MOXLEY VS. OSPREAY, ISHII VS. SUZUKI & MORE: COMPLETE NJPW WINDY CITY RIOT ON FITE.TV COVERAGE

We are LIVE from the Windy City in beautiful Chicago, IL for New Japan Pro Wrestling's Windy City Riot. 

The stream is out as we begin tonight's coverage but they assure us it'll be back in a second.  And it took 50 seconds!  Tonight, it's The Death Rider vs. The Commonwealth Kingpin and an open challenge from Jay White.  Tomohiro Ishii vs. Minoru Suzuki should be a classic scientific catch as catch can classic.  

QT Marshall, Aaron Solo & Nick Comoroto vs. Karl Fredericks, Clark Connors and Yuya Uemura

Yuya kicks us off against Solo with a test of strength. They jockey for position and it's Uemura with a standing switch  into an armdrag.  Armbar by Uemura.  Fredericks tags in and bullies Solow into his corner.  QT tags in.  QT immediately tags in Comoroto.  He pushes Karl into his corner and tags in QT.  QT off the top and eats a forearm. Chops by Karl. Cross body by Fredericks.

There is no commentary.

The signal from the venue just died.

While we're in limbo, I'll comment here and now that I hope they got Kevin Kelly to call this show and we're just dealing with some technical difficulties.  This looks to be a big show from NJPW on U.S. soil.

We're back live and Kevin Kelly and the former Aiden English are on Commentary.

Uemura with a German Suplex on QT for 2.  Uemura tries a fireman carry on Comoroto but cant complete. QT with a low blow and a cutter on Uemura for the pin.

Black Tiger, Danny Limelight, JR Kratos, Royce Isaacs and Jorel Nelson vs. Alex Coughlin, Fred Rosser, Ren Narita, Chris Dickinson & Josh Alexander

10 man tag?  This will be nuts.  Bullet point city!

All 10 start by brawling on the floor.

Limelight and Rosser find themselves as the legal men in the ring.  Elbow by Rosser, he hits a fallaway slam and tags in Alexander.

Arm drag by Limelight and he follows up with an enziguri for 2.

Issacs gets tagged in and they double team Alexander and Alexander goes to Suplex City on th eWest Coast Wrecking Crew.

Coughlin gets tagged in and apples a side headlock on Nelson.

Head and arm suplex by Coughlin.

Narita tags in and hip tosses Nelson, he follows up with forearms.

Tag in by Isaacs he kicks Narita and slaps him around. Perfect Plex for 2.

Dickinson tags in and he scores a German Suplex.

Running clothesline by the UWN Champion, he fires away on Isaacs and Nelson with clotheslines.

All 10 men start brawling and team Filthy poses.

Kratos tags in and he stomps away on the Dirty Daddy.  Palm strikes by Kratos.

BIG clothesline by Kratos.

Suplex by Kratos for 2.

Limelight btags in and he slaps Dickinson, Dickinson fires back with chops but a clothesline by Limelight.  Dickinson scores with a lariat and tags in Rosser.

Rosser cleans house. Black Tiger interferes but he eats a clothesline.

Tiger tagged in and he kicks out at 2 after a DVD. 

Alexander tags in and he hits a Northern Lights on the West Coast Crew.  

Coughlin tags in and he and Kratos exchange forearms and clotheslines.

Coughlin with a suplex to Kratos.

Biel throw by Coughlin, Limelight grabs his leg and Isaacs hits a slam off the top.

Dickinson and Narita save Coughlin and nail the West Coasr Crew with suplexes.

Action spills to the outside, Kratos and Rosser appear to be legal.

Kratos dives over the turnbuckle on to a mass below.

In the ring, Rosser with  acodebreaker and cross face chicken wing pn Black Tiger for the tap.

WINNERS: FRED ROSSER, ALEX COUGHLIN, REN NARITA, CHRIS DICKINSON & JOSH ALEXANDER

Tom Lawlor attacks Rosser and Yuji Nagata makes the save and we go right into our next match

Tom Lawlor vs. Yuji Nagata

Nagata wants a Strong Openweight title match.  Lawlor agrees and we're on!  Made no sense to me that this was non title to begin with.  They trade at the onset.  Kick by Nagata, he goes to the leg. Dropkick by Blue Justice.  Chicago is firmly behind Nagata.  Choke by Lawlor in the ropes.  They trade chops and forearms. Lawlor gets the better of it.  Leg choke by Lawlor, Nagata makes the ropes. Leg kicks by the champion into a Russian Leg Sweep for 2.  Lawlor goes for an arm breaker, Nagata makes the ropes.  Lawlor comes down hard on the right knee of Nagata.

