alive.

AJ was getting ready to put Edge away when Damian Priest came on the ramp way.  He shouldn’t be there.  They sold it that he wasn’t in the ring.  Finn Balor attacked him from behind and threw him into the ring.  No DQ, of course.  In the fracas, someone in a hoodie attacked AJ and laid him out.  Edge got the pin.  Who was in the hoodie?  Rhea Ripley.

I just got this text from someone who works in the company.  “When you wrote that Edge would have a new Brood member help him with the match, I laughed.  You were right.”

Yeah, I was.

YES!  Cole and Pat are here!  They split this show in half so we get the A Team (which Cole mentioned they were) for the rest of the show.  He also said Happy Mother’s Day.  Nice touch.

Charlotte Flair defending against Rona Rousey in an I Quit match is next.

They are brawling from the get go.  No DQs.  All violence.

They are really beating the snot out of each other.  There are lots of bruises.  It's a brawl and fun to watch.  The crowd wants tables.  Why not!

Ronda has the arm bar locked in the ropes.  Charlotte is screaming but says not.  They SPLAT to the floor!

They wanted tables, Charlotte gave them a chair instead.  These are two bad people.  They could kick my ass easily. Ronda won't quit after Natural Selection.

Figure 8.  Will Ronda quit?  NEVER and she grabbed the chair and beat on Charlotte.

Fans keep chanting for tables.  Come on man.  This is great.

Charlotte tried to use a chair and said it was her last chance, happy mother's day,  Ronda cranked the arm using the chair.  Charlotte said no she won't quit.  Ronda said she was hoping she would say that and cranked even harder.  Charlotte quits, new champion!  

Great, great match.  They killed it.

Other than the obvious, the matches have been strong so far.

And with that, it's time for Happy Slappy vs. Pitstop Hoss.  Or whatever the hell they want to call two guys who deserve so much better than this.

Slappy Chappy is out first.  I just saw a kid in an Eagles shirt do thumbs down to Corbin.  Smart kid.  Go Birds.  Pitstop is out next.  Dude, you broke away from Slappy.  Ditch the damn suspenders.

Corbin is beating up Madcap in front of a guy with a Hook shirt on.  Was it Tazz?  I can neither confirm or deny.  I was too into this HOT FEUD to notice.

Corbin is dominating.  That probably means Pitstop will win.

They are working hard.  Just imagine if WWE hadn't booked them as they have.  It wouldn't be the popcorn match.

Corbin didn't take a pin attempt seriously which allowed Moss to win, as he should have.  They worked hard, especially Corbin.  This is a waste of talent to me.  They are both better than the lame gimmicks.