Forearms by Lawlor.  Lawlor with side kicks. Nagata with kicks of his own. Choke by Lawlor, Yuji makes the ropes.  Guillotine by LAwlor on the floor, Nagata sends him into the apron and nails an exploder.  Lawlor barely beats the 20 count. Nagata with kicks. Lawlor blocks the exploder. Butterfly by Nagata for 2.  Lawlor with an ankle lock but Nagata turns it into a cross face. Lawlor counters into an ankle lock.  Kneebar by the champion, Nagata lunges and makes the ropes.The challenger with another crossface, Lawlor makes the ropes.  Knee strike by Nagata.

Nagata sets up a superplex and nails it.  Nagata scores a 2 count.  Elbows by Lawlor, Nagata with a choke, Lawlor reverses it. Nagata suplexes out of it. Lawler's ear is bleeding. They exchange forearms, Lawlor with a choke.  Nagata fights it off so long.  PK by the champion for 2.  Lawlor with a choke again and knee to the back.  Tight cradle by Lawlor and he scores the pin.

WINNER AND STILL NJPW STRONG OPENWEIGHT CHAMPIONm TOM LAWLOR

What! A! Match!

Jeff Cobb, Aaron Henare, The Great O Khan, TJP, Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis vs. Hikuleo, El Phantasmo, Scott Norton, Chris Bey, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson

Great O Khan may be a heel but he saved a child from kidnapping so he's OK in my book.

This a 12 man tag so I'm ONCE AGAIN stealing Cory Strode's bullet point gimmick.

TJP and Bey kick us off.  I've been a HUGE TJP guy since the Cruiserweight Classic.

Spinning headscissors by TJP, Bey with an armdrag, these 2 are SO FAST I can't do justice to what they're doing.

Henare tags in, as does Hikuleo, big right hand by Hikuleo.  Henarw with forearms.

Norton gets the tag. He loks EXACTLY the same as he did in 1995. Cobb tags in.  Talk about a hoss fight!

Norton dwarfs Cobb.  Big suplex by Norton.  Test of strength, kick by Norton. TJP tags in and he eats a forearm.

Phantasmo tags in and he throws dropkicks until tagging Bey in.

Phantasmo with a back rake, Anderson does the same. Thanks Hulk Hogan!

Gallows tags in and he delivers a back rake.

Hikuleo tags in and HE rakes the back. 

Norton comes in and he rakes TJP's back.

I think TJP lost  all layers of skin on his back.

Davis tags in and slams Bey.

All 12 are battling it out.

Fletcher tags in and he scores a 2 off of a superkick.

Cobb & O Khan square off with the Good Brothers- Cobb and O Khan are great champions.

Aussie Open double team Bey and hit the Fidget Spinner for the pin.

WINNERS: JEFF COBB, AARON HENARE, GREAT O KHAN TJP & AUSSIE OPEN

It's announced that Cobb and O Khan will defend the IWGP Tag Team Ttile at Wrestling Dontaku against both Hirooki Goto & Yoshi-Hashi and Chase Owens & Bad Luck Fale.

Chicago Street Fight- Jonah, Bad Dude Tito & Shane Haste vs David Finlay Juice Robinson & Brody King

 Haven't seen FinnJuice in a long time.

All six are brawling at the out set with chairs.

Juice and Tito fight on the floor.

King and Haste have made their way into the crowd, King sends him into the railing.

We're back and the whole thing has spilled out into the crowd.

We're back and this might be in the last row.

A fire extinguisher just went off. Don't know who set it off.

Robinson with a trash can to Haste.

Jonah nails Juice from the blind side and brings things back to the ring area.

Plunder from under the ring gets introduced.

King chops the heck out of Tito.

FinnJuice cannonballs Jonah, as does King.

FinnJuice sets up a chair against Jonah'snether regions. King slams a chair into it.  FinnJuice and King set up chairs and lay Jonah on them. Tito stops the spash from Juice.

Signal lost from venue.

There's a ladder in the ring. Tito chops Juice. Juice throws the ladder into Tito. Back elbowe by Juice but an exploder into the ladder by Tito.

King throws a trash can over Haste and chops him. King takes off the bucle padding.

There's a wooden plank on the floor.  King throws a door in the ring.

Jonah and King square off. Jonah with a cannonball to King, who is sitting on a chair.

Jonah fires away on Finlay, bashing him with a trash can.

Jonah bites away at Finlay's head. A Table has collapsed on the outside.

Haste introduces a bullrope.

Jonah with a kendo stick, he chokes Finlay with it and fires away.

Juice saves him and now we have a lot of kendo sticks.

Chairs have filled the ring and an ECW chant breaks out. Tito, Haste and Jonah all get slammed onto the chairs.  

Juice claears out the area and spears Tito through a door.

There's a ladder bridged between the ring and the rail, Jonah sets King up on it and splashes him through it.

Haste and Finlay exchange forearms. Finlay with a brainbuster on the chair.

Jonah nails Finlay with a sledgehammer.

Pulp Friction by Juice. Finlay nails Jonah with a shilehleigh and scores the pin.

WINNERS: FINNJUICE AND BRODY KING
